These are good people. They helped me to get my dream car for next to nothing and get me back to work most importantly, just all around great communication they took care of me and Sonia was amazing!
Having your car towed is already an ordeal but add on terrible costumer service, zero accountability makes it all the worse. Hope your car doesn’t get towed here. One star rating is too high btw..
Had a great experience with S & P Auto Parts. Sonia and Nina took great care of us! The vehicle sold to us was in tip top shape! Cleaned, detailed, new battery, tires and reasonably priced! Do not pay attention to the one star reviews. This is a family owned honest business!

They say bad intall yes sure I have more the 10 year ob experience on honda and acura engine and what it is they don't want to give any warranty i send a video and they clame is bad install yea all right and I wait for a call back still waiting for the call
Where do I begin I was in search for a motor for my husband for about a year I came across S&P Salvage yard I was being in touch with Nena threw phone till me and my husband arrived to pickup the motor first motor was no good Nena made me and my husband feel very comfortable the motor that was brought to us was not the one for his vehicle but Nena assured us that the correct motor will be in her yard today as we showed up the motor showed up we inspected it everything was in tip top shape and my husband was definitely happy I will definitely reach out to S&P for all my needs Nena and her family definitely made me and my husband feel like family keep up the good work you will definitely hear from us again I have been reading the negative reviews and I can’t imagine you guys are talking about them down to the animals we felt welcome once again thank you so much oh I also got a car out of it me and my husband couldn’t be happier
They took advantage of me sold me a death trap front wheel fell off while I was driving could have killed me they promised to give my money back but now have refused what a scam outfit this vehicle is not able to be inspected
Seeing all the other 1 star reviews made me feel justified in posting this-
Horrible service and very unprofessional and rude, I called in looking for a specific part, my car is a cut off model that has 2 different parts which we had specified over the phone, I was still sold the wrong part anyway, when I went to return the parts the employees made me wait to finish there pizza and tell jokes for about 20 minutes just to tell me to come back on Monday, when I came back they would not return my money even though they sold me the wrong parts.
Horrible service very rude! Make promises they can’t keep tell you one thing do another asked me to come back tomrw they was gonna repair something then sold the car to another person even with out doing the repairs. They lady who answered the phone is rude. Edit -I’m glad I did not purchase the vehicle was not told anything about the arm needing repair the man was asked if I could pay full price now and was told wait till the mechanic comes in the following day so a deposit wasn’t the issue. The woman having a accent had nothing to do with how she responds she seems to know pretty good English to me it’s not what you say it’s how you say it and like I stated before horrible customer service thank God I did not purchase that LEMON GREAT DAY
the person who attends was rude, foul-mouthed and poorly educated. They gave my car license plate to another person by mistake and that delayed me a week to take my car. very bad service and attention.
Some of the poorest quality work I have ever seen. Broken electrical connectors, cv boots installed with zip ties and a timing belt replaced with the cam 2 notches off! Wouldn't trust them to put air in tires without screwing it up.
They delay in repairing the car despite promises and do not complete the repair until the price of repairing the car is agreed upon in the first place and with time they change the price agreed upon. People are requested to change their destination to another place. Stay away
My father needed a duplicate of his title for his Car and the front desk workers/boss were able to make the process simple and easy. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful in attaining a duplicate title for my father's car. Thank you and great experience!
