I drove over 2 hours to purchase a particular vehicle and it was totally worth the drive. I was welcomed as soon as I arrived and felt very comfortable there. Visiting Nissan 422 of Limerick was a pleasure. We were not there for more than a minute before being greeted pleasantly by Jason Sparks who introduced himself and the dealership to us. Even though we had past experiences with the dealership, this was a brand new positive experience I am happy to share. We were guided pleasantly through the purchasing process of the two vehicles we purchased with test drives of three vehicles, two of which we purchased. Purchase process and post purchase communication were second to none. Perfect!

It was a great experience purchasing my first car at Nissan 422 of Limerick. The Sales Consultant Jason Sparks was very friendly and explained in detail about every features of the car and the various trims available. He explained well about the 0 APR program and its advantages. Also he followed up on the finance approval process and kept me updated about the status. I have checked at other Nissan delivery and they were not aware of the Foreign Professionals Program and said I am not Elliott purchase a car as I don’t have enough Credit history and suggested leasing the vehicle to their benefit. But Jason explained about the program got all the required documentation and helped me get the car. Full marks for Jason. Overall it was a great purchasing experience at Nissan 422 of Limerick.

Deceptive selling practices, we left a deposit on a vehicle and traveled several hours to pick it up. After inspection it was found that the tires that were on the provided photos were switched. The pictures showed high end tires and the vehicle had off brand tires when we arrived. After questioning we were ultimately told by one of the sales managers nothing could be done. ZERO effort to rectify the situation. Typical slum tactics and dishonest sales people.

I bought my first car by myself yesterday and the process could not have been any easier! My sales associate Guistino was patient, helpful with answering any questions, and overall very kind to work with. There were a few bumps in the road with insurance on my end but Guistino helped me through the whole process in figuring everything out! I was very nervous going in about buying a used car but I could not have asked for a better person to work with. And all other staff I interacted with were just as nice from the finance manager who made me feel comfortable choosing the right option for me to the sales managers that went out of their way to introduce themselves to me. If you are thinking of buying a used car they will really take care of you. They offered to replace the damaged center console free of charge to fit their selling standards and gave my car a full service including new brakes and detailing! And the price of my car was a great deal compared to competitors! I don’t often leave reviews but this was worth it! Thank you!

This was the 2nd time I bought a car from Nissan 422 - unfortunately a tree fell on my Rogue totaling it. I shopped online first to narrow in on what I wanted. I know myself too well that if I go in “blind” with too many options I won’t know what I want. A blue Nissan Sentra caught my eye, but I wasn’t sure I wanted a car other than black, white, or even gray, but, I kept going back to it. With less than 12,000 miles for a 2022 at a price worth a steal, I knew I found my car. The car doesn’t have whistles, but it sure had the bells I wanted and that was perfect for me!
I scheduled a test drive, drove it off the lot and right away, I knew this was my car.
Christian was super knowledgeable about the car’s features and made sure I was happy with my decision. He was so kind and patient, he wasn’t pushy just to make the sale.
The finance team was amazing with making sure they understood my budget and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process.
In just over 2 hours, I left with my “new” car!
