I’ll give 2 stars because I like to support local businesses and Matt is a stand up guy, but To the rude secretary that hung up on me after I said I would call her back after she told me I had to make an appointment *which I was going to* but don’t think I’ll be going here now. Maybe you should hire a new secretary that cares or show the current one how to learn some respect for the customers
I had a fantastic experience with Orth and would utilize them time and again. Kailyn was so helpful and thorough with my questions and Chance was awesome! They called to discuss any issues and had my car done promptly. Very pleased with this business.
Office staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
I had to wait at the shop for another tow company who canceled on me after waiting over an hour.
I asked Orths if they could help me out and tow my vehicle home; not only did they say yes, they did it for $56 less.

My 85 year old mother in law was in an accident 4 blocks from Orth’s and they charged her $275 towing, took her title and gave her nothing for her car. Despicable taking advantage of an 85 year old woman who is handicapped! Doesn’t get much lower than that!
How is it that someone hits MY car, my car is towed here without my permission, and I’m not allowed to get things out of my car until I pay you $500? Beware of these scammers.
My girlfriend's car was hit by a drunk driver and towed to this location. They refused to let her in the car to retrieve her belongings until she paid for their services (they will be paid by the drunk driver's insurance) which is illegal in all 50 states. We are currently getting the police involved to retrieve her belongings. Lawyers may come soon after.
