Great local hardware store with friendly staff that is always ready to help you with your needs. I just picked up my Stiehl FS 561 C clearing saw. It was ordered and ready in less then a week. Others told me a month or more. Home town service at its finest.

I don't want to waste my time driving here for no reason, so I just called here, asked if they sell paslode framing nails. That person didn't know, so she passed me off to someone else and she also didn't know. Sorry for bothering you, I will just drive the half hour to home Depot to get what I need.
This store has supported home projects, car maintenance, tractor parts, and our local family farm for years. If they don’t have what you need, friendly staff will order for you on the Tuesday or Thursday truck. Owner and his wife are wonderful people. As well as the staff. They all treat you the way you want to be treated. Despite others reviews and thoughts. Support local.
Is it a giant chain store? No, but they are friendly, helpful and genuinely care. Prices are comparable to Lowe's and Home Depot for most items. Sure, some stuff is priced higher, but its its not highway robbery. If I need bulk amounts and feel like dealing with a brain dead Lowe's employee, I will go there, but most of the time its not worth the frustration or the gas money to go to the big town . Good luck trying to get the sound advice on multiple trades, including chain saws at lowes
Great experience with all the staff there. Especially, with the woman that works there. She has been very knowledgeable with everything I have ever asked about and went above and beyond looking in the store, back inventory, and the shop for an air filter I was looking for. No place is perfect but if I need something or advice they're always on my list.
This store has consistently let me down. I do a lot of diy stuff at home and to my car and they never have what I need, and if they do it’s of poor quality and usually at least twice the price. I went in for a simple 1/2” fuel line the other day and had to argue with the guy about what I needed instead of just giving me what I asked for, and they ended up having every size but 1/2” so I had to try to use 7/16” and it worked but barely. I only go here if I really don’t feel like going all the way to Lowe’s, but usually I end up going to Lowe’s anyway. The people are nice and well meaning, but they can’t stock their shelves with quality materials for the life of them.
