We have come here for service and a few warranty repairs/recalls on our Chrysler and have had good experiences. Geoffrey Clow and the staff are friendly, helpful, and responsive. The facility (including the waiting lobby) is nice as well.

Don is great! Will definitely go back to Tri-County Jeep. They are less expensive than Norristown Jeep and don’t charge a fee for using a credit card like Norristown Jeep does.

Had been working on issues with my car. First went to advance autoparts for a diagnosis got the code. Went to the place I got the car from an they replaced what they thought was the bad camshaft sensor. They did what they could suggest going to a mechanic. Took the car to the mechanic he gave his assessment an instead of taking my money suggested taking it to a Dodge Dealership. From him because they would be able to scan an pin point the cause. They did it was the front camshaft not the back.. also learned the aftermarket camshaft put in was compatible with the car. They also dedicated parts that were on recall an replaced them. Since then the performance on my car is better thank you Dodge.

Okay, where do I start? I found Tri County on Costco Auto listing as a reputable seller. I hopped on their site and almost IMMEDIATELY found the car I had been searching for. I was easily able to set up an appointment online to test drive the vehicle. Once I got there I told them that I made the commute from MD specifically for this car. My sales advisor promised he would make the trip worth it. And they did. From the moment I walked in and every step of the process following I was treated with the upmost respect and patience. I had a few bumps in my process but the Tri County team sought out to personally make it their mission to ensure all of my needs were met. Ms. Linda, is a true god send, she sat down and walked through all of my warranty paperwork with me even though it’s not even remotely close to her job requirement. Don and Brian also called and emailed me multiple times to follow up and ensure that I was being taken care of and I had everything I needed after my big purchase. There’s many more names and people that I interacted with that all made my time with them very pleasant. I’m sorry I can’t remember everyone’s names. I have always had anxiety with dealerships, always believing they would do what they can to buckle and dime you … I NEVER got that impression. I hope to not have issues with my car but if I do, I know where to bring it. I appreciate the Tri County team immensely and speak very highly of their customer service!!

"No Pressure Sales "Andy and the group at Gilbertsville are some of the best, that are hard to find these days .Also note that Ryan /finance manager at Limerick was also exceptional. I highly recommend you to check them out 100% + satisfied over and above a 5 star rating. Vehicle was very well priced so no haggling was needed. Since I was a auto mechanic 1968 TO 1991 .Last 12 yrs as a BMW Master Tech . I asked them if they would put it on a lift so I could inspect it. THEY HAD NO PROBLEM WITH MY REQUEST . Vehicle was super clean 2015 GMC Yukon 4x4 SLE 109k 1 owner Vehicle was thoroughly gone over and maintenance and other repairs/ replacement where done . It included 6 month/6,000mile eng/ trans warranty, which on these particular vehicles they have had problems . It gives some piece of mind but we all know anything can fail used or new, it just how it rolls . I looked extensively for 2 months for a replacement vehicle for my totalled super clean 2015 chev , 1500 Z71 4x4 and happened to find one right in the area in which I live . The week of 1/26, I called 2-3 times about a car, the person I spoke with in sales indicated the car was having reconditioning done, and she took my name and number down and indicated the dealership would call me when it's ready for a test drive. I contacted the dealer again on 2/4, having not heard anything for a week and was told that the car may be ready 2/5, but was going through cleaning. I tried again on 2/7, assuming that it'd be ready by then, the gentleman I spoke with said that the car was still being detailed, but again said he'd take my number down and someone would call me when it's ready. Today (2/11), I spoke with someone in sales in the AM who said the car had a down payment and was going to be sold and said the car had been sold a day before my last call. They made NO indication of this information when I called on Saturday. I totally understand this is a business, and cars can be in high demand, and that's fine, but being told by multiple individuals that I would be contacted and then being given the run around is simply poor business practice if you want to retain customers or even earn first time customers' business, which it appears clear that this is not a priority at this dealership. What's more, I contacted the dealership after this clear oversight, asked to speak to a manger, was put through to Tyler Kulp. I asked if he was a manger, he said he was-- the website lists him as a 'sales consultant,' not management. This could certainly simply be the website not being updated, or an inaccurate representation by Tyler, I don't know. Regardless of his role, he said there had been no logs of my communication, I confirmed that he is able to see communication for any of the dealerships in the group, and also said there had never been any record of the car I was asking about in inventory or that had been sold in the past 2 years. I spoke to someone there 'this morning' who said it was sold and all Tyler kept reiterating was he didn't have any record of the contact or of the car being at any of the dealerships. He offered absolutely no solutions, apologies or otherwise. I am absolutely disgusted by this experience and gaslighting by "management" and I use that term lightly.

