My salesman Bob was great. The entire process start to finish was simple, quick and easy to understand. All of my questions were answered fully and I am confident I got a good deal on the used truck I bought and the add ons I bought with it.

One of our best experiences. After 1 month looking different dealers and getting bad offers one after the other Sands Ford made possible. Very smooth, easy and transparent process thanks to sales person Jason Passehl for his great attention and all the sales and finance team cannot be happier with our new 2026 explorer st line

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️½ Sands Ford of Red Hill I purchased a Mach-e 2023 California - in late January 2026, and overall this was a very positive, efficient buying experience with only minor, situational friction at the end. I visited once in mid-Jan by myself to test-drive the specific vehicle I intended to buy. After that, everything was handled by phone and text - pricing, negotiation, deposit, and logistics - so the in-person visit could be quick and straightforward (I am a very busy single dad with a job in NE Philly and live about 20min south of Red Hill. I was very happy and appreciative they were willing to do all that via/phone/email/text. I placed a $500 deposit a week in advance and clearly communicated my needs and timing constraints ahead of time. I wanted to come in when I didn't need to rush or didn't have my kids but I was also trying to get the car ASAP as I was paying daily for a rental. We couldn't work out a good time - rather than waiting for a day I didn’t have my kids, so I came in after work around 6:30 p.m. with my two daughters. As a single dad, timing and logistics matter, which is why I structured the deal in advance to make the visit as close to a sign-and-drive as possible. I gave all my info/insurance/pictures of the checks ect. From a process standpoint, they largely delivered. They let me drive the transaction, didn’t try to redirect me to other vehicles, and were responsive and organized leading up to delivery. Pricing was clean and as promised with only a small amount of typical dealership bloat. Finance was professional and light-touch. I did purchase a tire and wheel warranty with theft protection, but only because the pricing was reasonable and closely aligned with what I calculated I’d likely spend anyway, making it a rational peace-of-mind decision. I also purchased a bumper-to-bumper warranty outside the dealership, and to their credit, they were willing to come very close on price rather than push aggressively. EV knowledge was limited, which was expected given the location and customer base - this area Ford mostly sells pickups and Explorers, but there was a genuine effort to be helpful. It didn’t materially affect the transaction since I came in well informed and I knew what I wanted. They stayed late to get the deal completed, which I appreciated. The only small miss was situational awareness at the finish line. Since it was already evening and the kids hadn’t eaten, allowing food delivery while we wrapped up would have made the process smoother. Given how much was handled in advance and the timing constraints already communicated, that flexibility would have turned a very good experience into a near-perfect one. Bottom line: This was a well-run, low-pressure purchase experience with a responsive and accommodating team. For prepared buyers who handle details ahead of time, this dealership delivers a smooth process. With just a bit more flexibility around end-of-day logistics, this would easily be a 5-star experience but I’d definitely buy here again without hesitation and would recommend it to others, which I don't do normally.

As long as I live in the area, SANDS will be my go to for all my automotive needs. It is the most respectable car dealership I've ever seen in my 70 years of life. All the way from sales to service and bodywork.

Pleasant experience from start to finish. Walked in said I wanted “this truck”. Didn’t try to sell me the loaded one, just listened to what I was saying. An hour later I owned it. No pressure, no bs. Will definitely go back for the next one.

They did a great great job for me and it's nice to have a good, friendly local dealer.

I bought 2 trucks from Sands 10 years apart and they manage to keep me coming back. Sands Red Hill is a small local dealership that is able to cater to your needs. They work hard to find a vehicle you need and are patient enough to give you time to find it. Check them out.

If you are in the market for a car, stop in at Sands Ford of Red Hill and ask for Bob. He is unfailingly courteous, prompt, reliable, knowledgeable, will patiently stand outside in the freezing cold, and overall goes the extra mile to provide the best car purchasing experience possible.

Great deal on a great truck. The staff was friendly, efficient and thorough. I'll be back in 12 years when I'm ready to replace this one. Thank you Sands Ford.

Service was required because the Ford electronics system did not update correctly. The update was completed by the tech. It was N/C, but I wonder when these things will become my problem. Should I be looking for a different tow vehicle.

I recently purchased a beautiful 2018 Ford f-150 XLT truck from Sands Ford. This is my third truck from Sands Ford and again it was a great experience.

The team at Sands Ford of Red Hill made my lease so easy and transparent. There were no hidden fees, everything was disgust. When my lease is up I definitely will return to lease another vehicle.

Sands of Red Hill has been my best truck buying experience to date. Not only do they offer super competitive upfront no “BS internet” pricing, they offer great friendly customer service. Jarod and Glenn run a tight ship there. Mark handled sales perfectly and Derek had all the paperwork in order. If you want a Ford which you should, there is nowhere I’d recommend. I drove 60 miles and passed 3 other Ford dealerships to get here!!

