First of all, the crew at Dunnes was the most down to earth and professional group I've ever seen. I found myself in a very bad offroad recovery situation no one else could help me with, one quick call to them and immediately they were excited to help. My truck was recovered in one piece and very quickly too, they brought some very nice equipment along with tons of knowledge. I can't recommend these guys highly enough! For all towing and hauling needs, especially for offroad recovery! They have a very cool offroad recovery truck!

Traveling from The Poconos back home to Florida in our 37’ class A RV towing a trailer with a car on it. we had a problem with our brakes that prevented us from driving. Just outside of Philadelphia on the Sunday after Thanksgiving. I called Dunne Towing, the gentleman that answered the phone was so nice. He said someone would be out the next morning. Like clockwork Corey showed up. He did the very best he could to fix our problem right there in The Home Depot parking lot. He ran several places to get parts & he had us fixed up before dark. I must say Corey is not only a great person he is a class A mechanic!! He knows his stuff! Corey is an asset to Dunne Towing & I hope he is appreciated because my wife & I appreciate him. Did I mention it was between 20-30 degrees & windy that day. Dunne Towing & Corey give outstanding service & I highly recommend them.
Absolutely the most professional level of excellence I’ve ever seen. I contracted with Dunne’s as no one else’s wanted to touch it. A 1967 Ford Galaxie 500 with NO FRONT SUSPENSION. Literally nothing but the frame cross member. The rest of the car was complete through. These guys spent over an hour jacking, maneuvering, shimming, nursing and sliding my son’s project car onto the flatbed. I can’t begin to explain the level of expertise these two guys brought to the table. Same care and effort went to getting it off and into a 16x20 storage garage where they had to be even more meticulous in their efforts. It took another hour for that. Mitch and Corey are the epitome of professional excellence!!!!! You want the highest quality, most exceptionally trained tow company????? Dunne’s is your first, last and only stop. Thanks to all you guys. Much appreciate.

Called to inquire if they do tire repair on a Saturday..which they do not..but went out of their way to try and put me in touch with someone who could help. Extremely polite and actually answered the phone when nobody else in the area did! Nice to see some real service in this industry where there is none!
This company just did a lift for me and did a great job! I would highly recommend these guys if you need anything wrecker or rotator related in this area - great group!
Highway robbery. If there was a “0” rating I would give them a big fat one. I showed up at their office with the amount of money needed to get my car released because it was stolen. I find out the state police claim they needed their bay at the station, so Dunnes is called again without me being contacted. By the way when the car wasn’t found they called Dunnes instead of the owner. 450.00 once. So guess what Dunnes moved the car, another $186. Don’t forget my car was stolen. Then another surprise, we didn’t notify you but it’s 75.00 a day to keep it at the locked up. They didn’t communicate with me one time about all the hidden fees. If you happen to work and can’t get there by 5:00 that means they are closed, and you got it, another $75.00. They won’t tell you that until 6-7 days have already passed, another $450-525. Can’t forget the Administrative fee of $75. Now I’m over a $1000. I would never ever do business with these crooks!
This was my second time using Dunne's Towing. Hendrik was so spectacular in the way he cared for my vette the first time, I made my mind up then that I would use their services again. So you understand the challenges, they towed a Corvette that sat for several years and was not running. You should have seen the efforts Hendrik took to make sure the front never scraped going into the flat bed. When he assisted in pushing the car he never touched the paint, only the tires. For the first tow (back in 2017) Hendrik tucked it in the corner of the garage to maintain the most possible storage space. This time, when we dropped it off for restoration, he neatly placed it into the tightest spot and there was no doubt that, once again, there wouldn't be any scrapes on the nose despite the limited clearance and low tire pressure from years of sitting. I couldn't be happier! Thanks sooooo much for caring as much as you did for my car!!
Would like to take a moment to Thank Alex and Dunnes Towing! My son spent all day prepping his 2000 Mustang for his Senior Prom and it was looking sweet. However, after pix at Byers Choice, she wouldn't start. He was so upset. We called Dunnes towing. It was a Friday evening and they said someone would be there within an hour. Our son was upset, but I tossed him the jeep keys to get to the prom and told him I would stay with his car until Dunnes got there. Well, they not only were there sooner than I was told, but they sent an AWESOME Towing Tech named Alex! Alex was very professional and caring of my son's Mustang, as if it was his own! My son was able to enjoy his prom, knowing his Pony was in good hands. Thank you Alex and Dunnes Towing! Definitely will remember you for the future and recommend you to others! If all your Towing techs are as AWESOME as ALEX, then your customers are in good hands! A family member recently had a car accident and Dunne’s towing was called in to haul away both cars. Their whole staff from the truck drivers, to the technicians and the staff in the office were extremely helpful. I found the Dunnes team to be professional and a great bunch of guys to help explain the process. Top notch!

