My son and a friend hit a pothole and got a flat on his way back to college from spring break, there was no spare tire and it was late on a Sunday and no one was open .
I called Touchdown Road Service and they answered immediately, and quickly drove to him. It turns out that the damage to the tire was pretty significant and it was irreparable, but they guided him on where to go next, then took the time to call me and fill me in on the situation. As a mother 3 hours away, having someone quickly respond and help when I couldn’t have gave me such peace of mind.
My experience was good! Driver has blowing tire on the road at 1 am, call them and after all price agreement they come out with new tire and truck back on road at 3-10am. No hidden fee. Thank you!
These folks are absolutely awesome! Our RV got stuck and they were there within 10 minutes and pulled this out with no problem! I highly recommend them thank you so much!

Called him at 7am on a Saturday and he quickly got out of bed to come by his shop. He tried his best to find an alternator for me but in the end no luck. He recommended another place 30 minutes down the road as I was in a time crunch. Thanks again