I would give zero stars if that were an option. I custom ordered a brand-new Jeep and waited approximately six months for delivery. Within the first 1,000 miles of ownership, the vehicle experienced a critical safety issue in which the steering intermittently failed and the traction control warning light activated. I immediately brought the vehicle in for service, where the dealership acknowledged that the traction control system was activating without cause. Despite this acknowledgment, the issue continued to occur on three additional occasions. During these incidents, the vehicle would not allow proper steering input, nearly resulting in multiple collisions. In one instance, the vehicle left the roadway and entered a private yard, requiring me to apologize to the homeowner. These events presented a serious and ongoing safety risk. The dealership was unable to provide a resolution or explanation, which ultimately forced me to consult legal counsel and pursue a lemon law claim. This process is still ongoing. The vehicle was purchased in 2022, and it is now 2026 with no resolution, largely due to the lengthy nature of the legal process. In the meantime, I was forced to purchase a secondary vehicle for daily transportation and have followed all required procedures throughout this ordeal. Each time I contacted the dealership seeking assistance, their only response was to attempt to place me into another Jeep at a disadvantageous trade-in value, rather than offering a fair buyback or taking responsibility for the defective vehicle. I find this experience extremely disappointing and concerning, particularly for customers who rely on a safe and dependable vehicle to support their families. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid doing business with this dealership.

Was 2hrs late in getting a ride for my 10am appt. Geoff fit me in by 1:30PM and had me back on the road by 3:30PM incl. Oil change. No upsell, complimented my truck's condition while passing inspection. Great service.

Dave Fields and Dennis Crilly made buying a car so easy, hassle-free, and even enjoyable. The finance manager was excellent as well. From start to finish, everything was a breeze. Even the detail department is phenomenal - my car was in absolute perfect condition when I went to complete my purchase (which I know is very difficult to do with all the snow and salt currently!). I know how rough going to a dealership can be, but Tri County CDJR was absolutely excellent all around. I highly recommend buying a car from here. Thank you so much Dave and Dennis! I love my new car! 10 stars and 2 huge thumbs up!

The supervisor treated me as though I was stupid. Before I took my jeep in for service ha hust assumed I didn't have a warranty after I told the representative I had insurance. Dud he assume this because of my age and skin color!! He didn't communicate with me I had to go and check my status after a hour of waiting. He told me I would get a guest ride home because he had to keep it overnight. I waited another hour. Checked back with him and found the driver there over a hour and he never alerted the driver. I picked up my car the next day and the engine started to run extremely hot. I took it back informed him that I had to be at work by 3pm. He never communicated with me if the process. After a hour I went to him he stated he was to busy to check on my car. Finally with me standing there he went back and spoke to the person working on my jeep, the jeep was serviced and just ready to test drive it to insure the problem was resolved. I missed time from work arriving late because of his neglect. I lost money. He didn't want to give me paperwork stating I was there. I feel his treatment of me was not unsafe and motivated my my age and skin color. The man's first name was Jeff. I feel something should be done dut to my bad treatment. Had a great experience with Tri County Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. It was by far the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. They were able to work with us for terms that fit our needs, the new car was detailed and ready to go quickly and we were in and out of the dealership in under an hour. Dennis Crilly was awesome, friendly, super nice, not pushy and was available by cell for anything we needed. He went above and beyond for us and I can’t thank him enough. I highly recommend Dennis and Tri County and would not hesitate to purchase from them again!

I was very upset with the service provided to me. My car was towed to this dealership to get a new tire but when I went to get my car I noticed the settings in the car were changed from English to Spanish, and my phone holder support holder, 2 car deodorizer sprays, and a flash light were stolen from my car. It is unacceptable to have this kind of behavior while my car was there for a couple of hours for service. I would not recommend this place.