Bob Williams (Sales) was very knowledgeable & very patient during the entire process of purchasing our Ford F-150 Lightning (EV) truck. The finance team created a sales agreement with enough transparency to allow us to question each line item cost against the original quote. This also enabled us to easily decide which additional options were appropriate for us. Upon the vehicle delivery, Bob Williams (Sales) went above & beyond by taking the time explain everything we needed to know be able to correctly operate our new EV. We are new to EVs so this took time & patience on Bob's part. We recommend Sands Ford of Red Hill.

We have purchased two used cars from Sands. In 2020, my husband bought a 2016 Ford Escape. This week, I traded in my 2002 Subaru Outback for a 2015 Subaru Outback. They made both transactions easy and friendly. Both cars run great. Even though I did not buy a Ford, they treated me with much respect. I highly recommend Sands Ford of Red Hill, Pa. The photo is my new Subaru (red) next to my old one (white).

They lied to me. I took my truck, which i purchased from Sands ford in for inspection. I needed tires to pass inspection and i decided to buy them from someone other than Sands as both options they gave me were $1000. At checkout the service manager informs me that I'll also need to replace my windshield because of a small spider crack in the bottom corner of the passenger side. This crack passed inspection last year from Sands ford, is clearly nowhere near the driver's side, and not in the wipers path. Because i didn't buy tires from them the service manager decided to be petty and lie and tell me my truck wouldn't pass inspection with this small crack that was in no way a safety issue. This will be my last dealing with Sands Ford because of this.

Sands Ford of Red Hill, I am really not one to write reviews or letters to businesses for services rendered. The Sands Ford of Red Hill family are a phenomenal team of wonderful people who take pride in their profession. From the internet inquiry, to the final delivery of this amazing 2025 Ford Mustang GT Premium was an extremely organized, meticulous and spectacular experience. Thank you ALL again for the extra efforts. I look forward to the future of your care and maintenance on this vehicle. If there was a ten our of ten star review, I would give a twenty plus! I am going to highly recommend you to my friends and family for the outstanding service you ALL have provided. Warmest Regards, Jeffrey Cassel

Quite simply the worst service center I have ever dealt with. My truck broke down on a Friday, I already had an oil change scheduled for Saturday at 10am before the breakdown even happened. I called Saturday for an update on my truck at 12:30 and they hadn’t even started working on it yet. They found it appropriate to not work on it until the end of the day, just so that they wouldn’t have time to diagnose it until Monday, I’m guessing so that they could charge me for another hour of labor in the diagnosing process. Monday rolls around and these clowns figure out first thing in the morning that my truck needs a new battery before they can even diagnose it. However their less than acceptable communication skills failed me and they never called to tell me that until I called them at 4:00pm that Monday. Now I would think that it only takes 5 minutes to determine that a battery needs replacement and a quick phone call to let me know that so they can continue to diagnose the issue with my truck would be proper. That was not the case. Not only did I have to babysit these service guys every step of the way, THEY COULD NOT EVEN MANAGE TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEIR TECHS THAT I TOLD THEM I WANTED A NEW BATTERY IN MY TRUCK SO THEY COULD FIGURE OUT THE ISSUE. So here I am Monday night thinking that I’m gonna be getting a call first thing Tuesday morning with a report on the issue with my truck, I was mistaken. I never got a call that day. Wednesday morning first thing I call to check in, and as I previously mentioned, they never told their techs that I wanted a battery in my truck. So Wednesday they told me that they forgot to tell the techs that I wanted a new battery and they would get right on it. It took them until 2:30 Wednesday to finally diagnose it and then they could get my vehicle back up and running that afternoon. Just for a little back story I have a 2019 F150 XLT with only 56K on it and somehow the alternator already was bad on it. When I asked the service guy how it was possible to already have a bad alternator on a vehicle that was barely broken in he says “oh it’s likely just wear and tear”. That answer in itself could not have been more frustrating seeing that MY TRUCK ONLY HAS 56K ON IT AND IS BARELY BROKEN IN. Seemingly just as frustrating for me was that it wasn’t covered under warranty (of course they won’t cover it because a stealership like this has to milk every ounce of money out of their customers). Now this review may sound like I have no understanding for schedules and the fact that they, like most other service centers are jam packed with work. However, if they had simply started my truck at 10am that Saturday for the oil change like it was scheduled too be, they would’ve been able to have enough time to call me saying I needed a new battery (which they stock) and they would’ve had enough time to put in the new alternator (which they also stock) after diagnosing. But I guess it’s to much to assume that a service center that is supposed to be professional and well rounded at communicating with their customers do just that. So after all this and their failure’s to communicate with me the service manager felt great giving me $150 off my final bill. What a lovely amount of savings for me. Thank you Ford for your amazing customer service.

