Went here my whole life. Used the app and never had a problem. Today I need a water pump for my squarebody it was exact one shown in picture. I had my mom pick it up she showed me it. Was a COMPLETELY diffrent one from a 90s obs. It's a good store I think they didn't care enough to have right one shipped. Im probably never going here again. I'll be going to pottsville one because they did take a return but was a sassy worker. They gave a bad attitude to my mom.

Very helpful and friendly staff. They always have what you need and go above and beyond to help you out. If they don't have something in stock they order it for you.

Some staff are pleasant, other staff are short and seem to be bothered with giving assistance. They don't always have parts BUT have great prices

I don't even see them as employees anymore, I already consider them friendly people, they really want to help you, they are honest and it feels like going to a good neighbor's place. 👍🏻

Went in to get a new wiper grabbed the wrong size by mistake and the guy got angry with me then I ask would he mine installing since that service is offered for free he gives me an attitude throwing the new wiper on the hood of my car only ever had this problem once with the guy with the long hair everyone else is a bit helpful

Customer service is lousy, they have a very rude attitude especially a fat one, "Tyler" is his name I think. from what I see in receipt of purchase. The company should talk to these employees and educate and train the best by making them understand that their personal problems and negative thoughts should stay at home.

Cheap prices friendly service only thing you have to watch is the your getting the right part. Advanced computer are not always right.

Charged 175 for a battery because it was said to be the best and only one for my car but could have went somewhere else and got the same one for cheaper never going there again

Management needs to rethink their credit card policy. You can charge any part online, and even arrange to pick up the parts at their store, but you cannot charge those same parts via a phone, at the very store that you will pickup up from or have delivered. How come???

One thing that I can say about the staff there is that they're consistent... consistently grabbing the wrong friggin parts!! I don't know if these people are dyslexic, or escaped from the circus. Then, when you tell them that it's the wrong part, they look at you like there's lobsters coming out of your ears!!

Great place for parts, Ross & the manager Will along with everyone else really makes you feel welcome ! And they are very knowledgeable ! Besides having a lot of parts in stock, and a great selection of tools beside and they're open until 9 pm. And opened Sunday as well ! 😁

Someone is always willing to help. An employee here replaced my windshield wipers at no cost. Very polite and asked if I need help with anything else.

Customer service has really gone downhill! I have been a customer at this store since it opened and I can't remember one time where I was put on hold or hung up on or talked to like I had no idea what I was doing until the past 6 months or more. Same as the store in Schuylkill Haven you guys need to get your head out if your ass and help people! I literally sat in the parking lot and called one day after calling and calling and getting hung up on or placed on hold. There was maybe 1 other customer and they placed me on hold so I then walked into store while on hold and the guys were just standing around not helping anyone and joking around.

Staff is courteous, they don't always have the auto knowledge to help with some things but can order almost any part you may need an are competitive with pricing so three stars it is.

The parking lot looks like a junk yard broke down cars and suvs sitting in the corner of the parking lot the service is really bad they are not in uniform one girl/ guy wares a winter hat and is very rude. cJ the one manager dose personal car work on his own car in the parken lot this place has gone down hill have to wait all the time to just buy oil cos there outside smoking or working on there own car

Unbelievably very poor customer service. I overheard a customer, whom I accompanied, request to pick up a part already paid for online. Because the credit card used was not in his name, they told him their policy is to not release the part unless he had both the credit card and ID in hand. Customer called the purchaser who resides in another state. Manager would not get on phone yet says loudly "it is what it is,man" We both just turned around and left. Purchaser called corporate. Within a half hour, Corporate calls them back and explains that the store manager has informed them that the customer came in demanding parts then threw parts in the store and that we could go back and pick the part up right now. Say what? I was there, there was no demanding or threatening behavior. I'm sure they have cameras to verify that! We went back immediately to get the part. All the employees that were there less than an hour ago, were gone and new employees were working. Picked up the part no problem. My associate had to ask the clerk if he saw him throwing anything. Clerk said he had "nothing to do with any of it". We won't ever order / buy anything from advance auto ever again. Sorry, it is what it is.
