Check before you purchase anything... I made the mistake and got burned. Was told an engine ran great when it was pulled. That was a lie.... block was cracked and It had a blown head gasket. Don't make the same mistake I did....

Excellent experience. When I called, a lady answered the phone with all the details, and asked me what I was looking to get for my vehicle. I brought it in and it was looked at within a minute. They gave me my asking price. Extremely fair and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
Great salvage yard. Great prices and great service. The owner runs a tight ship (which means short-staffed sometimes). Good folks who know their business. The gal who answers is the best (but not always there).
What a pleasant experience all around. The woman that answers the phone was just about the nicest person.She had all the info and super quick turnaround. When they were an hour out they called to let me know. The gentleman who came here to get the vehicle was really nice. I will absolutely keep them in mind for anything I need in the future and totally recommend them..
Rude environment. I walked into the store talked to the lady. Was told they can’t help us in anyway and they said that they didn’t have something that i could clearly see from the parking lot. Then when i left some dude came running out of the garage screaming i got your license plate. Like what? Horrible customer service and no useful parts.
You cannot get through to anyone. I have been trying since last week. Today, someone does answer and keeps hanging up the phone! How am I to know if you have what I want if I cannot reach anyone, or more rudely - I keep getting hung up on. I have left voicemails and have never gotten a return call. Maybe face to face interactions are better than they're secretarial skills and professionalism on the phone and store front side. Or, they don't want/need business ? ?

Called to see if they had a part & he talked over me telling me he didn't have it & hung up on me. I don't even think he heard what part I was asking for. Never shopped here before & won't be looking here again either.
Extremely rude. I'm a first time customer and was calling to locate a part. The guy called me back while I was at work so I told him to give me a second to walk to an area that was not as noisy. He hung up and when I called back nobody answered the phone. This was literally a 5 second phone call. Will never shop here again.
Customer service was terrible. Person who picked up the phone was pretty rude almost like they didn't care. First time trying them too so that was great to experience.......
