I came to these guys and had everything scheduled for scraping but life got in the way and they worked with me to get rid of my vehicle. While i was there i was there finishing up my deal i mentioned a couple of random parts i am always looking for that i am always looking for and they had had the parts ready before i left.

I got the phone number for Telford Auto Parts from my mechanic after I totaled my car on a deer and needed to scrap it. I went in with low expectations but had a great experience. Communications were clear and accurate, pickup was on time and super friendly, payment was exactly as promised and I asked that the tires/wheels be removed and returned so I could install on another vehicle, and a week later they were delivered as promised. Excellent service.

I highly recommend Telford Auto Parts. They have amazing people working there to insure a good quality experience when it comes to online shopping for used auto parts. After a few weeks of USPS failing to deliver my part I requested a refund and got the part I needed at a local junkyard and got my car back on the road. Not only did they refund my money they told me to keep the part when it arrives. That’s going above and beyond my expectations. Thank you guys very much.
Mike was very nice to work with. I had purchased a few wheels from Telford for a great price. I had traveled a few hours to pick them up after store hours and unfortunately the wheels that were pulled were a bit different from the ones I was expecting. Mike was willing to make things right by providing me a full refund and offered to give me the wheels for free if I chose to pick them up, which I did. It’s hard to find customer service like this anymore. Kudos to Mike and Telford Auto parts! I’ll be sure to shop there again for my used BMW parts needs!
