I’ll give 2 stars because I like to support local businesses and Matt is a stand up guy, but To the rude secretary that hung up on me after I said I would call her back after she told me I had to make an appointment *which I was going to* but don’t think I’ll be going here now. Maybe you should hire a new secretary that cares or show the current one how to learn some respect for the customers
I had a fantastic experience with Orth and would utilize them time and again. Kailyn was so helpful and thorough with my questions and Chance was awesome! They called to discuss any issues and had my car done promptly. Very pleased with this business.
Office staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I had to wait at the shop for another tow company who canceled on me after waiting over an hour. I asked Orths if they could help me out and tow my vehicle home; not only did they say yes, they did it for $56 less. Thanks for your help!