She was giving me updates on the ETA of the truck and made sure I was taken care of properly. We would highly recommend Dunnes Towing. They truly went above and beyond for us. We were told by other companies this machine couldn't be hauled and they were wrong. Dunnes went out assessed the machine and we had it delivered from Pennsylvania to Ohio within days of assessment. Our driver was amazing and very knowledgeable. An absolute great company!!

Truck struck a traffic signal pole, causing catastrophic failure to the rig and pole. Dunne’s came out and cleared the accident scene. There was a significant amount of work to be done, with several hurdles to get over through the whole ordeal, but Dunne’s got it done (and saved the load in the meantime). Great service, and nice, hardworking people. These guys deserve 10 stars.

They were great. We were about ready to give up and have our truck towed back to TX and Dunne recommended a shop close by. His guy towed us there and we were up and running in 2 days. I highly recommend dunnes towing to everyone up in his area.
After calling multiple places for assistance and 2 lovely gentlemen helping me, I called Dunnes Towing for help with my flat tire. I was only 1/2 way into a 4 hour trip, so it was pretty disheartening to be traveling alone with 2 dogs and get a flat on 476. But Dunnes, responded quickly and their service technician, Matt, was fabulous. He worked quickly and calmly and was so pleasant to talk to after a really tough day. He was knowledgeable and even helped me find a local Autozone for parts I needed. Matt—thank you for all of your help!
Dunne's did an incredible job, showed up in the middle of the blizzard and took excellent care of my locked out truck. On their way out, they pulled out my skid steer as well. Awesome company, friendly service, can't recommend them enough!

Great service and Corey was on time, professional and very friendly. He came to tow us out of the rut/ snow bank in our neighbor's yard. We live in a heavily wooded area and after he got us out, he towed us up a pretty icy hill and returned us home. All while being very cheerful and donning Christmas lights on his truck. A great experience all things considered
I've seen a lot of tow companies who claim there professional but Dunes is by far the best. There rigs are absolutely beautiful and very very clean. You can tell the owner takes pride in his work and the drivers are very clean and respectful and really do care about your car or truck. I've seen guys come and just throw hooks anywhere and bend stuff but these guys take the time and look where there hooking to your truck and very carefully pull it up on flat bed. Not only are the outside of there trucks immaculate but the insides are just as clean. I know who im calling from now on and it will be Dunes. Well done guys!!!!
I had to call Dunne’s towing for a tire change service. Joe was the driver that answered my call. He was super quick to arrive, super knowledgeable about what he was doing (so much so that he was able to share some information about my car and help me understand certain components better- which was certainly going above and beyond!!) AND after noticing I was from out of state gave me directions back to where I am staying. Joe was wonderful and I couldn’t have asked for better assistance and customer service! Thank you Joe!
I needed an emergency towing in the middle of the night. Dunne's was a very pleasant experience. I called AAA first and they said I had to be with my car and it would take 1.5 hours. Dunne's responded right away. They even had the driver (shout out to Joe) stop by my house first to get the car keys so that I did not have to hitch a ride back to my car in the middle of the night. I was very rattled after running over a deer and Dunne's helped keep me calm and anxiety free. They towed my car directly do my local garage so it could get worked on in the morning asap. The billing also went through my local garage the next day so I did not need to worry about payment in the middle of the night. Will definitely be using them if needed in the future! Thank you!
