Not at all a fan of how this place operates. Some people clearly move faster than the yards are willing to yet They are the ones wanting to make the money, far too much of a hassle here.
Would never recommend this place to anyone. They refused to release the part to someone else on my behalf, even with full order details and ID. No mention of this policy during the order process — zero communication. Completely inflexible, rude staff, and a total waste of time. This kind of service is exactly why people stop supporting local businesses. Save yourself the frustration — shop elsewhere.
Terrible service and zero communication. Placed an order, sent someone to pick it up with all the info — and they flat-out refused to hand it over. No notice anywhere about their “only the buyer can pick up” policy. No warning, no heads-up, nothing. Just wasted time and money. Customer service was rude and dismissive when asked for help. I’ll never order from here again — completely unprofessional and not worth the hassle.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This seller has an absolutely ridiculous policy: they won’t release the part to anyone except the person who placed the order — even if you provide full proof and confirmation. Nowhere during checkout or in any communication did they mention this nonsense rule. Only found out after wasting time and gas. Completely unprofessional, no flexibility, no warning. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy being treated like a problem instead of a customer.
I would put ZERO. Customer service so bad, I ordered fender for Honda Odyssey with silver color. I paid for it. Next day it was ready for pick up. My brother came to pick up the fender, but nobody want to release him because he don’t have my ID and credit card. Because they have policy if Part was ordered under my name, then nobody can pick up this part, beside me. Nobody told me about the policy and their rules. He came two hours away to pick up this part and he come back 2 hours without the fender. The next day in the morning I came my self to pick up the fender. But they bring me with dark blue color fender. “ we apologize. We think we sent a wrong part number for your order. Come back in three days.” I came 2 hours away to pick up nothing. I’m calling to my sales person who sold me this fender, but nobody answered. Service is awful! I waste eight hours for nothing! I don’t recommend this junkyard! I over paid for the fender to have in same color and they did again mistake. I still waiting for my return!
Don't waste your time unless you are a big shop. They tell you they aren't responsible for any damage during shipping.and they want you to pay up front. I went to the u pull it instead
We always work with Gary Kleintop at our dealerships and he does a great job! Would highly recommend Gary to everyone. He is a class act! He gets it done!
I called them for a passenger seat for a CRV, they sent me a picture of it, looked great. Paid for it, then waited a day and drove an hour to get there. Only to arrive and to see they had the drivers side seat at the location.
Absolute robbery. Expensive parts and then as soon as you try to use the warranty they bend you over. Run far away from this place. They’ll sell you a warranty but will not explain to you that the warranty only covers $30 dollars an hour and you will be responsible for the rest of the hourly labor rate (typical labor rate is $115 an hour).
REALLY REALLY bad parts. They got me a part that was “A” quality and it’s terrible. Wires cut when there is a plug right there to unplug. Grease all over the interior leather. Unreal.
Never buy here. They will tell you they are the ones losing commission on the sale and “there’s nothing they can do” because there’s no comparable replacement they can get to make this right.
Great place to get auto parts very fair with pricing and if something is not right they will fix it or work with you on the price, ask for Curtis great salesman does everything to get you what you need and fast turn around time quality parts saves me time with painting and less trips to the body shop Fenix is number one places for quality parts
Complete waste of time dealing with Fenix Parts, I would avoid at all costs. Found the fender I needed online in great condition and correct color. Called them to pick it up in their Pennsburg location, they said it was actually in MA but they will pull it and ship to Pennsburg. I drove 2 hours to Pennsburg only to be giving a completely different color fender in bad condition, paint missing and deep scratches from what looks like shipping. They asked me if I could make it work... and said someone must have switched the fender in MA. I asked for a refund, hopefully they can at least do that correctly.
Update 2/21/23, I called and asked where my refund was, and they said the dispatcher must have forgot to start it. I've never dealt with a company this terrible!

Extensive stock, honest and knowledgeable staff, competitive prices, and prompt service, all add up to equal a great customer experience. The manager Sean, responded to an inquiry I had sent him via email concerning some hard to find parts I needed for an older vehicle I was working on, prior to my being able to proceed. He put me in contact with Curtis in sales. After explaining exactly what I was looking for, Curtis tracked down every part I inquired about in no time flat. We crunched some numbers, and with what seemed like a couple of keystrokes, my parts were on their way. A few days later, I was able to arrange to pick up my items from their warehouse in Pennsburg. It was right off the PA Turnpike, which was very convenient for me. Upon arrival, I appreciated being able to inspect my parts first-hand and up-close prior to payment. All were as good as advertised. I began to load up my truck, but when Ray and Craig from the shipping department realized that I was in need of some assistance getting a few of the larger items into my vehicle, they were more than happy to assist me in loading up my truck with their forklift. And I was more than happy to buy them some lunch for their trouble, as I never could've done it by myself. After they quickly insured my precious cargo was secure and well protected, I thanked them again and was headed back home. This is simply a great business model. Fenix puts a major focus on communication and customer support, while still being able to provide quality products through their expansive and ever growing inventory. And they do it all in a streamlined and timely manner. They make the whole process seamless, from start to finish. Take notes, because this is how it's supposed to be done folks. Fenix Auto Parts fires on all cylinders, from top to bottom. Thanks gentlemen. Keep up the great work. I'm certain I'll be back and be sure you are highly recommend. Much obliged.
I hate to leave bad reviews but it was unbelievable drove out twice said that had part wasn’t there drove out third time picked it up part was scratched All I’ve got paint chips on it. Not impressed. On other hand Joel from other NY location is very helpful
Ordered a part over the phone, they said it was great shape. After I drove over an hour to get there here its dented and scratched. Definitely not what they said it was over the phone. The guy at the counter was super cool tho.
5 stars to Mike in sales. 5 stars to parts quality. 1 star to dispatch. Unit supposed to be here Wed. Never shows. Truck broke down. Thur never shows. Driver got a tummy ache. Transferred to dispatch. Talk about a CAN'T do operation. 9 drivers but they couldn't get someone else to bring the unit a half hour away. Dispatcher just wants to argue. Horribly unacceptable.
I highly recommend calling Don's for all of your automotive needs. Nikkia is the absolute best!! She can find any part that we are looking for with no problem. Her dedication to helping our repair shop locate the parts we need at an affordable price and in a timely manner cannot be beat! In reading some reviews, I felt the need to reply. I could write a lengthy story about my experience with Bill Colwell but I won't. What I will write is that he was very professional, honest, and forthcoming in getting corrected an issue that was not his fault. The product was of great quality also. If in need of used parts, have no fear in contacting him!

Customer service was excellent but the product I received was sub par. I received a rear driveshaft that was dented in 2 places
My mechanic told me to take it back he can not use it. He said those guys should have known better then to give you this.
Had a good experience buying a transmission off of Don's. Ended up I didn't need the trany, they took it back with no questions for a full refund. Then sold me what I needed to get the job done. Nice bunch of guys willing to help!
Great service and not too expensive. They had the part I needed and it matched the color of my car so win for me. Now please do not think because they had my part that they will have what you need. They are a salvage yard so it's what ever they have in the yard. But I'm pretty sure they can help you find something.
The auto mall had what I needed and it was on-site:: no waiting for a day or so. Tom was helpful, knowledgeable, and it was a seamless process after arriving. The part was as stated, i like that fact that you get an invoice for your records as well as the company's- not a shady dealer or business of used parts. The price was also 100 cheaper than a local used auto parts dealer-highly recommended.
