I stopped in today to look for a part for my Dodge Dakota, they happened to have the matching part in a Durango, but the Durango was sitting on its axles on the ground. I came back down to the office, and asked the nice woman at the counter if she could have someone lift the Durango for me while I went to get my tools, she said no problem. I returned 30-40 minutes later, tools in hand, and the Durango was already lifted, nice and high too so I wouldn’t have to squeeze under it. Got my parts I needed and was in and out in 30 minutes, and the parts were cheap too. Jared, the man working the yard, even gave me a ride back down to the office. Excellent experience, excellent customer service, just great all around. If I’m ever in need of anything again, I will be happily returning; 5 stars.
Great selection, and organization, agreeable staff. No car, cart or wheel barrow rentals so you're carrying your stuff and no price list. But even with those 2 down sides overall good bargains and a great yard.
Decent parts yard. Looooong walk up hill to get to the yard. Prices are a little on the higher side for used parts but seen worse. Nothing 2015 or newer (I asked)
The guy who pulled the part I needed for my vehicle was great. He was super helpful in getting the rest of what we needed too. I didn't even think they would of had the other parts but they did which was soooo convenient! If you give them a call ahead of time they'll check if they have the part you need and as long as they got it they'll pull it for you.
I've been dealing with this used auto parts yard for around 30 years although it changed hands it is still operated by all the same people, they're always friendly, helpful and the prices can't be beat.
Place is the worst I bought a transmission from there brought it home n it had 2 speed sensor when my had one 1. Got another n same thing I don’t recommend this place I lost money
I went looking for a fly wheel when asked what was I looking for was told exactly where to find it and what color vehicle it was. They are very knowledgeable with their inventory mad it very easy so I didn’t spend all day searching and working on my car
i was a old ez pull fan until i couldnt find one single fuel pump driver module for a base 04 mustang, a buddy of mine suggested we give em a shot, wasnt in the yard for more than 25 minutes and found several, they are quite pleasant to lend a hand or offer interchangeability on what will or wont work for whatever you are fixin up. the older guy seems a bit worried people are all thieves tho and as long as the prices are at decent fair market value he should relax a wee bit. he will live happier and longer than being suspicious and doubtful
Very reasonable in price and had a lot of older vehicles to pull from. Was able to pull the part myself and the staff was very friendly. Overall good place to get used parts.
Lynn was very pleasant to speak with and although they did not have the particular part I needed on hand she was very polite and couteous enough to call me back within a very timely manner and let me know she was sorry she was not able to help me. Thanks for the personal service!
Drove a good distance for a trans after telling them I needed a trans for a 2wd on the phone they said they had one when I got there they told me it was for 4wd wasn't happy
