Spoke on the phone to a gentleman Sunday about a slow tire leak on one tire. They gave me an 11am appointment Monday. Show up for my appointment and was told it would be a 3 HOUR wait... That's absolutely insane! It's as if they don't think people have schedules and work. I will never attempt to use their services again and I hope my review gives people pause.

Lamar lied & said their lifts only goto 6k when corporate verified they were 10k. He just didn't want to work on a bigger vehicle. Our company uses Wheels for our fleet maintenance management & we let them know & will not be bringing any of our trucks to Firestone ever again.

I was there 8/28/2025 with my car trying to get an oil change and four brand new tires. I had a 315 appointment was there at 3:15 sat for 2 hrs for them to come out and tell me they didn’t have the tires, I had to get another brand waited again for Hour and a half For them to come back and tell me they didn’t have any tires for my car at all. Mind you I had an appointment. The worst service I ever had in my life as far as dealing with my car. Never again when I return there and I suggest you not to. I made this appointment over two weeks ago for them not to have the tires after a long day of work. I sat in that greasy shop for 3 1/2 hours very unprofessional. This is that one on Lancaster Avenue in Wynnewood.

Worst car repair experience of my life. They ordered the wrong parts TWICE which forced me to rent a car over Labor Day weekend. A one day repair took them an entire week to complete. When I finally picked up my car, the engine made a squealing noise on the way home. Took it to another mechanic who discovered that the Firestone "mechanic" had improperly routed a vacuum hose which left it about 6 inches short of the connection point. So, he just left the vacuum hose disconnected! It cost me another $150 for an actual mechanic to properly route and re-connect the hose. Do not take your car here under any circumstances. It's like The Three Stooges decided to go into the car repair business.

Took my car in for the lifetime alignment and PA inspection. Upon leaving the shop I noticed my alignment was still terribly off so I called the shop and let them know, they told me to come back and even though they were swarmed they made sure to adjust it for me. Glad I was able to get it corrected same day.

Went here for an inspection and was quoted an outrageous amount. I took my car to another shop, and none of the issues Firestone claimed were found. I saved thousands by not doing maintenance here. Will not be going back

This was my first time going to a Firestone location so I wasn't familiar with their process. But I scheduled an appointment online, filled out everything I needed and wanted to be done on my car. Went to the appointment and when I got there, everything was already set for my car to be handed to the workers, no additional action required .. I got to my appointment around 9 left around 10:30-45; they gave me an estimated time of 2 hours. They asked me if I wanted to add any additional services, went back to work on my car, then was done and on my way. I was actually able to have the rest of my day instead of being stuck inside a tire shop for hours on end. 100% going back.

I came here for a oil change, tire rotation and brake Inspection. The guys at the counter were great and the service was good 👍🏾.

Actual scam artists and I should've listen to the reviews, I will attach images to further detail. 9/8/25 I went to this location for my annual car inspection for my Tesla. One hour later, they called me up to claim my tires and windshield blades are defective over the phone therefore "failing" me, note they were really rude when I asked for clarification on my tires to why would they fail. I confronted them, in person, about my tires and how they are still above 3/32 tread, note that 2/32 is legally bald and I'm above that. Then try to switch it up, that it was just my windshield blades that caused me to fail, this is after they lectured me on my tires showing some uneven wear. Onto the windshield blades, the picture attached is what they "found"(they found streaking) and the photo with the construction vehicle in it, is me trying to replicate what they claim 2 days later with confusion to what they are talking about. Even Costco Tire Techs were confused on what these people at Firestone were trying to claim. I ended up trusting my gut and believing these scammers were trying to pry $1700 from me, I chose to do nothing to my Tesla, I ended up passing inspection on 9/11/25 at the Bala Cynwyd Mainline BMW dealership with no problems. These guys are scammers, don't trust them, don't do business with them, they will try to do anything to get a dime out of you. TLDR; I lost $33.91 and an hour of my time.

