This is by far THE ABSOLUTE worst towing company I have ever came across. These people are very ignorant. Very nasty individuals. No one is answering the phone for the department I needed. They stated if you need help to email which I did and they replied that they can not help me with scheduling an appointment to redeem my vehicle. There website for scheduling an appointment is down and when I called a different department for help the man that answered the phone said my issue I was having was a “Personal problem and he isn’t the one who needs to redeem his vehicle.” No help and no kindness to them.

Had my car repoed and man it was a process to get it back. Mainly due to this company being very busy and I get that..But if you follow all the steps in getting it back it’s definitely possible to get your car back.. my only issue was actually getting someone on the phone. The girl that I picked my car up from was very nice… owner I can tell is stressed out a little rude but who wouldn’t be dealing with hostile people everyday overall all experience 8/10….oh and make sure you have all your paper work correct and driver license not expired… oh and one last thing i can honestly say i had a bunch of stuff in the car that i thought would have been stolen due to they reviews but everything was still in my car and was left the way i left it

The Must Be The Cheapest On The Repo/Towing Market. The way they treat and talk to people for absolutely no reason is insane. People fall on hard times . They are so nasty for no reason at all! They Won’t Release My Federal Government Badges that was in my car but Claim He Removed everything and kept a $300 bottle perfume saying they don’t touch liquids Etc ! This is Insane to me. Never disrespected nobody and i talk fast . This lady talking about ima ban you from a lot. You have people signing papers outside in the open no time to read what you’re signing or anything but God Will Humble As A Family One Day. Making fun and mockery people falling on hard times and then giving them an even harder time. I made the appointment. My items weren’t giving to me at that time because he didn’t properly clean my car out . They ran thru it looking for stuff .

I wish I could give zero stars this place is horrible. Staff was rude and ignorant. My main complaint though was how they tried to to extort me out of $180 when the bank told me not to pay them any money at all because it was included in my fees for my loan. They demanded that I give them $180 Cash or they were not gonna release my car, even though I told them that my bank told me not to pay them any cash Because I was going to be charged. I called the bank and they told me the same thing while I was at the lot again to not give them any money because I was already paying for it. They were not give me my car back so I gave them money because I wanted my car back. I asked them for a receipt because I want proof that I paid them for the car to get it back. She went back to get a receipt. I waited about 15 minutes and she came back with my money saying that they made a mistake. This business is shady and I wondered how many people they did this to. Would they have given me the money back if I didn’t ask for a receipt?

Just spoke with Nicole (she was pleasant)to report three cars illegally parked and was told that the “property manager “ has to call!! I asked when this policy was put into place and she said it had always been. Funny because this has never been the case before. Not sure how the property manager can call in illegally parked vehicles on a Saturday night I guess I have to park on the street since the tow company won’t tow!!!I EDIT: I must say that I was very impressed to have the owner reach out to recognize a miscommunication with his staff. This goes a long way!! Hopefully Nicole will improve her customer service skills in learning that answering the phone in a pleasant manner can make or break a client’s experience. Using a positive tone does make a difference!

They repoed my vehicle and when I went to get it and Amy wallet they would not answer their phone ! They make you schedule an appointment 24 hours later to get your things, I was traveling so needed my wallet and ID to get in my hotel! They called the police on me and now won’t release my vehicle to me or anyone associated with me and won’t allow a simple solution for my finance company to pick it up. They’re holding my vehicle hostage and the police in their township is allowing it. *Update* They claim I broke into their facility when all I did was jump the fence to their lot because they didn’t have an office on premises. I’m visiting from out of town and due to unforeseen circumstances I was traveling when my car payment was due. I couldn’t get into my hotel or pay for any assistance without my wallet in my vehicle. I thought Giannone towing would be understanding of this but instead they have pressed charges against me and done their upmost to keep me from getting my vehicle back. I think this may be racially motivated due to me being black. They want me to have a felony on my record and for me to lose my vehicle.

Towed an illegally parked car on a Friday night, called Saturday morning no weekend hours. Kept making excuses why can't get the car back. Wants 575.00 and hold to Monday. Hours 10 to 4 monday to Friday. I thought towing companies are 24 hours not banking hours. SMH

Horrible. Just horrific. Start to finish. Each review here indicates the tone across the company. Aggression. Threatening. At a time people are in distress. They failed. I will be filing a complaint w better business bureau. The mayor. And whoever else I can to end this abusive and likely illegal behavior

Yikes. Called for a tow with about a 10 min to 20 min ride time. It would have cost $150 and if paying with a credit card an extra 10% fee and it would have taken an hour and half to get to me.

