This location always has a veneer of civility, the staff are only polite because they must. Polite people don't need a reason to be polite. It's unpleasant and today's experience has cemented my decision to not return.
Super speedy and friendly service - I had my car packed with items but the two guys unloaded everything faster than I could process ? the younger guy who seemed in charge was so pleasant and didn't make me feel uncomfortable or unwelcomed at all. 10/10, would definitely donate there again.
Super quick service, and nice staff. You can be in and out like a drive through in a couple mins. They offer to load off my stuff, I generally help them too.
I think these people do good, nonprofit work
Definitely the easiest way to donate items in the area! All you need to do is drive up to the front of the building and the (incredibly kind!) employees will take donations out of your trunk for you and send you a digital receipt if you need it. Highly recommend!
Horrible staff. I just tried to drop off few bags and I was greeted by a disgruntled employee. She was yelling and cussing for no apparent reason. Where’s the management??!!
Its nice and it was quick But the didn't want to take the bathtub I give to them they claimed it was to big only up to 50lbs ! But it was not even 10lbs lol lazy people don't want to do there job.
I had a horrible experience with a scheduled pickup donation on 3/31/23 l have received (1) phone call as to my complaint l would like Ceo Chris Stinnett to contact me on this matter
The pickup was on time and appreciated, however I didn’t understand why the young pickup man would drag the plastic bags ( although heavy duty) across the cement sidewalk and street, I was annoyed how care-less he was. I took time and care to compile worthy items, but clearly there was no pride in his goal. Hope the items arrived in the condition I packed them.
Excellent organization they collect donate for charitable organization like Purple Heart and Red Cross, just to name a couple. They have an easy dropoff point, friendly staff. They unload your vehicle for you. Conveniently open 7 days of week. If you can't dropoff they have a pickup service.
Amazing place to donate items, including clothes, kitchenware, small furniture, and other household items. Hate the idea of throwing still functional items I no longer need or have room for. GreenDrop is a better alternative. This location was staffed when I visited and they took clothing, a computer monitor, a wireless router, and kitchen items (cast iron skillet, cups, ladles, etc.).
Nice easy place to get rid of stuff. Half the staff are very nice & half the staff are unpleasant & look mean. 2 of the guys always look at me like they are sizing me up... kind of like they would rob me if they ran into me in a lonely alley after their shift was over. Maybe I'm crazy but I wouldn't give the staff my address or any other identifying info while dropping stuff off here. just sayin'
They make donations easy and the staff is polite and helpful. They set it up so it just takes a minute and you don't even need to leave your car. They accept a lot of types of donations, and you can pick from 4 charities.
Drove half an hour in traffic to drop off an entire truck full of clothes and nobody was available to receive the clothes. The store is supposed to open at 8:30 and I got there at 9:15. It might be worth calling ahead to make sure somebody is actually present. They don’t have the option to drop off outside of business hours
I have enjoyed the ability to drop things off at Green Drop. Tonight however the posting on the web says 8 p.m. closing the sign on the door says 7 p.m. but here it is 6:30 p.m. and nobody is here.
