My brother and I was waiting for his insurance towing service bro come out to his stranded car. We waited over 6 hours , they never came, called the local Kings towing after 10:00 pm, gentleman was out and assisting in Abt 40 minutes.. A long day for us.
I was stranded with my 3 kids on a Sunday with a shredded tire!! Someone quoted me $220 and over an hr wait! They came within 30 min with a much more affordable rate!! Thank you!!
My car broke down and I called King towing and they came right away. They towed my car to my mechanic which was where I needed the car to go. Great Job King!!!
My five stars go with a great review. I am very grateful to the staff at Kings Towing. They have excellent customer skills and went above and beyond to help resolve my situation. They showed me support and excellent service at a very needed time. My accident happened on a Saturday afternoon, and Kings Towing immediately said “YES” we can help you. Within a couple of hours they picked up my car. All in all, service is great and prices are even better.
Car’s alternator died as I was taking it to the garage. Initially called AAA and they told me it would be hours until arrival. Was referred to Kings by the shop I was taking my car to and they sent someone out within the hour. Kings and their driver Kinte were nothing short of professional and saves me hours of waiting time.
I was stuck on 78. While waiting for my free towing, I called these guys and decided to use them. Their pricing is very reasonable, good attitude. Fast service. Cancel my free 15 mile limit roadside assistant, that was taking forever and hired them to take me all the way to New Jersey.
I am so grateful to King’s Towing for how they handled my car following a roadside breakdown. They responded quickly when I needed a tow and then went above and beyond to coordinate a long-distance tow for me. Their team was incredibly kind and accommodating throughout the entire process. They have Great and fantastic service. My car was messed up and abandoned and they really looked out and helped me. It was worth the price. This place is the one you want. 24 hr towing. They *always* answer the phone. Came out and towed my car back to their shop immediately. It was after hours so mechanics were off, figured I’d just call in the morning to talk to someone. When I called back first thing, they had already figured out what was wrong with my car and had an estimate ready. Car was fixed literally a few hours later and ready for pick up. Tom the tow truck driver was the most precious human ever — such a hard worker and total doll. Kelly who answers the phone is so wonderful, helpful , professional, I thought she was the dang owner. These ppl are so great. You wanna take your car here. I saved their number and I’ll be going back whenever I need them. Highly recommend.

These guys were the only company that advertise 24 hours and actual answered my call on a Saturday. So if you need someone reliable and who responds quickly this is the company you want to call. Kent was awesome, very accommodating and very careful with the vehicle.
If you are looking for a reliable tow truck operator near Bethlehem, i highly recommend Kings towing. I was visiting from out of town and the tow truck operator showed up quickly and fixed my car. I made it back home safely and can't thank them enough for their assistance!
Awesome service. They answered the phone super quickly and were eager to help. The driver that arrived worked to trouble shoot the problem before towing it to the garage and then when we figured out the problem their team worked with me to adjust the plan in a way that saved me money at the end of the day. Definitely appreciate their service and willingness to help.
I called them to have a car towed from my parents backyard that 2 other towing companies said they couldnt get and the guy came out and was able to have it towed out of the yard and did an amazing job even with it being in the 90° and very humid he did it with a smile and was so nice and respectful will definitely be calling them if I need to get rid of a car
It was a Saturday morning and my water pump was bad and the jeep was overheating. I was worried I had been pulling my camper and I need to be back in VA on Monday for work. I call King's Towing they told me to bring the jeep in that Saturday and a few hours they had me back on the road. These people was awesome! I would recommend their service. Came here initially for a battery change and or swap, which I did accomplish today, on behalf of the Technician there, Tom, Kelly, and the entire staff! Battery Change, was the quickest and smoothest swap, all within underneath ten minutes; just fantastic workmanship, delightful conversation, all-around greeting & friendly staff. In addition, Tom and Kentae (please forgive me if I spelled your name wrong), were able to successfully and kindly replace the battery in my key fob; alongside with mg spare key fob as well. We needed my daughter's car towed off a mechanic's lot asap and this place came through pronto! My daughters dad wanted to put a tip on the card, but Kelly said it was unnecessary that they will do a good job and don't need the tip. When the car was received at its new location, my daughters grandfather called us and said Tom was fantastic. Also, I did not have to be on site for car to be towed since it was at the lot- even Geico and Triple A would not tow the car- And I have accounts with them because we had to be on site. Anyway with a lack of old school customer service and obvious incompetence from most businesses in today's world, King's towing is a refreshing company to deal with. This pricing is reasonable so they are not in it solely for the money, that is obvious. Other establishments could learn a lot from this business!! The only small issue was the merchant Square Pay did alert our Credit Card but this was no fault of the business.
Needed two tires for a tow dolly. Found these people via a Facebook Marketplace listing. Not only did they have the tires I needed, they were able to get them put on the rims for me, saving me the time of taking them somewhere else. In and out in under 30 minutes. The tires are perfect. Would definitely recommend and have them on the lookout for a couple tires for a vehicle of mine.
Wow! I was beyond satisfied with every second I spent speaking/working with King’s Towing! I called them, spoke with Kelly, and she gave me a quote and had a driver on their way to me within 2 minutes. The driver, Tom, arrived within 15 minutes and was so incredibly quick and experienced with what he was doing. Working with Kelly and Tom made what can be a stressful experience into an easy and very friendly tow! Way to go Kelly and Tom! HIGHLY recommend!
King's Towing was a great help to our agency. We had a staff member get a flat tire upon arrival to client's home. I called King's Towing, who had someone out within 20 minutes to help get the tire changed for our employee. The lady I spoke with over the phone was very kind and helpful. The gentleman who came to help was very nice and made sure my staff member was back on the road to get to her next case. We were charged exactly what we were quoted and had no issues with how things were handled. We will absolutely use King's Towing in the future if something like this happens again. I called Kings after 3 hours of sitting on the side of the road waiting for Roadside service to show up. After three calls that made it blatantly obvious that our roadside service has failed us we cold called Kings and Kelly answered and was at our site within minutes! She was excellent and quick to get us off that bridge and to a safe spot so we could change our tire. She offered help if we needed it definitely went above and beyond. She didn’t have to rush out clearly no one else would but she did and we will not forget that. Thank you from the chick in the purple Jeep!!

Yesterday my boyfriend was working (delivery driver) and his car broke down. It only took King's about 20-25 minutes to show up. The gentleman and lady were kind, courteous, careful, and speedy.The rate was surprisingly fair and we were overall very pleased with King's service. Not sure those folks name, but again, their service was great. Would definitely use again!
I contacted King's Towing after hours (8-9pm) about having my company van towed, it broke down and was parked in a lot and had to be moved ASAP. He didn't hesitate at all, told me to give him about a half hour and he would take care of it for me. He told me I didn't have to wait for him, too go home and get some sleep. He even sent me a picture of it after he droped it off at my mechanic. Awesome service at a very reasonable price. I would recommend King's Towing and Auto Repair to anyone needing a tow. Once again think you for taking care of me after hours.
I have been a customer at King's Auto for the past 4 years; they have serviced all of my vehicles with excellence. I had the opportunity to spend time at the shop and have interacted with everyone there. They are professional and courteous, and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. The pricing was fair and competitive. These guys stayed past closing time to make sure I went home with my car. My 2010 Mercedes C300 needed 4 tires and brakes all around on the fly and it only took an hour! Amazing job guys, I made it to work on time. Thanks again.
