I had a very easy/reliable time with copart. I wish that they had sent me the directions on what I had to do to sign the title over sooner, given that this is my first time selling a car. With that being said, the staff was very kind, reliable, and flexible with scheduling a pick up time for the vehicle. Very easy/simple pick up once the paperwork is done and I appreciate that they arranged and paid for the vehicle to be towed. Overall this process was stress-free and easy. I would recommend this to anyone looking to get rid of a car!
Very simple process. Excellent communication as the process goes forward. The first person I spoke with, Janine, was outstanding and explained everything. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because if I called back I was sent to whichever rep was available. I would have preferred dealing only with Janine.
In all honesty I did my research and Coparts beat everyone else's price very nicely I dealt with Ashley via text and phone and she was absolutely wonderful and easy going and the tow truck gentleman Brandon came after a holiday weekend so it was a day late but no rush I get it and he was absolutely the nicest person I highly recommend their company very simple and easy to deal with for what was a 25-year-old car

It's a scam. Don't do it. They gave me a price on the phone and fed me a bunch of BS and ending up giving me much less then agreed to after they had the paperwork and had it up on the tow truck and when I said forget it they told me I would have to pay $150.00 for towing. Are you freaking kidding me! What a scam. Don't sign any paperwork or let them put it on the truck until you have the agreed upon money. Beware!!!!!!

Our Representative, Dylan was excellent. He explained the process and helped us get the title signed over.
However, arranging to get the car pick up was a nightmare. We had to schedule it three times to get the car picked up.
Finally, a Robin in customer service got the dispatch to assign a pick up and the car was finally taken away!
Tow truck driver was 1 hour late because the office people sent him to the wrong location. The office people could've done better and helped more in trying to finish the process. They said I would get cash on the spot, but i got a check.

Once I had the proper documents, the process was easy. They walk you through each step, even texting with you (which was so helpful to me). I had a tough time with my documents but they stuck with me and were patient. I was excited that they even picked up my car early! They cut the check when they take the car. I'd use them again.
