Just saw a truck sit at a light while its green, sit in between two lanes after turning, not use the signal to get into the turn lane, then go after the light was already red. Get off your phone or something. Holy crap. Makes the company look horrible.
Not good service, I've got transferred 3 times for a simple part. Transmissions are super dirty from this place they don't clean anything, kinda funny that my core is sent in looks 10x cleaner just a ton of extra work, all the heat shields are bent and got dents on the pan from someone just sliding it on the ground, that will lead to issues later after 30days, there's other junkyard far better and faster service, most have transmissions waiting on the shelf and don't need a deposit to pull.

We had two flat tires on a back country road at 10pm on a Tuesday night. Stellantis roadside assistance could not secure a tow for us (?!), so I called Happy Hooker. They had a flatbed there in 30 minutes. The driver was professional, personable, and had the Jeep on a flatbed in minutes. Delivered it to the right place in the exact spot I requested. Very fair price.

I was stuck in an emergency situation this morning and this man came and got me unlocked out of my car and even though it was a towing service through tripl A , he went out of his way to his shop and had two tires for me because my tire was also flat . He also looked it over for me and gave me tons of advice and recommendations! He was super nice & kind and he saved me! He got my car safely to a mechanic shop where I live which was a good 45 minutes away. Can’t thank him enough and would give him 20 stars if I could ! Please give him your business !
By far very unprofessional i was set up with these guys they were to remove a car i was told driver would call me momentarily i waited over 3 hours in a parking lot to never receive anything. Hen called another company i then drove home and about 4 hours later got a text from. So moral of the story they were willing to make me wait 7 hours in a parking lot

I had to pay for my part before they took it out. After 2 days of runaround they had my part 10 before closing. My mechanic just called and it's not even the right part. The guy has a computer and still can't get it right. Now I have to waste a third trip out there to return the part. A total was of my time, money and gas. Your called called once. I've spent 3 days running around trying to find a new pump and they just finished fixing it 2 hours ago. I had no vehicle. I don't care about your excuses. I'll be there to get my money as soo as I can get out there
We needed a bumper with the hitch. We drove 5 hours to pick it up and they accommodated greatly. We would definitely drive another 5 hours for parts again! Fantastic people, fantastic business. Definitely recommend for used vehicle parts.
I needed parts for my 07 dodge charger that got hit a few days before Christmas. They had exactly what I needed in my exact color, and A and A plus condition. Transaction went very smoothly, had it set up for parts to be pulled for that weekend. 1 day from when we had planned to make the hour and 20 min trip, I got a call from them telling me they unfortunately sent one of their guys out to bring the car down and pull the parts and he went around a bend in the yard, hit some ice dropped the car off the loader and smashed everything on the drivers side that I needed. She did try to call around and find someone who had the stuff and offered to discount the parts of we still wanted them. Very unfortunate event that happened but they did try.

Craziest thing happened to me yesterday evening I ran over my rental truck keys with my riding lawn
mower they came picked up the truck and took me to Pittsburgh airport to get a new rental. As a business owner myself I give the service 10/10 plus the driver a 10/10

Called about tires and was put on hold for a long time. When they finally answered they were rude and clearly not interested in helping even though I said I was interested in buying other parts off of them. We arrived to buy the tires and awkwardly waited without a hello or anything, while 3 uninterested employees scrolled on their computers. Then was told the tires were sold. No apologies just a rude bunch of employees who could care less.
Very helpful over the phone. They know for the most part what parts are still available on the vehicles in the yard. I pulled the parts myself but they can pull them for a small fee. Very reasonable prices as well. I drove almost an hr to come here and was very pleased.
Only negative is the yard was very muddy. But I always come prepared. Bring your own cart / wheelbarrow and tools!
Called these Jokers yesterday about a truck seat they had listed on carpart.com. guy said they had it and a bunch of others to choose from and best if I came to look at them and pick which one I wanted. Drove 2 hours today to pick it up only to find out it was sold and they did not even know. All of the others they claimed to have were non-existent. Complete waste of my time. Very unorganized and unprofessional business. Don't waste your time. Shop elsewhere.
