Place is never open. Why bother having a schedule and not follow it? Would never buy a car here simply based on they can't even follow thier own schedule. Terrible.

We had an amazing afternoon looking for a vehicle! Troy was so helpful and everyone working there was friendly and knowledgeable. I actually found a car to buy that I look forward to driving! I am so happy I was able to replace my broken down car without taking on 5-6 years of payments. Even my 16 year old daughter has brought up what a great afternoon she had looking for a car numerous times over the past few days. I look forward to returning for the next vehicle we will need to buy!

They knew the alternator was bad but decided to replace the starter that yeah it probably did need replaced but my point is you knew the alternator wasn’t working either and told me it was all fixed when before I left the lot it wouldn’t even start until I got another battery and it was drained within three days. I also was told by a great mechanic that did an amazing job on the alternator that the wiring on the car I bought here was in a flood and the wiring was all screwed up and before when I took it to Troys all they did was turn off the sensors to make it look like it was fine when it wasn’t. I also asked them before they fixed the starter how much it would cost and they didn’t tell me til after they did it. Next time you sell a car that has water damage at least let the buyer know so they are aware of what they’re getting into. 🍋 🍋 🍋

Loved it ... We were there for over 2 hours. My ex boyfriend was looking for something. He came all the way from NJ. It was So many vehicles to choose from and the fact that they will work with you to make payments on the vehicle before you take it home ... in this day and time is truly a blessing. Not everyone has the money to just go and buy a car ... So any help is good help. God willing I'll be visiting them again soon.

Imagine if a pick-a-part was a dealership. Without that great of prices. Most of what they have on hand is toys, and they are definitely treated as such. If you're looking for a rarity in the tri state area, they most likely have it, but be expected to pay top dollar and you might wanna save a few grand for the repairs that you're going to have to do after the fact. All things past the 5-year mark are usually *as is* anyways. You will roll off of the lot with a passing PA inspection sticker. IF that inspection was performed by them. This one passed with (rust on rockers). Staff is okay to deal with, but the blanket repairs and lack of pride in their own work can turn away anybody. You do get a free t shirt and "redneck hat" with the purchase of a truck, though.

Over the years we have purchased a few vehicles from Troy. Everyone has always been great. Lots and lots of vehicles to look at take your time and you'll find what you want. We just bought 2 more vehicles for our girls that are first time purchasers and driver's it was a fun experience for all of us . Thank you Troy and staff.

Bought a 2001 ford explorer limited off of then back in May of 2021, the people there are amazing and are willing to help you look in the yard for what your looking for. I have not had any problems with my car I bought from them and I would buy another car from them again. They even replaced a couple of needed parts before I even went home like my neutral safety switch in the car I was buying because it was bad. Could ask for a better group of people.

Lots for sale, bought a truck had it for 3 years and after 3 years Troy helped me get parts I needed that I couldn’t get anywhere else! 5 stars all day !

Lots of vehicles for sale. Just beware that they do a really good job of hiding problems in the pics on their website. I went to look at several vehicles that looked to be in decent shape but when I got there they were full of rust and dents that were hidden in the pictures. Also found some vehicles there that had rust holes filled with spray foam and painted over it. Make sure to thoroughly check out a vehicle there before you buy it.

Found a truck I wanted to buy on their website, but I live 5 hours away (which I have told them) so I wanted some more info and photos of the truck before I made the drive. I've made 5 phone calls and a text message asking for pictures of an rust and I've been told everytime that I will be sent photos and never received a single one. Each time I've called they just been more hateful with me. Don't waste your time with these lazy people.

Found this dealership through face book. If you can call it a dealership. It's more like a place vehicles are sent to rust away. The pictures of the specific vehicle I had seen must have been taken 3 years prior to the current state of the truck today. I drove an hour and 15 minutes to find the vehicle they pictured on their Facebook page rusted and rotted as if it had been sitting in a river all of its life. It also had not been inspected since 2017 ( it's October 2020 at the time of this writing. ) . After the let down of the initial truck, I decided to drive around the lot and look at other vehicles only to find out they were over priced piles of ferrous metal returning to earth. A lot of the vehicles here are not inspected. I have seen several vehicles on this lot for sale, that have not been inspected since 2012. Don't waste your time with this junk yard. I was disappointed with my overall visit. I would never go back this place again.

