Got a quote for a DPF recycle. Quote only lasts for one week. After finding a suitable box I went to verify shipment and quote was expired. Got another quote through “requote” button and it came back half the original value. That’s ridiculous, so I waited a week to see if the price would return. Now they won’t requote my DPF regardless of multiple requests. Place is very, very, shady. Seller beware!
Found an advertisement for items they purchased & called. Spoke to John who let me know the procedure, pricing & how to schedule an appointment. Showed up for my appt. and John was more than helpful, courteous, & quick with my drop off. If you have items or exhaust systems you need to scrap give this facility a call. You will be extremely pleased dealing with S.C.R.A.P. Inc. I will definitely be doing additional business with them. Their drop off is handicap accessible which was an additional selling point for myself.
Just a note to John (big and little) to let you know that I appreciate the way I am treated when doing business with you-It would be great if all companies could model their "customer service" towards an individuals needs the way you do.
