My daughter brought her car in for service and they did a great job reasonably priced and great customer service. they also did some major work in the Fall and was very communicative and again reasonably priced. The team are all very courteous and pleasant to work with!
I've been going to Austin's for 3 years now. I love their list of optional issues to work on for your vehicle but without demanding certain things need to be done when they do not. They're honest and not overcharging like many other garages/mechanics do. I'll continue to go to Austin's.
Great service! They took my car in after I called and had my truck repaired within 24 hours. They called me and were upfront and honest about the repairs needed. The price was very reasonable and I believe the mechanic and front office saved me more money than I thought. They let me know one repair wasn't necessary.
So thankful! I discovered a nail in my tire and came in to have it plugged. So very thankful that the technician actually checked all my tires as one was about to blow! Had it not been discovered I could have been in an accident. Customer service and attention to detail along with affordable prices keeps me coming back!

Austins did a great job on our honda accord. Matt was an amazing service rep who provided us an honest assessment of the problem and provided an selection of options to choose from. They even tracked down and sourced multiple parts from vendors for us. The repair was done timely and professionally and priced fair for the work performed. I wouldn't hesitate to use this shop again.
Everybody was great. I had issues in my tires and I called the day before was able to leave it there the next day they always take great care of me and my wife. We’ve been with them for years.

We had a fuel leak and we have an older jeep. They don’t make the parts anymore, so the mechanics fabricated new pieces to fix my Fuel leak. Very informative I trust them and they answered all my questions. They even called a few days later to make sure everything was OK
These guys are legit, they do great work, if you need service they explain everything, they will let you know of all the services you might need depending on mileage and give an estimate of potential costs. I live in west Bethlehem and it’s great to see businesses thrive!

My 2017 Ford Edge needed a new engine due to a design flaw, and Austin's was the third mechanic I reached out to. They were by far the most straightforward, direct and thoughtful in their response. They had also come very highly recommended by the community as crowd-sourced on a friend's Facebook post. Shout-out to those who didn't gatekeep this great service!! As was foretold by their amazing recs, Austin's was excellent. They fixed the engine in less time and with less funds than had been estimated and they gave me a full, multipage review of everything they did. Then they called to follow up to make sure everything was going well! Amazing service and great workmanship. I grew up around mechanics and haven't felt this comfortable and taken care of since I was a child in the dealership my grandfather managed. Can't recommend them enough!
Always friendly and explain the mechanics behind what's wrong with the car. They give suggested fixes your car needs but they don't push if need to wait. They alway fix my car fast and help keep my vehicle running great. Thanks guys your awesome!

I have had my cars serviced at Austin's before and each time I get impeccable service from their staff and technicians. Their customer service is beyond amazing. I just had my husband's car in for an oil change and it was a super quick and efficient service done by them. The owner/manager at the front desk is so incredibly welcoming, and all the staff member make sure to say hello to you. They have taken care of my 2 older high milage cars for years and are the best. They are always on time, repairs done properly & efficiently, they keep you fully informed with great communication so no surprises. My last repair was estimated at a certain price & it ended up being a good bit lower. Honest, up front, proper repairs & service - I wouldn't trust anyone else.
Austin’s is a great place to get your car repaired. They tell you what is wrong and get you an estimate very quickly. They do not make you get anything that you don’t want done at that time like at the dealer. I recommend going to Austin’s.
Straight forward, no hassle and reasonable pricing I had a state inspection due. Booked in, lefty car at the over night drop off. Next day got a call saying it passed but advise getting and oil change I agreed. Call again later ... Had option to pick up with the use of a locker and pay online but opted to come in and pick up. Tye gent on the desk said it was all good and soon think about changing the brake fluid. Car was grand off I went. Perfect

My Audi died while on a trip away from home. Luckily it was brought to Austin’s for service. They were professional, fair, communicated very well and brought my car back to life in only a few days. If I lived in Bethlehem I’d use them regularly.

From the moment I stepped into the shop the team members made me feel welcomed and they gave me undivided attention with the needs I was seeking. From renewing my registration, renewing my inspection and servicing my car, they walked me thru the steps and had it done for me on the same day even after advising me that it might take a day or so. Their invoice was transparent and service affordable. I was so pleased with their work and their friendly service. I firmly recommend Austin’s Auto shop!
Austin’s completely scammed me. They fixed about half of what they claimed to. I had to remove the bed of my truck and replace the fuel pump myself after paying them 500 dollars to do exactly that. They overcharged for labor (~141/hr). While returning my car they broke both door lock switches, and when I gave the car back to them to fix it they tried to charge me nearly 800 dollars for what they broke. They also took over two weeks for 8 hours of labor, which absolutely destroyed my schedule. Pictures attached are of residual issues. If you can, go anywhere else. if you’ve got a ford the DEALERSHIP on union boulevard charges less per labor hour.
