I can’t thank Biz at Mike’s Towing enough! I ran out of battery in my Tesla and was stuck, but Biz showed up and handled everything with absolute professionalism. He carefully loaded the vehicle and transported it back to my home without a hitch. What really impressed me was how smoothly he placed the car into my garage—no stress, no scratches, no issues. It was positioned perfectly so I could close the garage securely. The whole experience was seamless, safe, and reassuring. If you need someone who treats your vehicle like their own, Biz is your guy. I got my car towed yesterday and it was a great experience I was frustrated before mike(meat head) pulled up because my car was at the shop and they couldn’t get it started because of the starter going out on it, Mike definitely made everything easier and was a great guy, he was funny and definitely made the stress go away from everything before he showed up. If you ever lock your keys in your vehicle Call Mike's towing! After my nephew locked cars keys and medication in the car for my niece who is a Type one diabetic Meatball came to the rescue immediately after we called all the "24/7" locksmiths on Google. One locksmith knew the situation and wanted to charge $500. Mike's charged us way way less and Meatball was on his way as soon as her heard. Thank you!
I don’t do a lot of reviews but this is worth it. Everyone from the first Man who towed my Son car, to the lady who answered my phone call to the final Guy at the shop was so nice and pleasant. Totally took me by surprise because Wow ! Treated me with respect, no judgement and kindness . Thank you to those people . Highly recommend.
The service call for a tow was great from the Woman on the phone to the tow truck operator. Brian was awesome. He arrived quickly. He was very careful and worked swiftly at getting my car on the truck. He made sure I was comfortable on the ride to the dealership. He unloaded the car carefully and did a great job. Highly recommended by me!

This Company is amazing I've had to be towed a few time and they never disappoint. Dispatch is very find, helpful, and transparent about everything. The drivers are very professional and will do everything they can to help with the situation. Brandon was the last driver to assist me and he arrived faster than estimated and was able to get the job done quickly and efficiently, and was able to give me tips to help me in the future. Please if you ever need a tow give these guys a call. I promise you won't be disappointed.
If your ever stuck and need the right guys to do the job mikes towing is the best place to call. They got me out and back on the road to continue my business ventures. I dealt with Patrick & he's by far one of the best I've experienced. His confidence & professionalism made me believe in him. My f550 utility bucket truck was pulled out the farmers field unscaved. After the previous place I called almost RIPPED my bumper off & charged me 275 & didn't even budge it. I regret not calling mikes towing first.

Electrical issue with my car had the engine not turning over, the steering wheel, front axel, and shifter knob locked up, and stuck in parking lot where a tow truck would have limited access. The first 3 tow companies I called said they didn’t have wheel wench or wrecker equipment that was needed to get my car out of the tight space. When I called Mike’s, I was initially told they only do commercial vehicles… or something like that anyway. She could have just hung up then, but listened to me when I said they were the 4th place I called, and no else has the equipment to help me. I asked if she knew anyone else who could me. Instead, she had a tow truck there in an hour, excellent service! Very professional. The driver even showed me a trick to getting my car in neutral if it gets locked up again. 5 STARS!
On 1/12/25, I got in an accident in my suv, and it had to be towed. I called Mike's towing, and to say they were the best doesn't do them justice! I called at 630-7 pm at night and got an immediate answer. Within 5 minutes, a driver called me back, and within another 15 meat head showed up! Yall, this guy was the kindest I've met in a long time and even gave me a ride home with my wrecked suv. He helped me get the suv in the driveway and even reminded me when I tried to open the door "hey remember that one doesn't open." Meat head was kind, compassionate, and patient with me and quik in his work! So to meat heads boss, he deserves a raise for sure! Thank you all for great service on one of the worst nights!
I was on a tow for a customer out in Hanover and had to tow the truck 3.5 hours back to NJ for our customer. I was having a hard time pulling the axle from the truck being that the bolts were seized on. My office called Mike’s Towing and Brandon showed up and did me a huge solid and was able to break the bolts loose for me so I could get rolling and start my long haul back to NJ. It was really awesome to know that a local company was willing and happy to help another company get the job done. Brandon was super friendly and knowledgeable. If I’m ever out on another tow near Hanover, I know who I’m calling. I really appreciate it!
This morning my brother got into an accident and Mikes Towing towed his car. When I tell you they were the nicest company to work with it, I mean it. It was a bad situation for us, especially my brother, and they made it just a little easier. The operator was so nice and friendly. I called at least 4 times today and she never gave the slightest bit of annoyance with me. The guys at the shop were helpful and friendly, honestly the funniest group of guys, I’ve met while being professional and helpful. I’ve always heard they have a good rep and now I know exactly why first hand. A big thank you to Mike and his team. Car crashes are not easy to deal with but you guys rock!!! But it happens, as they all say! lol highly recommend letting this team help you.
Very nice woman in the office, so sweet and polite. She was able to send out a truck quickly. Ricky came and took good care of us. He was very nice and professional, and treated our car as if it were his own. Also very easy to pay - they text a link and you can pay right away. I will hang onto their business card.
