Windshield wiper motor went out of my wife's car in the rain happened across this place by chance very pleasant people had the part had me fixed within 2 hours very reasonably priced highly recommend need anything in the area I would definitely go there
Helped me with my 01 focus brakes two weeks back and we actually diagnosed 3 more things wrong that I could visibly point out seemed off/broken. We then figured out a good date and EXACT parts to fit my EXTREMELY TIGHT budget. I got my car back on the road so much more sturdy than before (struts, brake lines, and the hydraulic engine mount replaced, ALL in A DAY) and was able to pay my bit of rent with the same paycheck. After ALL was said and done I had $10 left to put in the tank when I left from picking up the car after work. Was expecting to have the car sitting at the shop another 2 weeks waiting on the last couple bucks to make ends meet, but he got me just the right parts in my price range to make things happen. My particular instance might not be applicable to every Joe and Bob's repair and subsequent bill but John is outstanding seriously. In this case he really made things happen and I'm sending everyone I possibly can from newport his way.

Prices lower than other garages, work is reliable, I feel safe knowing my vehicle is in capable hands. They do major work if needed. I'm planning to have a new engine put into my truck when it needs. Check here before going to the dealership where you'll pay high prices.
I recently found myself stranded in Liverpool with a shredded tire on my car on a cold and rainy day. I called Jumpstart Auto, and John was so friendly and helpful. He found me a new tire and drove out to me and replaced it within about 2 hours. The price was very fair as well...I was extremely impressed! Thank you for turning a scary situation into a very positive one, John!
Took my vehicle cause brakes failing. They checked it out. Gave me price fixed the problem. Had me back on road in no time. Noticed it was not firing right. Went in next day fixed that problem now running great.
I got my oil change here on my 2013 Infinity G37. The two men that own the place are a pleasure to deal with. The service was fast and they were easy going. Will be my go to mechanics from now on!!