People seem nice I bought a beautiful truck But When going through inspection found out the emergency brake system Was completely ripped out of the truck the under carriage was rusted The gas lines was crushed In one year I spent an extra 8 grand fixing everything wrong with this truck. If you go there you be rolling the dice

Very disappointed. The truck we originally went to look at that supposably was in nice shape according to the dealer on the phone ended up being a patch panel of metal that is ready for the recycling center. The pictures online look really good until you get there and see the trucks in person. We tried to talk ourselves into a nice over priced truck there but couldn't seem to do so. When we went to test drive a truck the lady at the desk gave us a business card and said if we have any trouble with the truck on our test drive to give them a call and she would send someone out to get us. I don't want to discourage anyone from going there but I do recommend that you look over the vehicle really good before you buy.

Super friendly staff! Knowing we came all the way from Chicago they made sure we were set up for safe travels! Also inside the sales office is pretty cool looking.

He is over stocked and didn't seem to interested in showing me anything which is probably why he's overstocked. A lot of vehicles have low to flat tires from sitting and don't bother if you have a low clearance vehicle, his driveways are I bit rough

Huge selection of cars in my price range and friendly staff. They were upfront about the vehicle I bought and did a good inspection. I would go here again

Great experience and very fair deal. Troy and his staff were fantastic to deal with. No pressure sales, fair pricing, honest, and most importantly they stand by their word. We will tell others to shop their and will be back in the future.

Prices are way over the top high. Your better off going and buying a 3 year old truck for they prices he wants for a 9 year old truck. One truck I just looked at even had a head gasket leak. Was told it was as is but for about 500 more he would fix. He is a car dealer really.

Im on my friends Google account but i just bought a nissian murano and it started having problems with the trans so i called and even though it was sold as is troy brang the car back in and serviced the trans free of charge and he told if the problems still go on he will let me pick another vehicle at the same price until we are happy with our purchase , what used car salesman does that ? Hes a stand up guy and me and my wife couldnt be happier id recommend anyone to go there for a good used car .

I would definitely not buy from these people, instead of repairing a problem with a vehicle purchased there, they disabled the check engine light knowing it was going out of PA( which is illegal),and purchased with no warranty. The vehicle wouldn't pass inspection and the codes wouldn't clear because the light was disabled and a different instrument cluster had to be purchased to clear the codes ,then purchase of 2 oxygen sensors to get it to pass inspection. It's a shady business

Bought a blue pontiac g6 with " no problems" found out there is a whole in the flex pipe that was to be made right and every time I would call about taking it down to get fixed something was going on that I'd have to call back again in a week. Now I'm unable to drive my car because it was found to have a cracked rim, also tried to get it alignment done and it needed other parts...right after they just inspected in!! Plus the thermostat problem and when I test drove it, it had a remote, but I went back to buy it after they " fixed " everything no remote was given and it should of had at least one and the bulb thing on top on my dash is busted off....not an honest place at all. And didn't make anything right considering they inspected in but come to find out, it wasn't road legal. Never again and not recommend to anyone.

I'll go back in a heart beat. It's just like the others have said. Good honest service and excellent treatment. The F150 I bought didn't go out the door until everything was made right and I was there to watch it happen. Very satisfied and pleased

I bought a Dodge Ram 1500 from Troy and it's now pushing 200,000 miles . It's truly the best used truck I ever purchased . When I have the chance I'll be up there AGAIN buying another quality used truck from Troy's

Troy's auto sales, a mountain of cars and trucks. If you've never been there its worth the trip. My buying experience was a good one, no bullshit sales tactics and as far as my experience was concerned I feel they were honest and went the extra mile. Truck was looked over in the garage as I watched. They showed me the issues they knew about and checked my oil, antifreeze, tranny fluid, headlights and even filled the truck up for me. I was told right off the bat that there was no warranty. I believe if there was I wouldnt have gotten as good a deal on my truck as I did. Its a family friendly place as well. They were very nice to my wife and my 2 year old son, he made out like a bandit. He was given toys to play with and keep. We plan on returning when my wife needs another vehicle. After all was said and done I was happy. I would recommend Troy's auto sales to anyone. Im not sure if there is a warranty included with any of their vehicles but prices are good and the service is just as good. Big 99 dodge ram.
