They replaced my 2019 Crosstrek's rear bearings last year, at half of what the dealer wanted.
A little while ago, I started to hear a familiar growl from the rear. I took it to the dealer for one of my complimentary oil changes, and their multipoint inspection came back with both rear bearings needing replacement. I hadn't mentioned it btw.
Called Troxell's, told them what was going on. They got me in a day later, did the repair for no cost as the parts were under warranty, and I was back on the road in 2 hours and 15 minutes.
Sometimes, part die early. Troxell's stood by their work, fixed the issue and got me back on the road quickly and with smiles all around.

Where two other businesses failed, this one figured out the starting problem with my 2016 Jeep Renegade! They called to check in frequently to let me know what they found, were working on, when parts came in and even checked with me a few days afterwards to see how everything was. This was top notch service, reasonably priced from a family owned business. I will use them for every service in the future. They have gained a very satisfied customer!
