Nothing is cheap anymore. The bulb for my headlight was $50. But not having any headlights is more expensive. The employee came out to my car to verify which lights I needed. What I appreciate is the customer service.
Colton and David were a really great help ! They listened and went above and beyond by helping me with my back break light and windshield wiper. They exceeded any amount of what customer service should be. I will be back again if I ever need something. Thanks ! 😁
I called in to get my headlights replaced and was greeted by a nice gentleman on the phone. He told me his name was Colton and he could help me with any problem I might have and he even changed out the lights for me.

If I could give more than five stars I would. My man Colton helped me out big time, I was stranded on the side of the road with over an 8,000 lb skidloader on a trailer and unfortunately my relay for my lift pump died. I called multiple places and all I got was a “we don’t have that” and getting hung up on. When I called Colton instead of giving me nothing but doubt he looked high and low and called multiple places for me to help me out and sent me in the right direction. We need more people like him in this world that are selfless and are willing to go the extra mile for someone for someone they don’t even know. Thanks again Colton!
The young man who got us our gmc part when we were broke down was a godsend. He saved our day as we were trying to get home. That is an employee you want to keep that goes above and beyond to help people. You don't find that as much anymore.

I came in to AutoZone twice, and both times Colton made sure I was helped. I came in thinking my tire Pressure was low, but later found out I had a flat, Colton went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get it fixed and get to work the same day! The biggest shout out to him!
What could go wrong, it's almost as good as a live born studio with safety glasses. You have to wear them because you never know where the stuff flying is coming from.
Ryan was super helpful and very friendly. We we’re on a trip and the engine light came on. Ryan check the reader to inform and explained why the check engine light was on. He even checked our oil level. Thank you Ryan for being so helpful
I went to autozone at 5:20 to get new fuses for my off-road lights, luckily the guy working at that time knew what he was doing. But what was above and beyond was when me required my off-road lights. Polishes my headlights, and then topped off my coolant, I wish I woulda gotten his name, but he was absolutely amazing. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!!
Auto zone in general is way too expensive for no reason. Your better off finding what you need on ebay and Amazon. It's definitely worth the wait for whatever you need. Went in for a part for my truck, and they want almost $300 for the part i need and ebay wants $65 for the same part brand new. Needed a Bluetooth device that costs $10 anywhere else and auto zone priced it at $49.99. That's insane.
These guys were awesome! Our battery light came on in the middle of our trip. We made it to auto one and they checked everything, replaced the battery in the ran, and told us where to go to get the alternator replaced the next day. Above and beyond! Highly recommend.
Super helpful. I had no idea what exactly I needed just a general idea and the guys in there helped me find exactly what I thought I needed. Turns out my jeep had other issues but they definitely did their part in helping me out!
I stopped here because of an issue with my car battery, that I did not buy at AutoZone. I spoke with Ryan and he tested the alternator and battery. Amazing staff. Any questions I have they always give a great answer to. They helped me figure out why my cigarette lighters weren't working and figured out which fuse had blown. Now I know how to check it my self if something happens again! Great guys! I will certainly continue to come here from the great visits I've had.
A Store is only as good as the help. They have no idea how a car even works. Since they couldn't find the information on the screen in front of them they told me my 3 year old car was too new to get gear oil for. That I had to return to the dealer to get gear oil.
The manager in this location is very professional and eager to help. I had a battery issue that sales attendent Cody helped me change out both batteries and solve corrosion issues. This store's employees go above and beyond I recommend them 👌.
They were very nice and humble people that helped me. I appreciated not feeling overwhelmed. My spouse would usually do this but he is with God. So thank you for helping me resolve my car issues.
I usually buy auto parts online, including from AutoZone, but sometimes you need it now, and AutoZone usually has what you need or can get it for the next day. Plus, they have a good selection of "off the shelf" items; oil, fluids, filters, and what have you. The staff is generally knowledgeable and can help you find the right part if you're not 100% sure what you need.
