Melissa has amazing customer service! Will jump through hoops to make sure I have the correct parts when I need them! I wouldn’t do business anywhere else!
Advance Auto in Trappe PA. sold me a battery for my 2020 Nissan Rouge. They were unable to install so I took it home. When installing I realized it was too tall and would not allow the air conduit to pass above it. The battery was never used to start the car. When I took it back for exchange they refused to accept it because they said it had been installed. Bottom line: Advanced sold me the wrong battery and refused to reimburse the $250 they charged for it.
Update: After viewing my complaint, I was contacted by Advance Auto and the problem was resolved to my satisfaction.
I needed lift cylinders for my truck cap, they meticulously tried to look up the exact part that I needed and when they couldn't find it on the computer they took the part that I brought in and went and matched it to what they had in stock I love this event photo and I will continue to shop there even though there's one closer to me

I had a great experience today at Advanced Auto Parts in Trappe, Pa!
This was my first time trying to buy windshield wiper blades for my car. I was helped by two great technicians!
The first tech looked up the correct blade sizes for my car(I wish I got his name).
When I went to the isle and started looking at the different types,
I was a bit overwhelmed by the different prices and brands. I was trying to figure out the best value for my money. A second technician (Devon)noticed my hesitation and asked if I needed help.
He explained the benefits of each type, and noted that some come with a warranty which can be a better value.
Devon helped me select the right one for my price range and also put them on my car for me! He ensured I tested them before leaving the parking lot!
They work better than any I’ve had on the car before!
I’m thankful to both technicians that helped me get through this today! (the day after Christmas!)
This was my first time at this location, and I had a fantastic experience. Luis was knowledgeable about the parts I needed, and his customer service was superb! He went above and beyond. Im referring everyone I know to this store! A+++!!
I left my lights on while shopping and came out to a dead battery. Not only was Mark helpful during my shopping experience at Trappe, PA Advanced Auto Parts, but he very graciously jumped my battery. The service is above and beyond! Thank you.
Zach assisted with our battery, expecting my new battery was faulty he noticed the connection was loose. Thinking ok he will just tighten it down and we'll be on our way, this incredible young man took his time cleaning the corroded connection, spraying corrosion inhibiter then tightened everything down correctly. He went out of his way, used store materials then said ok have a nice day. I cannot say enough about Zach and as I'm seeing on this response page he has helped many others. Advanced you have a winner in this kid. Forgot to mention we were about to have a thunderstorm and he said let me get this done so you can get out of here before it hits. That goes beyond just doing your job, it truly shows his character .
I have had very bad luck with disposing of oil here within the past 6 months. On my last few visits, I have been told the tank is full three times, and on my last visit it was contaminated. I must have bad luck here.
I went to this store to get the headlight bulb replacement for my 2013 Honda Accord . The person at the counter provided me with few options & recommendations. I’m impressed by his customer service skills. No doubt, I’ll go back there for all my future auto needs.

I needed a headlight replaced on my Kia Optima and though I was able to remove the old bulb I wasn't certain I could get the new bulb installed myself. The guy at the counter rang up the sale and kindly asked if I needed a hand getting the new bulb installed. It took him all of about 2 minutes to get the job done. For me this was a great and unexpected experience.
I go to this store regularly. The team is always willing to chat about the your car challenges and many of their employees have good experience and useful insights. Cody, in particular, is an asset to that site. He’s Extremely helpful and competent, he’s saved me a tremendous amount of time by sharing best practices with me.
I went there for wiper blades. Once an employee came from the back they were very helpful. The problem was it took them a very long time to come to the front.
Great service. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I picked up wipers for two cars and they volunteered to put them on. They installed the wipers quickly and would not accept a tip.
Got my wife's new windshield wipers, they installed them but I was sold the wrong ones. My wife returned them and the other sales person put the correct ones on. Even exchange.
Went in expecting to leave with sparkplugs and wires for my 96 K1500 Chevy. Come to find out they only had7 champion plugs 5 ac delcos no other brands. Only the most expensive wires. What kind of auto parts is this.( Collegeville) never had that problem in boyertown or trooper. Salesman had the personality of a CVS pharmacist. No wonder you don't see customers in there.
Came in August 5th at 11:30 for info. On a part. Monique was extremely helpful and accommodating. However, the gentleman working beside her was intrusive, rude and came off a bit combative. We felt uncomfortable and Unwelcome. Pep Boys went out of their way to fix the problem. Everyone is happy. One bad apple can spoil the bunch or lose you a sale and customer. Hats off to Monique and many thanks.
Couldn't have been more helpful. I needed a battery replacement today and the service was excellent. The staff member tested and replaced my battery in the freezing cold with a smile on his face. Great service!