My overall experience with the Wynnewood location is 100. My only complaint on my last visit was having to find my own part, but that's not on them, and I'm a team player. Pablo, Albert, Samir, and I forget the 1st gentleman's name were exceptional in assiting me with resolving my issue. My car feels safe to drive again. I am very grateful for the time and effort spent on my vehicle. l'll definitely be back, but hopefully not too soon LOL.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!! READ FULL REVIEW!! I highly would NOT recommend going to this Firestone Auto Care shop. Or any for that matter. A few months ago, I went in for one thing, and left without that work done, but instead, with a recommended services invoice for $4000, which, for the context of my review, included 8 parts (there was a few other parts but those are not what this is about). I'm looking at the total for the parts from the invoice, and for those 8 parts alone, it comes to a total of $1750.92. I just spent the last 20 minutes on AutoZone looking for each of those parts, and found each, totaling to $862.92. That is a 102.89% increase in parts pricing alone, with the 2 cheapest parts pricing increase being 52.2% and the others no less than 114.4%!! Idk what they call themselves charging us for or where they are getting their parts from, but you will be MUCH better off taking their invoice if you've already gone to them, finding the parts yourself and taking those parts to someone worth your business who will only charge you for labor that doesnt include a 100% increase in pricing. Firestone is a scam of a company and I highly suggest going anywhere BUT here. If we could rate less than 1 star, I would. So grateful I didn't get the work done here. If you haven't come here yet, DON'T COME HERE!! They will rip you off on money. ****this is a follow up review. Date: 9/5/2025 I finally got my car into an auto shop today. They lifted up my car, and even invited me into the garage to look underneath the car. None of what was listed on my invoice from this Firestone was loose, damaged, broken or cracked. Nothing "falling out of the car" like reported on my invoice. This man said my struts, tie rods, control arm and entire suspension system is fine. EVERYTHING I was told from this firestones employee was a lie and they tried to scam me out of $4000. I WILL be reporting this location to the Better Business Bureau. The mechanic is charging me less than $300 for brakes, balancing and an oil change. THIS LOCATION IS EMPLOYING SCAMMERS AND CON ARTISTS. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IF YOU WANT TO SAVE MONEY!!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! And, no, Bryan, i dont need to email you my concerns. They are here in my review. Yall need to assess your employees and get rid of the trash.

In general I really like Firestone. They have saved my life and trip a few times. This location however is a really bad apple. And it's specifically because of the customer care employee Lamar. He sells you things that you don't need, as many other reviewers have written about here. His shows poor communication and is condescending when asking questions about the service. When I asked the technician that looked at my car about Lamar, he had nothing good to say about Lamar. I mention is name here so that this location can do something about it because Firestone is otherwise a really good and trustworthy company.

On Thursday Aug 28 at around 8 AM I showed up at the Wynnewood site for an appointment to get new tires put on my BMW X3 . I had brought these tires on EBay and had them delivered to Firestone and prepaid installation. However this did not happen due to the following: The service clerk let alone wish me did not even look at me. I was the only customer at the counter. When I approached his work station he curtly told me to stand back! After about 10 mins he called me and had difficulty finding me in the system . Very standoffish . In the meantime a buddy of his came in. I saw a complete 180 change in his behavior. Couldn’t be sweeter and helpful. By this time I had enough and took my tires and left! I will NEVER go to Firestone again! The staff has not been trained in customer service at all!

They were very helpful always available to help and always ready to go above and beyond. I needed an oil change and they were easy and quick. Highly rec on the main line

Dishonest company, will never use again. Told us oil was dirty and dipstick very low, Took car home, checked dipstick, oil was perfect and clean as just had oil change recently at accura dealership. Also had damaged one tire, and they told us had to replace all FOUR tires,, as all wheel drive car. Just checked with accura, a LIE, only needed maximum of 2 tires

Avoid at all costs. I dropped off my car for inspection and was first told it passed and was ready for pickup. Five minutes later, they called back saying my windshield wipers actually failed. I explained the wipers were only three months old and worked fine the day before. When I arrived, I asked for the technician to show me the issue. Finally got the guy who inspected my car to come take a look with me. I turned on the wipers—literally perfect (as expected for new windshield wipers). The technician claimed they were streaky at the initial inspection, but somehow magically fine 15 minutes later. I asked if he could retest, and he refused, saying I’d need to buy new wipers and pay for re-inspection. I took the car to Sunoco in Ardmore the same day, and it passed with no issues. Total clown show at Firestone in Wynnewood.

