Extremely disappointed in DAT emergency services. AAA sent DAT emergency services for a Monday morning early tow. Tow truck driver explained that our Ford F-250 pickup truck is a commercial vehicle because it had an advertisement on the door. The tow truck driver said that we would be responsible in full for the entire cost of the tow because it is considered commercial. My husband explained it is not a commercial truck and the driver refused to listen. I called AAA immediately to make them aware of what the tow truck driver said. AAA agreed with me that it is not a commercial vehicle and that the driver should have never said that to us. My conversation with AAA lasted about 5 minutes at the most. The tow truck driver left without our knowledge and never towed our truck to the garage. My husband called the tow truck driver, he explained that "his boss made him leave". We call AAA once again to explain that our tow truck driver just up and left without towing our truck. AAA scheduled another tow and 4+ hours later the same tow truck driver shows up from the same company. This whole situation was handled inappropriately and unacceptable. A tow company should not be allowed to make an uninformed judgment decision.
I have had to use their services more than usual this year. They are knowledgeable, polite, personable, and get to you in a timely manner. I will not use any other towing than DAT
Fast amazing service! Helped out in difficult situation. My brother in law got stuck on the road 1,5 hours away from Philly( at midnight).He got towed back home. Highly recommend and thank you so much!
My car was towed in an emergency situation this morning after breaking down with my son on the side of a highway. I had the pleasure of working with Marlin. He was efficient, quick response time, and was very polite. He helped us tremendously. Thank you so much, again.

Can’t thank DAT Emergency services enough for helping me today. We had a tire blowout on an incredibly busy stretch of route 78 in the Lehigh valley. Nobody would answer the call, except DAT. They came an hour away tonight and put a new tire on our trailer and helped us out of a bad situation today. I can’t thank you guys enough.
The driver that brought my car to my home on the flatbed was polite and friendly. When I called the office, the gentleman who answered was also polite and answered my questions. Even though they were so far away from my location, they were the closest available company covered under my roadside assistance plan and they arrived at the time they said they would. If they are available in the area you are, I would definitely recommend using them.