The property and the dealership is very clean. Iand first class. Typically go here just for maintenance and repairs. Service Team: 10 out of 10, the folks in there are awesome to work with. Technicians: They seems to always reconnect something incorrectly, or not at all. They leave tools in the car, break the panel clips putting them back on or leave them unseated due to incorrect install. To be fair they typically will address any issues identified and I have learned to fix the common things they always seem to miss, like reconnecting the keyless entry wire. so over all, they are good in my book. I'm sure these issues come from the new techs in training.

When I called and talked to the receptionist, the first time I tried to book my last appointment she was abrupt and slightly rude. I’m not sure why the loaner car policy has changed, but I find the overall experience of the dealership a bit Disorganized. My service rep on the other hand and the team up in service were great I do wish the service had been performed the same day so I could pick my truck up the same day, but that does not seem to be the norm anymore. Simple services seem to take a lot more.

I called searching for an R/T Durango. From my first phone call placed, speaking with Mia, I knew I was in good hands. She moved mountains, got the car I was searching for, and made sure I had an appointment with one of the best; Dennis. Dennis was my sales person, listened to all of my concerns and questions with patience and respect. Dennis promised to make something right with the vehicle so I dealt with service too. Nick in service is a straightforward honest person! Everyone has the customers best interest and made my dreams a reality. I've been coming to this dealership along with others (different makes) for years now. Today was the first time I was actually shocked at one of your service writers said. Ken McFadden, as he was writing up my work order said "you bring your vehicle here for everything, we appreciate that" I've been driving for years now and never had any dealership ever say anything like that to me. That simple comment just showed what a good person he is and what a great dealership you are, your customers mean something to you guys and I appreciate that more than you know! Please give Ken the recognition he deserves because he deserves it no doubt!

They were great. I sadly had to have my jeep towed 2 days before my appointment date. They let me bring it in early. I did have an understanding they probably wouldn’t get to it until my appointment date. However they did what they could and got to it the day I brought it in. Customer service was great and polite!

Nick in the service department was easy to work with and stayed ahead of everything during the claim. He made sure we got what we needed quickly and didn’t let anything fall through the cracks. His communication was consistent and professional the entire time. Definitely appreciated the way he handled things.

I called 6/19 for recall work that was left undone on my new to me 2021 Jeep Renegade. Scheduling the appointment was difficult honestly. The voice wasn’t friendly. I had to repeat myself a few times. I was asked when I’d like to come. I had the date I was hoping for 7/2. I was told they were 3 weeks out. I then say tell me what’s available and I’ll see if I can work it out for any of those dates. I was told I needed to drop my vehicle off the night before or be there first thing in the morning. Since the job will take a few hours. I was on the phone for over 10 mins to make this appointment. I drop it off the night before. They have a key drop off box, envelopes to fill out to put the key in and they provide pens. I got text around 7 and 7:30 in the morning welcoming me and one from my tech saying he would be working on my Jeep, he introduced himself. Ken calls me around 3pm and apologized that he hadn’t got the Jeep done. He didn’t realize how long of the job the recall was. He was super kind and professional. He explained that he’s only been there for about a month and this was his first one. I could genuinely hear how sorry he was. I asked if he could have it done before 11am the next day. He said absolutely and again thanked me for being so understanding. He said he was going to do his best to get it done. I said please don’t rush it. I rather it done right and have it tomorrow by 11am. I received a call from Ken a little before 5pm. This man went over and beyond to get my car done by the end of his work day and stayed a little later to finish the paperwork on it. He asked another team service member to help with the task and offered his help to them the next day. He really came through! When I walked in the next day I was greeted with kindness and a smile. They had the paperwork ready and handed me my key and I was on my way. This is definitely a 5 star review on the service I received and how I was treated when I came in. Ken made me feel like a very important client. Oh Ken even put down the paper on my floor mats! Always love those extra touches! The customer service rep on the phone is what was not the best, I did feel like I was inconveniencing her when I called. That’s why I dropped it down to a 4 star.

We took our car in for service and got it back completely filthy, grease on all doors and handles, front hood and inside the drivers door. My wife tried calling maybe 6 or 7 times and although the people were nice the only resolve was, bring the car back and they will wash it. No thank you, won’t be coming back here, the general manager and the service manager, neither one called us back, finally this other manager called us to see what the issue was. Hope you all can get your act together.
