Bought a M62 engine from these guys back in 2021 for $1640 shipped and this thing was a complete mess! I had an amazing time going back and forth with them doing everything they could to not honor their 90 day warranty. Was even told to "ball hone" a alusil block, which is a huge no no or that they can send out a bare shortblock which would need new bearings, bolts and piston rings all at my expense of course! Even got an offer to keep the trashed engine for 50% off! Their issue was that this was not a "warranty claim" and was considered a return as the engine would have performed fine if it was installed as received (just look at the state in which is was shipped) Luckily I tore down the engine for inspection and didn't pay any labor to a mechanic to install this boat anchor. I was saved by using a credit card and was able to dispute the charge with them and only ended up taking a $450 loss for return shipping. Great business practice, hopefully this saves somebody even tho this was acouple years ago.
I found what I needed online at Prussian motors. I wasn’t sure if the part would work. So I called, talked to Arion (?), he was very knowledgeable and assured me it was the correct fit. I received the part in a timely manner, it was a fair price, and best of all, the part exceeded my expectations.

I recently had some delicate engine parts sent to Australia by Prussian Motors. It's always a bit scary importing costly components from the other side of the world. Arian and the team were exceptional. Communication was first class, packaging was considerate, the goods arrived super fast and were better than described. I couldn't recommend Prussian Motors more highly. Fantastic job!
This was my first time ever buying a used car part in my life…and I wish I would have known about these guys a long time ago. It went perfect and saved me ATLEAST $1500.
When my 2018 530i was stolen last year (but recovered), I was told by BMW that it would cost $1200 to replace the “maplight/SOS/Sunroof control console” that the thieves ripped out. Plus, it would be additional labor to install and “program” it. BTW - with the piece missing…my odometer, air bags, and security system were all locked up in error messages in the dash. This was just an added nuisance. But here is the good news:
After a year of contemplating if it was worth buying the new part or not…I decided to take a chance on a used part - and bought the replacement from Prussian Motors. Amazingly, within 5 minutes of receiving the part..:I was able to snap it in place and my car is back to normal!
Funny detail that shows how good customer service is over there: When I ordered the part online…I started having second thoughts that it might not be the correct one. Also, was concerned it would not fit. So, immediately as I was getting cold feet…I called Prussian Motors and one of their employees named Marshall answered the phone. He did a few things right there while we were on the phone that helped me out. 1)He asked for me to email a picture of where the part was supposed to go, and 2) Marshall cross referenced the part with my vin #. And, 3) Confirmed it was most definitely the correct part.
Anyhow, super happy with this entire experience…and truly appreciate the fact that these folks answer their phone, take the time to talk to you, and the purchase process was super easy.

My 1998 BMW Z3 convertible top was leaking into the trunk and needed a Folding Top Rear Seal Frame. BWM no longer makes the part but Prussian Motors saved the day with a used part that was in awesome shape. Before buying, they provided pictures of the minor imperfections...without asking. They know their products and care for their customers.
Best yet, they shipped this LARGE part (4x2 feet) the same day! Two days later my installer received the part. He called me to let me know the part was in great shape and how carefully this fragile part was packed for a safe shipment.
I will never part with my 1998 Z3. It only has 54K miles! Thank you Prussian Motors for helping keep my car on the road!
I bought an item from them and the wrong one was shipped I went on to eBay which is ware I purchased the Item and left them a message about mistake . With in a half hour of leaving the message they called me which I was vary impressed by explaining what happened . Not only was I able to talk to a human about the problem, they corrected it and had the right part sent to me the same day, with out me having to return the one I original received before they would send me the right one , This really hit home not only did they correct the mistake they are doing what NO OTHER COMPANY that I have delt with buying parts online have done . For this reason they have earned my respect and business from now on 5 starts and 10 stars for there business practices .
Solid guys with everything I need. Always worth the drive have saved a lot in shipping alone. Might find some stuff just a little cheaper on line but between the staff , the quality & what I save in shipping it’s certainly worth it for me. Would recommend to a friend ~

I purchased a valve body from Prussian Motors off of EBay. In their listing they “guaranteed” the part would work. They shipped me an incomplete valve body that can not be used and you can not purchase the missing part without buying a COMPLETE valve body. When contacting the company and advising of the issue they informed me the valve body is sold as is and abruptly stopped responding….well as it is…it’s a paper weight. You guys suck.
Bought a part from them on eBay part was sent broken unable to use sent back and they only returned 50% of my money very shady practices. Highly suggest do not work with this company. “Don’t be fooled by their response.” Yes they sent the part which they miss described broken in bubble wrap. I took the broken part to a UPS store where they packaged it up and returned it. I was also told they were going to file an insurance claim on the part that they sent to me damaged. My response would be do buy from a dealer like this. Had pay to ship it back just to get 50% of my money back. Shady Shady Shady!!!

I found Prussian Motors on eBay. They were selling an electronic component I needed for my car (A MINI Cooper). I gave them a call when I noticed they were in PA and I was only a few hours away. I decided to make the trek there. There was a lot of traffic and I ended up getting there a little bit after they were to close. Merritt stayed late to meet with us, on a Friday night no less, and had the part all queued up and ready to go. The price was great, quality was near new, and the transaction was smooth. Also worked with Bob during the day to source. Also very helpful and accommodating.
Bottom line, if you are a BMW enthusiast and you work on your own cars, you owe it to yourself and your machine to work with Prussian Motors for your parts. It is owned by BMW enthusiasts who appreciate what it means to work on these awesome cars. They will have me as a life long customer.

Excellent service, super-prompt response, lightning-fast turnaround. The multiple high-resolution, high-quality photos on the website convinced me and my mechanic to pull the trigger on a used N52 camshaft. Bob had a set--intake and exhaust--but was willing to accommodate my need for just the exhaust. The part description was very conservative; the listing mentioned minor wear, but my mechanic remarked that the cam looked and fitted like new. Paid just over 1/3 of list price for a new cam at the dealer. Dealer required 3-4 days for a new cam to come in; I had Bob's cam in hand the next day. If you're a BMW enthusiast that cares about keeping your ride for the long haul, you can't go wrong with these guys.
