Needed to register a used Seadoo I recently purchased from NJ. Had bill of sale and NJ registration receipt. Process was quick and easy. They filled out the proper forms for me and gave me 60 day temporary PA registration. Reasonable service fees. Would definitely use again.
They sold me the wrong sized screw - it was cheap and made of plastic. When I tried to use it it broke immediately. I could not get it out of my car, it might not have been the right size but they told me it was a standard size. They would not help to make it right. Half attached tag on my car until I could see a mechanic.
They were kinda rude too.
Visited this place for notary services last year and this year too! Happy with their service and highly recommend them if you are looking to get documents notarized! They are professional, quick and attentive.
I never write reviews but I felt so inclined to in this situation. I went first thing in the morning to beat any line or crowd. They opened promptly at the time listed on their website. The lady (who I can't remember her name) greeted me kindly. She was very professional and super attentive. You could tell she cared about her job and answered all my questions very clearly. This kind of service is rare these days and it makes wish I could work there because I felt so welcomed.

This place is wonderful. I called triple AAA since I pay for a membership and got bounced from office to office without resolution. I called this office spoke immediately with a very knowledgeable Notary who helped guide me on transferring my title - refreshing to actually speak to a person who cares.

Fast, efficient, knowledgeable staff and reasonably priced compared to competition in the area. This was one of the only places that took debit and didn’t charge a 4% fee. I would recommend this place to anyone doing title transfers! 5 out of 5 stars!!
I did a title transfer at Nelson’s and they put my last name as the previous owners last name. When I brought it up to an employee she said it wouldn’t be a problem when I sold the car, and she could remedy it. A year laterI go to sell my car and they tell me there’s nothing they can do because it appears I don’t own the car by the mistaken name on the title. The girl is completely unapologetic and not concerned at all. They tell me to drive to Harrisburg. I instead drive to the dmv to see if they can help, the dmv associate informs me that Harrisburg penndot would have laughed in my face and to go to any title place to remedy the situation. My buyer drives back down from the poconos and we meet at another title company and the title is successfully transferred to its new owner and it took all of ten minutes in and out the door. Mistakes happen I understand but they wouldn’t even take the time to figure out how to fix their own mistake for a long time customer.
I have used Nelson’s for years now. I use them for my business & personal work. They also go above & beyond in making sure I’m doing everything by the book. I will continue to use Nelson & Campbell for years to come.
After reading the prior review, I was a bit apprehensive. However, my experience in registering my out of state car was excellent. The staff was friendly, courteous and professional and the entire process took about 10 minutes. Pleased to recommend this business.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE! If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Horrible, this is a tag and title place but they don’t know how fill out forms or complete a simple transfer. Don’t waste your time, go to AAA, or anywhere else. Avoid coming here at all cost. 0 stars, a complete waste of time! Terrible service
We were told the store would be closing early tonight and had to get there by 5:45pm. The store didn't close till 6PM. We arrived at 5:43pm and found the store closed up tight. So they are not a place you can count on their word! They wasted our time driving over.
Normally good, but rushed to get here before closing. Arrived 7 minutes before close and already locked. What’s the point of posting business hours if they’re not honored? 🤷🏻♂️
