Greatest roadside experience ever. Jeep broke down on interstate and they responded immediately to contact - arrived before we hung up the call; loaded vehicle and drove me home. Broke down mid afternoon Sunday. Truck blew a transmission line. Hauling a trailer with a tractor on it. Very helpful and responded very quick with great service
Had a bearing go bad on my boat trailer. Called to see if it was something they can do and they showed up in no time on a Friday evening. Got the trailer loaded up, no problem. Can not recommend enough. They were very timely, efficient and helpful.

My car died on me while driving. I called another tow company that I've used in the past and they were unwilling to come pick up my car even though it was only 4 in the afternoon. I called Custom Services and they came out very quickly and picked me and my car up. They were very professional. I'm very satisfied with the speed and professionalism of their service.
I called in a panic and needed towed ASAP. He hurried over and got me where I needed to go. Even brought me home after we dropped off my car. Will definitely call again when I need them!

I own BEEM Logistics Inc., a specialized trucking and moffett delivery service based out of Clarion PA. I had one of my drivers get hung up at a jobsite in Grove City around 545pm. I called CW and he was quick to respond, ultimately getting my driver tugged out of the mud within the hour. I couldn't have asked for better service and fair price. Thank you guys for coming to my rescue on the night of July 26th; bad storm, lots went wrong, including a flat tire on I-80, just west of Emlenton, PA. Custom Services braved the conditions, towed my car to safety and a place to repair the car (Gahr's Truck & Tire Service-quick and inexpensive) and a place to stay the night (Motel 6-inexpensive and super clean). Much appreciated!
They went the extra mile...my Corvette broke down and he wasnt even sure if he could get it onto his truck but came out just to try and made it work even tho it was a Sunday evening..he then took us to the parts store and waited while we got parts and unloaded us at the closest truck stop after a hour or two from him leaving he showed back up just to check on us and see if we needed anything else...nicest man I've met In quite awhile not to mention he told us he just turn 80 and was still towing cars deserves a salute on its own...they just don't make em like that no more I give them ten stars cuz 5 isn't enough good job custom towing you guys should wear capes because you def saved the day for us thank you so much
We were on a 7 hr trip from nj when are tire suddenly went flat due to a faulty valve stem I had no jack in my car and no tools to do anything after searching and calling many roadside companies with no luck I found Custom Services and gave them a call within 30 min he was on site and was able to help me and my family of 5 out of a bind. I fully recommend them to anyone in any kind of situation he even offered to follow us to a shop to make sure we were safe after finding out my spare tire was not in the greatest condition

Our five year old was kind enough to lock his dad out of his work truck tonight 😅 I googled roadside assistance and this was the first option and I seen he was close, he answered on the second ring, I gave him the details and he was there within 20 minutes. My husbands truck was a tricky one to get unlocked but he spent an hour carefully toying with it so he didn’t break a window or scratch the paint (not that we were worried at this point) but sure enough he finally got it! He dealt with my unruly 5 year old running around during and was a total lifesaver and Saint!
My husband and I Rick just wanted to thank dearly for all the help and concern that he showed towards us by even getting back to us the next day to see how we made out with our ordeal on I-80. Thanks again CW you’re a GREAT human being!!!
Husband smacked a deer hard on RT 8. CW was there super fast, was incredibly kind, helped with trying to disable the horn- stuck on due to front end damage, worked with storing the car until insurance picked it up. I can’t saw enough for his quick work and kindness which was much needed in the wee hours of the night.

Working down in the woods getting deer camp ready when a storm came out of nowhere getting me and my pops stuck on a muddy back road. After no way to get out of the mess we were in I decided to google what was around us. I called and they came right over, took about 3 hours to get both of the trucks out but they saved us. If you are ever in a jam this is the company to call !!!!
