Was sitting at the gym where I go it is in Ashland va it is a 24/7 gym it’s approximately nine 9:30 9:40 when a wrecker pulls up with his lights and highbeams on and tells me I cannot sit there I told him I am a member of the gym and he use foul language said he doesn’t care I have to leave The gym is Anytime Fitness so he calls the police I talk to the Place which was very polite and very helpful they told him I did not have to leave he told them I was sleeping in the van watch I was not now I don’t know what to do if I go in the gym he might back up and take my van
I just had the best experience with JP - owner of Diamond Club Towing. He was on time, helpful and fun to talk to. And his prices were very reasonable. It’s a difficult time when you need your car towed but my experience with JP was all I could have asked for. I highly recommend Diamond Club!

EXCELLENT SERVICE !! A FEW DAYS AGO I CAUGHT A FLAT TIRE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT AND I WAS RUNNING OUT OF OPTIONS!! I HAD ALLOY LUGNUTS AND THEY WERE ALL STRIPPED ALREADY! I CALLED MY INSURANCE' ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE AND WHEN THEY ARRIVED THEY WORKED ON GETTING THE LUGNUTS OFF FOR ALMOST AN HOUR AND THEY COULDN'T GET ANY OF THE LUGNUTS OFF SO I CALLED AAA AND WHEN THEY ARRIVED THEY HAD THE SAME ISSUE! BY THIS TIME IT WAS AROUND 2:30am AND I WAS READY TO JUST GIVE UP AND GET MY CAR TOWED TO A MECHANIC SHOP UNTILL I RAN ACROSS 'DIAMOND CLUB TOWING'S NUMBER! I CALLED THEM& THEY ARRIVED AT A TIMELY MANNER AND THE GUY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE! HE WAS ABLE TO GET ALL MY LUGNUTS OFF AND MY SPARE TIRE ON IN ABOUT 15MINS!! HE WAS LIKE AN ANGEL SENT TO ME THAT NIGHT!!! HE SAVED ME AOT OF STRESS AND MONEY AND I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANY AND EVERYBODY THAT HAS ANY AUTOMOBILE ISSUES!!
I had to have my car towed. I was already having a bad day and was on the verge of tears when my car decided to die on me I was in a very busy and dangerous location so I needed to have my car moved quickly. AAA quoted me 2 hours and they weren’t treating my call with urgency (all I kept getting was a new ETA and fake apologies when I followed up). I called the following company and he was so professional and quick. Additionally he was very fair with pricing. As a woman I felt safe too; it felt like having an older brother coming to the rescue. I advise saving his info in your phone book- this guy is my hero! I’m so grateful ! He was super nice! 10/10! ****Pro tip: send him your location so it’s easier for him to find you; also when you’re trying to get an estimate on the fee, have your google maps pulled up so you can give him street names. If you’re on the highway I advise using mile markers.
My truck blew an oil cooler line late tonight and was undriveable. After waiting on AAA for hours I looked up local towing services and out of all of them he was the only one who answered or was available. John arrived within minutes and got my truck home. He was fast and professional and very respectful. I would recommend him to anyone and in the event I ever need a tie again he will be the one I call.
John needs to stick to towing. While towing my 1998 Yukon I explained to him that my vehicle had an exhaust leak to which he replied he could fix it. Well, due to the fact that John is a good talker he persuaded me into believing that he knew what he was talking about so a few weeks later I brought my Yukon to him, although he doesn’t have a shop but I’m not gonna get into that because this review is not personal I’m just gonna state facts. I took my vehicle to John in good faith and he destroyed my 1998 Yukon now I’m out of a car. The night I took my Yukon to him he spent hours hacking at my exhaust pipes with a saw and stick welding. I’m not a mechanic so I didn’t don’t know what he was doing until I took my vehicle yesterday to get a whole new exhaust put on it only to find out that they can’t even take the old one off bcz John welded the exhaust pipe to the manifold so I have a bigger problem now than I had before I trusted John with my vehicle. I’m upset but it is what it is. If John is towing your vehicle and he tells you he also fixes cars...don’t go for it!!!
He is very loyal, and he'll always be there for you. He has a kind heart, and means very well. I had the pleasure of being towed by John (it was more of a pleasure than a hassle), and he offered me multiple solutions for my car. He cares a lot about his clients. I will be calling him in the future I'm sure, and I recommend anyone else to do the same!
