Unfortunately, my experience with Joe’s was far from satisfactory. The yard is poorly organized, making it difficult to locate parts, and the staff offers little to no assistance. Many of the parts I found were in questionable condition, with rust, damage, or missing components, despite being advertised as “quality used parts.”
Pricing is inconsistent, and there is no clear return policy, which is frustrating when purchasing parts that ultimately don’t work. Additionally, the customer service leaves much to be desired—calls go unanswered, and when I did manage to speak with someone, they were dismissive and unhelpful.
If you’re looking for reliable used auto parts, I would recommend exploring other options before considering joes.

Called the place twice to ask if they had a part for my vehicle. I drove 4 hours for the guy behind the desk to come up with some lame excuse as to why he didn't have it after assuring me twice that they did. Wasted $80 in gas and my whole day. Worse I never got the part for my car. Can't believe people even if you call and ask specifically about a part the claim to have...
Emailed a few days prior to going had the part I needed at a reasonable price. Backed right I to the building and they loaded it onto my trailer. Staff was very friendly.
Joe's is always my go to call for used parts before I go to the yard myself. Joe's will not only pull the part/parts for you but they'll call when there ready. The prices are fair and they take the guess work out of finding the correct part for your car or truck.
Worked with Chris on getting a stereo for my 2016 Jeep Patriot. He went over and above to get me the info I needed. Would absolutely use them again! Back to singing along to my favorite tunes thanks to you!

I found the engine for a reasonable price. The guy on the phone said it’s been visually checked, and free of oil leaks. Obviously when I showed up the engine had some major leaks all over. I drove 4 hours to pick it up and didn’t want to drive back empty. The next day I decided to replace the valve cover gasket and found out the engine had some timing chain problem and the oil seems to solidify and turned into gel. I contacted them again. They didn’t want the engine back, because they said I supposedly took it apart.
So I ended up paying for the engine and rebuilding it myself, just because I can’t put not working engine on the car.
This has always been my go to place and always will be the prices are awesome as are the employees there. My family has been going here for minimally 20 years...and don't have any plans on stopping anytime soon. Thank you Joe's Auto Parts!!!
Unprofessional and lazy.
Called to see if they had a part in stock, was told they do. I asked them three ways to Sunday to make 100% sure it was in stock because I’ll be making a 2 hour drive and they assured me it was. I show up, waited for 5 minutes just for someone to come to the front desk & was told “oh yeah we don’t have the part. It must be lost or something.”
Extremely frustrating when I asked soooo many times if the part was in stock and I was promised it was.
Chris was very helpful in finding my parts for my car. When one part came in damaged he rejected it and sent it back. He worked hard to find the doors for my car at a reasonable price.
I’ve been in twice looking for a simple fender flare which they have but won’t sell me because they only sell them with a complete quarter panel. That’s their privilege but what really bothered me was the attitude of the guy at the counter. He was snippy and rude even though I tried not to be pushy. Clearly he didn’t want to go out of his way to help me find a simple part. I think I’ll be going elsewhere (even though I live nearby) when I do have bigger parts to purchase. I prefer to spend my money with helpful folks.
After getting the wrong part once and a defective part once from another junkyard, I traveled further and bought the part from Joe's. It was the least expensive of all of them and it works perfectly. Very professional staff that truly wants to help you get the right part to get your car back on the road. I highly recommend them!
Any part that you can possibly want at very reasonable prices. The management and employees go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that you are satisfied and get what you need. I definitely will be back. Better the other U-pull it yards .
I have only been to this location for the EZ Pull before, but based on my experience here today, I will definitely utilize Joe's Used Auto Parts again for parts that I do not want to pull myself. I called ahead to see if they had what I needed (radiator for a 2003 nissan altima 3.5) and they did. $40 was the dealmaker. It was already pulled and waiting for me when I arrived. Staff was very friendly despite it almost being quitting time and the part even came with a 30 day warranty (which I wouldn't have received had I pulled the part myself) I definitely would recommend to others, but I gotta go put this radiator in now!
The PRIMO of all junkyards, only their parts ARE NOT JUNK! As long as you have a vehicle from 2003 and up, you're good! I won't go anywhere else for car parts!
Helpful staff in a good mood. Found what I needed there when the 5 or so other locations around the area didn't have it. Had a bit of a hard time locating this place though. It's back off the main road about 100 yards behind a scrap metal dealer with no obvious sign out front. This is NOT the EZ Pull place though I understand they're run by the same owner.