I just purchased a new 2025 Expedition from Sands Ford of Red Hill, Pa. I would highly recommend them. They gave me a good price for my trade and a great deal on the new vehicle. I had questions after the vehicle (technology) when I had gotten back home, and the salesman was still patient and gave me all the time I needed. Their salesmanship was very refreshing..

Our sales person was great. Treated us well and wasn't rude or pushy. He gave time when we wanted to talk things over by ourselves and was very helpful and informative. He answered all our questions and was very polite. Everyone in the dealership we talked to was polite. Not the fake kind of polite because they had to be but a genuine, because they were nice people kind of polite. Made us feel comfortable and ultimately lead to our decision on our purchase. Had they been rude we would have taken our business elsewhere. A very pleasant experience all the way from looking at the vehicle, the test drive all the way through the finance process. I would recommend Sands Ford of Red Hill to anyone who were to ask. Thank you

I recently purchased a new Ford F350 from Sands Ford of Red Hill. From my initial contact with one of their sales reps through purchase negotiations to the delivery of my truck my sales rep was courteous and totally straight forward throughout the process. Everyone at Sands Ford with whom I had contact could not have been more friendly and helpful. I must say that this was the most pleasant automobile purchase I have ever experienced. I live 75 mles from the dealership, but it was well worth the drive.

I had a great experience purchasing my Ram 1500 Rebel with Sands Ford of Red Hill. The team helped me to carefully review all of my options for vehicles and I selected one that was the perfect fit for my needs. It was an overall great experience and I will definitely purchase with them again.

Purchasing a vehicle out of state can be a hassle but the staff here at Sands Ford made it a breeze! Ian was my salesman and he was extremely helpful, kind, professional and down to earth. I was in and out within an hour of purchasing my vehicle and I couldn’t be happier! 5 stars across the board and I highly recommend them to anyone that’s in the market of a new or used vehicle!

I had an awesome experience at Sands! Everyone who works here is so genuine. Ian, our sales representative, was so helpful in securing the perfect deal for us. Not only sales but the manager, finance team, service department, detailing, and parts staff all were so helpful as well!! (Wish I could remember everyone’s names!) I’m so happy to have purchased my Bronco Sport from such a dedicated and friendly group of people!

I just purchased my 2024 Ford Bronco in February of this year, and absolutely love it. I had the original Bronco, see attached. My first service went extremely well, everyone I came in contact with was curious and professional

Ran across a listing at Sands Ford for a new used 2020 Toyota Tacoma. The sales manager Adam Natale contacted me right away via text and email. He even sent me a personalized video for the car. Communication were through emails and texts all the way until we went to test drive. It was a smooth process. Looking at the final figures, Sands Ford were extremely upfront with the fees and didn’t add any markups or ridiculous fees like other places. Price was advertised, unlike other places that like to do bait-and-switch. Very transparent and they are extremely nice people to work with. They offered fair trade in value and match them for our car too. Unlike other places that undervalue it, which kind of insulting if you know the value of your car. The Tacoma was extremely clean and they even added a brand new set of tires. It was an absolute pleasure trading in and buying from them. It was the quick get-in-and-get-out with the new car experience that I love! The dealer is kind of in the middle of nowhere but it is like a hidden gem.

We scheduled my son's 2017 Fusion for a preventative maintenance transmission fluid flush and fill as they are notorious for becoming dirty early and leading to premature failure. Instead of draining any fluid they added to it and the fluid was still black and thin. How did we know? The high pressure caused the trans to push the transmission fluid out through the site plug and spray it all over the inside of the engine, hood and onto the driver's side wheel, suspension and brakes . Smoke was actually pouring out from under the hood and from under the car. The car began to throw error codes which we could read with an OBD 2 scanner we had. My son took it back a second time, the service manager supposedly checked it and they still said there was nothing wrong!! The situation was blamed on 'modifications' to the car which include lowering springs, aftermarket exhaust and a cold air intake, none of which presented any problems for the last 20k miles. Ultimately, we took it to another shop who confirmed that: 1. The fluid was in fact dirty and did not appear changed but added to 2. It was overfilled 3. The car's computer was in a panic over all the pressure causing codes. We have bought 3 cars there in the past 5 years, so would not expect this treatment even regardless of that. BTW, they charged us both times as well for essentially nothing. And finally, we were never offered an explanation or apology for 3 trips to them and the inconvenience and potential damage to the transmission this may have caused. All for a preventative maintenance issue. We will never be back or refer.