The absolute rudest people I have ever encountered. Angela is horrible to speak to and ALWAYS has an ugly attitude. These people should probably get some practice in customer service if they want to run a business, just saying.

I called and left a vm for Angela some time last week. Nooone one called back or sent an email. A week goes by I call and get someone who was helpful While on the phone i was unable to properly hear the address in which I wrote down. Website does not verify address for Conshocken location. Literally called this morning (after 9am) to verify an address for pick up. A lady picked up, didn't state name. Advised me that I have to wait til office opens to confirm an address for pick up. Called again. Went through a different prompt which brought me back to the lady. I asked which department and or office am I waiting to open up. “We only have 1 office” Which department am I waiting on and What time does the office open? “You have to call back when the office opens”- ladypickup Rules are if you miss your appt then you have to wait 24hrs I live an hour+ away The “office” opens when it opens So if I miss the appt, its on me right? Trying to be proactive to avoid the unnecessary I was not allowed to do so with this company.

They will still make a copy of your key even after telling them not to, the lady told me they'll just tell you anything to get off the phone. (Edit my bank and the third party company told me to tell call you not to make a copy so I wont be charged or I wouldn't known about this plus my car is connected to an app that alerted me someone kepted opening the back of my trunk late at night when yah had my car. Yah only had my car for less then a week because i had to wait for an appointment to be able to get it back or i would have gotten it back sooner) And they took my new wheel lug wrench out of my car because i lost the original one and i didnt realized it until after I got a flat tire and couldn't change it a month later, before that I even asked if anything was taken out of the car before I lefted.

Worst customer service ever, my husband car was towed and when we called to get the information of what’s needed this to get the car back, he chooses to get to speak with someone in Spanish, as we began to speak to the female, spoke to me with such rudeness, she asked to speak to my husband ( that doesn’t speak or understand English correctly) she refused to get someone that speaks in Spanish, And threaten to hang up when I spoke English. Clearly she was annoyed by us calling. Only on our second call, she rudely called another person so we can speak in Spanish . She sounded extremely hostile. I would recommend that they get customers service courses.

If you google this company they have a bunch of lawsuits against them. Absolutely horrible, when you call they specifically say if you are rude they will hang up on you and the call is recorded. I guess with that disclaimer they think they can treat the people that call like garbage and you can’t do anything about it. This business should be shut down, complete trash employees and their services.

My aunts car was repossesed and I was the last one driving it, not knowing it was even on the repossession list i left my own personsal property in the vehicle. The scheduling was a little frustrating considering it took about 4 days and I had a signifucant amount of cash in the vehicle. After reading all the negative reviews i wasn't expecting the cash to be there. But everything was returned to me including my cash. Im grateful that there was an upside to this bad situation and thankful that it was at the least taken by an honest company. The least I could do was write an honest positive review.

Car was towed by them, when towing I had contact with tow driver he told me to give him my key so I wouldn’t be charged for them making a key. NOW IM BEING CHARGED FOR THEM MAKING A KEY. Everytime I call or email to get the situation resolved I’m being told to make a claim/ police report for missing personal property! Nobody has even looked into the situation, SPEAK WITH THE DRIVER, take the charge off and I can get my car! ITS RIDICULOUS! then the days are just going by! Update: I AM ASKING ABOUT A KEY FOR MY VEHICLE. its common sense look at the tow report and confirm or deny wether my key was taken by the driver!! WHAT LINE WOULD I BE IN?? yall are charging me for a key that was taken with the vehicle. that can be cleared up within minutes!

The worst customer experience. First I was told I am not a customer. They were not willing to discuss anything and continued to over talk me the entire time. They are rude on the phone and email. I called multiple times and as the message said to email would get quicker respond. The email response was to call them! They have no idea my situation or why my vehicle was with them but talked down to me anyway. If you have towing needs don’t. Let them be Carmine called me a Karen repeatedly and cursed at me! They claim to be family owned but can’t help you. Awful family!! Would never want them to be a part of mine! Reading previous reviews you can see how awful they are! You don’t give out names that’s literally on the automated message. What a lame excuse. Awful awful people.

