Good people to deal with except when you have to contact them no one is ever around to pick up the phone. Tried to call ahead and wasted an hour of my time driving to find out it was closed. Very unreliable communication but they do have great prices and the people are nice who work there. If no one is around to pick up the phone on the other hand that part is just disrespectful so that must be due to poor incompetence on the management end.
Was there at noon today (Laidlaw) to pickup a load back to Canada..very friendly and efficient staff.. excellent loading right on the money..great people all around .hope to load there in the future...thks..
Friendliest staff in the area. And helpful. This is the best and only facility that I will use moving forward. Tired of being rushed and dealing with very rude employees that act like you are bothering them? If you say that you are open until the same time everyday, why do i always get an attitude when I show up 30 minutes before closing? Maybe close to customers 30 minutes before the workers are done for the day. That way they have time to get their stuff done before they clock out. Plus got alot more money per load than other places. This is the place to go if you want a stress free clean place to recycle your unwanted stuff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! ALL the employees are very polite, helpful and smile when you're there. I feel like I am an inconvenience at the place in the city of Reading.
We actually love going here. It’s way cleaner and more friendly than any of the other places we have been too. They have a number of ladies working here who are helpful and joyful. We highly recommend!
Cash for your scrap is where's it''s at, right here at Royal Green. Not a pretty sight but they do the job right. It's a dusty drive by in dry months and muddy in the wet ones. Open at 7:00 AM six days a week for you early risers. Cash for scrap: what a great idea.
