Love coming here, fast and no hassle. Everyone was helpful. Attitude is the main reason we go there. We came for 4 aluminum wheels. They cost $35 each. You give the attendant the size and they check the availability. The wheel were in excellent condition. Best place for organization. I recommend this auto parts store hands down. There is always a clearance aisle and hub caps are displayed on the walls.
Called to order a part and was told it would be in 3 days and told the person I couldn't wait that long and then they kept calling me about it and I didn't respond so they charged my credit card which I told him not to cause I didn't have any money in that account and I got a 55.00 over draft from it I will never do business with them again buyer beware very poor customer service.Ok let get back yo this company in live 2hour away and call for a part before I call im business and I call as my self to get a cylinder head I wait on hold for 15 minutes then the guy answers and he ask me for the info on the car the ask me what part the gives me a price ask for my credit card I say im paying cash and he states he need a credit card to secure purchase I tell him there is no money in the account he says ok so I give him the card number then he tells me it would be 3 days to get it I tell him I cant wait so I'll find it else where the a few days later they call me I didn't answer cause I told him id find it else where then they call me and say its off I laughed cause I all ready told him I didn't want it. Then 2 weeks later they charge my card 50 even thought I told him there was no money in that account and over draft my account and I got charged 55.00 for that now I've done business with them and the guy doesn't even know who I am well it proves one point greed for money changes people.
This was the closest used auto parts place that I could find that had a fuel tank for my vehicle for a fair price. I called some other locations and they wanted 3 to 4 times the price that Deerfoot was asking. I’ll definitely go back when I need them.
Told me they had the part and the price. I showed up and the part was $40 more than what they quoted me. After driving an hour and 45 minutes. Double triple verify your quotes
Just called every junkyard from here to Allentown looking for a part for our van and deerfoot came through! The part from NAPA was $230 plus a core charge and we got it from deerfoot for $75 bucks! Thank you for saving us today!
Called Deerfoot spoke to Frank he was the only place that had my parts for my E150 ford van.
He described the part and it was exactly what he said it was when I got there.

I purchased a window regulator from these folks and the process was excellent and they shipped the part to me, had no issues with it. Fast forward a month or so and another regulator went on my car. I called them and they had one I needed. They tested the part prior to shipping and called to let me know it did not work. That’s a stand up way to run a business. If I need any more parts I’ll be going back to them.
Purchase a bumper there and went to pick it up on Friday. When I got there it was very dirty, which was fine with me. I loaded it on my truck and when i got home i unloaded it and started to clean it up, when i realized it had a dent, that was not noticable due to it being dirty. Since it was already late in the day we decided to wait until tommorow to call them. We missed them saturday but when i called today(monday) they are giving me a hard time. Theyre saying why did i wait 3 days to call them and it wasnt damaged when i recieved it. So they asked me to send them pictures which i did and now i think im stuck with it. I already had felt like i was overpaying but for the convenience of it being down the road i put out the 400$ dollars for the bumper. but expected it to be dent free and if they would of said inspect it fully now before you take it because there no returns then i would say thats my problem. But nobody ever said this. I'll update if the situation changes
UPDATE AFTER RESPONSE: Well I'm a little confused that you had time to respond to my review but never tried to contact me to clear the situation up. Now another day has gone by and I guess I am stuck with this dented bumper. I will wait till the end of the day tomorrow to hopefully hear from somebody
Great customer service. Very plesent and helpful on the phone. Called today and said they will call when pulled. I said no rush and about 2 hrs later got a call the part was ready for pick up. Definitely will do business again with them and well worth the drive from Scranton.
Needed a drive shaft called Saturday morning it was ready to be picked up within an hour. Got it home to realize it was the wrong one. First thing Monday morning made a phone call no questions asked we will take swap it out. Few hours later it was ready. Needless to say perfect fit and my old truck is ready to plow snow one more winter. Was I upset I got the wrong part auredo I realize are all not perfect sure but the no fuss to exchange made me happy.

Absolutely horrible experience ! Sold me a bad motor for my transit connect. Haven’t even driven 2k miles and it spun a bearing. Also , when I called I was greeted by a extremely rude owner! Hung up on me in the end too. I told them the van was not in use due to the transmission and wrap being finished. The 90 day warranty is usless. Should be by the miles. This time I’m gonna buy the engine from not someone so shady and rude.
I called Deerfoot earlier this morning for some parts for my 4th gen Camaro and they had everything waiting for me when I got there. Very clean parts and exactly what I needed. Fair prices too, it was worth the 2 hour trip from New Jersey!
Bought a used starter. Asked the counter person if it worked. Yes it does. Installed part. Did not work. Brought back got an attitude from owner that said it does work after he tested it. Very Rude person. He charged me a 25% re stocking fee. . Never had any wrecking yard in my life charge me a restocking fee . Please do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Seriously. You will thank me.

Bought a used transmission, while briefly speaking with the sales rep he offered more parts for my trans swap versus going to a pick a part junk yard. Prices were very decent and the parts were cleaned up a bit and they helped loading the heavy trans into my car. Pretty clean store for being a salvage yard and sales rep are very friendly and willing to work with you. I will go back they're again.