My brothers car got repoed (not by any fault of his own, the title was under my moms name and she passed and we are still handling the estate affairs). He had $500 cash of tip money taken from his car along with other items. He is 19 years old and is working to put himself through school right now, which adds to the $500+ being stolen. He called the company and they told him all he could do was file a police report, but when he first picked up the car the woman at reception told him a man cleared it out. So, I called back to ask for this man's name so we could give this information to the police. I couldn't even get five words out before she immediately started yelling and hung up on me (and I know these calls are recorded based on the disclaimer in the beginning of the call so they can't say this didn't happen)! Additional, it looks like other reviews have mentioned items being missing and their response said they take it seriously, only certain employees have access, you can file a complaint with them, etc. but this is not true. Awful people taking advantage of a 19 year old who just lost both his parents.

Perosonally found staff quite rude and unpleasant. As if me paying them happened to be an inconvenience to them. I was picking up my personal property. Which they packaged up for me to find my unopened cigarettes were missing as well as brand new flip flops, and tide laundry detergent. Seriously? Do better as people not just with customers. Look at the tone of their responses. I can't make this stuff up. You should at least try to seem professional.

Absolute worse towing company. Beyond unprofessional.Put fake address on their site then gave second fake address which goes to another company that is a design company. After 10 more phone calls got actual address on other side of town. THEIR ACTUAL ADDRESS IS 1125 Conshohocken Rd. Showed up then had to call and wait. Waited 30 minutes for them. Called asking where they were and they kept hanging up on me being disrespectful as hell. Finally she showed up in pajamas And we got the car. They give you fake addresses so you go all over town and can't find the actual place so they can say you took to long and have to pay for another day.

My car got towed from Trenton to this location, anyways my car got towed and they refuse to give any information despite being with the owner and having all the information, i also called 2 times from my phone and 1x from my bf phone. first call was on my bfs phone and we asked what we needed female on the phone let us know that we needed the owner or else she wouldn’t talk to us. called them again on my phone ,first time on my phone they did not answer so i left a voice message with my aunt(the owner) second time i called the owner of the car was still with me but the female on the phone answered and asked all the same questions again i was trying to let her know that i was with my aunt but immediately the lady on the phone started catching an attitude and saying if i call again she will put a $75 aggravation fee like ma’am???? how else am i suppose to get info about the car like i the owner was with me and all , and this lady just is so rude and reading the other reviews on this site just make sense. also they messed up my cars trim in the back and the mudguard. EDIT : i never said i break laws if i’m tryin to translate for the owner who is my aunt how is that breaking the law??? maybe if you would’ve heard out our situation yk but y’all apparently always gotta be right all these reviews not one do y’all actually take accountability. i hope the customer service has gotten better but thanks to whoever the lady is at the impound lot she said she read my review

Straight scammers! They really want to make it hard for you. They will hold your car an extra day, even if you have provided all proper information. Purposely no signage at the actual location so you can miss it and become late, to charge an extra fee. Make up rules on the spot, just nasty rude people. Avoid doing business or dealing with them at all cost.

Carmen was the driver who saved my car and i from a very chaotic day. This towing company is incredible. Not only were they fast but my car got home safe and sound. I would very much recommend using this company. A good price and good people:) very satisfied!

If I could rate this company as a 0 I would. My son had his car repoed. Yes, it was his fault that he didn't keep up the car payments. I also understand that they are there to do their job but to say that they are $50 daily when clearly the sign that the gps directs you to say 25 daily. The people are rude and try to shove fishing poles into a trash bag. Very disrespectful of personal property. I have called my bank to make sure that they knew who they were dealing with. They told me that they have so many complains against this towing company that they will now, most likely, be blackballed off of there list. I know life happens and these people are trying to earn a living but there is a fine line between doing a job and being straight rude. It seems to me that they don't want to give the car back they want to be able to sell your car straight down to whatever is in your car, I'm sure your underwear would be included in that.

My insurance company unfortunately requested this company for a roadside assistance pickup and they didn't show up and were unresponsive to calls. When I finally got a hold of them the woman who answered was rude to say the least and they couldn't have cared less about the fact that I had to request another tow service. If you're like me then you'll likely find out how poor this company is after your insurance company has already requested them, but if you happen to read the reviews then I'd recommend you call your insurance back and ask for a new service to come out and get you.
