I would highly recommend them. They are courteous and professional. I was very amphitheater the repairs on my car. The rear quarter panel couldn't be be replaced due to availability. They told me it could be fixed and it was. The car was ready when promised.

After I stupidly backed into a phone pole, I took my car there for an estimate. It was drivable- mostly cosmetic, with some damage that needed replacing. The amount was fair and they told me it would be a couple months before they could get to it. So I knew it would be a wait. Then they called before my scheduled date to confirm I was coming and told me to plan on leaving the car a few days. I found everyone- from the person who did the estimate to the woman at the desk( sorry I don't know the names!) to be straightforward, polite and friendly. Everything was done according to my wishes .

A deer got my jeep, whole new front end perfectly fixed with the gift of a shiny detailing made my jeep look brand new. SO grateful! Thank you

Got work done on car about two years ago. Window was replaced by body shop with an aftermarket window. Long story boring tabs that hold glass to window motor contraption broke off. Went back there to see what kind of warranty was offered by aftermarket glass company. After about 3 weeks and numerous games of phone tag where i was the only participant. They returned the call to tell me the aftermarket company that they get their parts from and install on their customers vehicles is not covered under any warranty. Crazy how the tabs on the oem windows which are 8 years old are still holding, this new glass couldn’t hold up 2 years. Did not offer any type of help to fix the window which has now been stuck closed for almost 7 months. I will be going to a glass guy stating he can repair it, or buy the new glass from Honda myself and be out $80 plus labor. Small cost to pay after taking a huge check from State Farm. I really thought they would take care of such a minimal repair being that it was a window they installed. I guess not. Consumer beware.

Delt with other body shops before and these guys by far is the best, almost glad the soon to be ex wife got into a fender bender with my truck. Not only did they fix the damage and do a great job but they detailed the inside and outside. Thank you 😊

I was in an accident a year ago and brought my car to Milford Autobody. They are hands down the best to work with. They had the rental brought right to there shop for me and handled everything with my insurance company. I highly recommend them!!

I had my car repaired here a couple of weeks ago and they did an amazing job ! Looks as if the huge dent was never there ! The staff is also very kind and helpful !

Took my SUV there after an accident in June. When I got the car back the car looked great and even seemed fine. Fast forward to a few weeks after I get the car back and I start having weird electrical problems. Turns out they painted over the area where the ground cables go and never sanded them down so the electronics started malfunctioning like crazy... maybe don't do that guys. Thank you.

Absolutely Amazing Experience! I could not be happier with everything Milford Auto Body did, my Jeep looks brand new! I can see how much attention to detail the whole team provided with flawless results. I love having the text notifications which gave me ease of mind and I never felt like I needed to contact the shop. Plus, I know there’s been complications with getting the right parts from distributors, but I was beyond surprised with how quickly I was able to get my car back. They actually still care about customer service; and were more than happy to answer any questions and do what worked best around my schedule. No other shop remotely compares; the last shop that was supposed to be working on my car had me going back and forth for 7 months before we finally decided to call around for a different shop. Then, after getting rude responses from a couple of other shops in the area; it was a breath of fresh air to call Milford Auto Body. The whole team is amazing! I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Milford Auto Body.

The staff is professional and very friendly, the prices are great, and most importantly: the work they did on my Wife’s Jeep was perfect! My SUV was backed into. Basically just cosmetic damage and lights. That was almost a month from February 2023. Told me can’t get my car in until July 17th. 4 months out. I need my car. And her response was that’s what it is. Are you freakin kidding me!! Took it to Rocco’s collision center! Best ever. Car done within 3 days. Looks like a brand new car. Great shop great people and very professional. Located on 209 in east Stroudsburg. Recommend 1000 percent!!!! So happy ❤️❤️

1st of all they came highly recommended from many locals which is why I chose to use their shop to get my sons girlfriends bumper replaced. From start to finish our experience completely matched all the recommendations. They were professional, timely, and produced quality work for a very fair price. Very happy with the repairs done to our car after we hit a deer. They also did a great job cleaning the interior of the car. We have three dogs and the car was returned to us looking and smelling fresher than it has in awhile. Thanks for that. 👍

Thank you Milford Auto Body for your service! My car looks better than when I bought it. The car took 3 months to complete but this was only due to delay in parts. I am very satisfied with them and would highly recommend to friends and family for bodywork.

Initially the work looked great, later to realize that a body part was missing. I contacted them immediately. They said it was on back order. I finally got a call that it came in and drove 46 miles to get it installed just to find out they ordered the wrong part. Now that was in Nov 2020. I have called, emailed and every 2 weeks. Last month they said it came and would mail it to me so I could put the part on. Still waiting. Its an eye sour on what would have been nice work. Still waiting and its almost June. Finally got my part installed. Thank you.

After an encounter with a large buck, I brought my vehicle to Milford Auto Body in Shahola, PA. They were great to deal with from beginning to end. Very personable & professional and their communication throughout the process was superb. My Enclave looks better than it has in a couple of years! ANTHONY AND MARY were the most helpful people thru my whole car accident. They did a fantastic job with my car and were very helpful with the whole situation. Even when I was a pain in the but about it Mary still had a smile on her face and helped me. I want to say if you need auto body work done take it there. You will get the best quality work done. I am not the most knowledgeable person when it comes to cars, so right off the bat, when I brought my vehicle in for an estimate, Anthony as well as Mary at the front desk were SO helpful in explaining all of my "but why??" questions. God bless their patience. Despite how busy they were, Anthony did his best to get my vehicle in in a timely manner. Once I dropped off the vehicle I got email updates regarding the finishing date and any changes that were made. This was incredibly helpful to be kept in the loop. I was over the top ecstatic with the work that was done. The front of my car literally looked brand new. A few days after, I ended up having questions about a few things done to the car. I called Milford Auto Body and they told me to come down right away so we could resolve any issues. And again, both Anthony and Mary seemed genuinely concerned about my satisfaction and wanted to resolve any issues. I cannot even begin to explain how lovely it is to have a business CARE...even AFTER I had initially taken the car and everything was paid for. They know that I know nothing about cars and could have blown me off easily. Instead they took the time to actually help me and explain everything. 5 stars for the work done to to my vehicle and another 5 stars for the wonderful people who work there. Honestly, the best experience at any auto shop EVER.

OMG if you need your vehicle repaired then head out to Milford Autobody their service was excellent, I hit a deer and they picked my car up, repaired driver door and front grill, my car looks like it has a big 😊smile on the grill, and the extras they did like clean my headlights that were foggy and difficult to see at night, that was a nice surprise, the Milford team is so pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable, answered all my concerns, they keep you posted through email updating your account, my car looks brand new, THANK YOU SO MUCH Milford Autobody I walk away a very happy customer, wish I could give them 10 ⭐️ stars

A wonderful establishment to do business with...very courteous and professional. They replaced the front fender, grill, headlight, mirror and repaired the driver's side door after a deer hit on our new 2019 Colorado. The truck looks great and was sparkling when we picked it up today. We're so happy to have it back. Great job!

Repaired rear driver side quarter panel and the passenger door on my 2016 Jeep. Awesome job. Looks fantastic. People are really friendly and they keep you updated on the status. They also washed and cleaned the car upon return, and replaced a light bulb the had nothing to do with the body work. Great job. Highly recommend.

We hit a deer and it took off the front end and left fender. The work was performed in a professional manner and the car looks like new. The whole process was handled clearly and no surprises. The communication was superb and questions answered quickly. They coordinated with the insurance company and everything was processed quickly and without insurance run around.
