Josh made our unfortunate circumstance of an overheating truck while on vacation almost a pleasure. I know he had other vehicles he was working on but he kindly still helped repair our truck. He also told us about the Flight 93 memorial not too far away, so we enjoyed our time while the truck was being repaired. He was quick and efficient. We count ourselves extremely fortunate to have been near JR Tunstall when our truck overheated. He truly saved our vacation.
Was in from out of town for Thunder In The Valley. My new Ram 3500 blew the hydraulic clutch master cylinder. Tried 2 local Ram dealers for warranty repair. One dealer said it woul be 5 days before they would even look at it. Second dealer said 12 days before they could look at it. Joe T got the part overnighted had the truck back in 24 hours. Expert repair at a very fair price, 100% satisfied. Highly recommend this shop.