I visited this Firestone without an appointment to get my rear, right tire repaired because Audi no longer offers that service. The tech was really nice, I dropped my car off at around 12:00. He told me my car would be done by 5:00pm and he called me around 3:30pm to tell me it was done!

The Firestone Staff went above and beyond for me in addressing the issues surrounding my Grandson’s vehicle. They thoroughly examined his vehicle and was very honest in their assessment of its condition. When people are straightforward and honest they build, trust. That quality is hard to come by these days.

I came to Firestone last week to purchase 4 new tires and have them installed. They were upfront about the cost and estimated it would take 2.5 hours, which was extremely accurate. I already had a tire in mind to purchase, but it seemed like they would walk you through recommendations for your car. Highly recommend making an appointment! Because people use Firestone as a auto body shop, if you roll up with a flat tire, it could take 2 hours to get it fixed, depending on how many cars they have. Call in advance to get an accurate time quote.

DO NOT GO HERE!! i cannot stress this enough. I took my car here against my better judgment because it was a Sunday and I needed it fast. wasn’t even fast and then they quoted me almost $1500. took it to another mechanic who was just as flabbergasted as i was. almost nothing wrong with the engine. just had to pop the intake hose back on. second mechanic fixed for FREE.

First & foremost … I’d like to start by apologizing to Poli & Saamir. I had THE worst day at work, and become even more horrible when I seen my tire was slashed. I took all of my frustration out on them from the moment I walked through the door. They kept their composure the entire time, but more importantly ensured me that everything was going to be okay and that they were going to do everything in they power to get me back on the road . And they did exactly that. I appreciate y’all, I will be coming back to get 4 fresh tires .

Jeremy took a look at a headlight issue for us and let us know what they would be able to do to help and was clear with us about their limits here. Although we ended up taking the car somewhere else because of that, he and the manager were very kind and helpful, and gave us no trouble refunding the cost of the original work that didn’t fix our issue.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Mechanic will fail your inspection for phony reasons and push overpriced repairs on you. $2500 for control arm replacement, which should be at most $1500! The Firestone mechanic’s feelings were hurt when I asked for an explanation and told him I wanted a second opinion. Another shop location was able to pass me for my safety inspection without any repairs needed. So glad I went somewhere else. In addition- the management here are lazy and rude. They made a mess in my car when they replaced my emissions tag, just leaving scraps of the old sticker on my dash. This place has so many 1 star reviews for a reason. DO NOT GO HERE!

Firestone has zero qualms about wasting your time. I called yesterday to make an appointment to have a tire repaired. I asked how long it would take and was told there would be a 45 minute wait. I arrived at 9:50 for my 10:00 appointment. At 10:40, noticing my car was still where I parked it, I asked if they could tell me when it would be done. I was asked I’d been told a wait time when I arrived I said no and was informed the wait time would be at least 2.5hrs. What’s the point of making an appointment? *update* After getting home, I called Mr. Tire and was able to make an appointment for 5:00pm. My tire was fixed and I was driving home by 5:30pm.

I needed new tires to pass inspection. All maintenance on my car is done at the dealership but they tried to gouge me on the tire prices for a 2010 Corolla. I found Firestone as I was looking online, chose the tires I wanted (which they have most tires on site), made the appt and showed up on time. Not only did they replace the tires and perform an alignment, they also performed engine & brake Courtesy Checks. My car was ready in just under 3 hours. Plus, they are MILITARY/VETERAN FRIENDLY!

Came here to get my oil changed. Made an appointment and they still took a long time. Oil changes shouldn't take more than 10 minutes, especially when you have an appointment.
