Was told to come topick up a seat i needed for my car. Girl said shed hold it newscaster i was coming from an hr away. I drove my car with the seat stuck in forward position t to replace with the new seat! ( horrible for bad back) When ee arrived we went inside not greeted by any workers. I asked the older man about the seat and he explained he didn't have. Cars gone 4 days a t least. Hi Bixby I explained that I had called a couple hours previous. A girl said she would hold it for us. And I told her I was coming from saturton so it would be at least an hour period he again told me the car is not here he was extremely extremely rude. Unprofessional and impolite, and I would not go back or refer this business to anyone
Was pleased with my experience there. They had both the front and rear windshield for our old Acura that isn’t made anymore and also installed them! Brass tacks no frills had what we needed. Will do business with them again!
Very nice to have a salvage yard close by with good family values. I ve been shopping here for 16 years now. They have just about have anything you would need for a vehicle. Service doesnt waste your time they get right to retrieving your part. Just good old school service and prices.
On June 23 2025, I was picking up a Cadillac from the auction and it turned out the battery was no good. I called around and got this business. I told the guy I spoke with the year make and model of the car I had he even asked me if it was located in the trunk and I told him yes. I also told him the battery was a 65 and he told me to hold on went and what I assumed was checked then he he said yes. I drove 15 minutes to him identified myself as the one that called he said ok and told me to meet him at the garage around back. Now this is where it all went left. He showed me a battery and told me that one was bigger and would be $65 i reminded him he said $50 when I called he said we'll this is bigger. So I then asked him to show me the $50 battery he said he showed me which he didnt and began to tell me take it or leave it. I tried to speak to him businessman to businessman about being a man of his word and he said he dont want to hear it what am I doing buying it or not. This man is the worst of the worst they attitude was wrong and he is down right dishonest he is the bigger fellow in there. I would never recommend dealing with him i dont like dishonesty and a person who doesn't stand by there word. I would skip this place. Uploaded my proof if purchase. I would never write a review and lie he was disgusting
They are very unprofessional and talk very disrespectful I even trying to tell them how someone from there company was very nasty over the phone and the boss just dismissed it I definitely do not recommend anyone buy from them if you have any self respect
The service was laid back and fast. No hassle just in and out. Tell them what I wanted rook me to the vehicle showed me and took it out right there on the spot!!! Just that simple in the rain.... thanks again
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Charged me $200 for a bumper that we “went in the yard and looked at” before his mechanic pulled it off. I paid the man and his mechanic took the bumper off and proceeded to break all the plastic clips that hold the trim on in the process because he didn’t know how to properly take it off. Then when I ask for some money back he tried to bs me and say it was like that from the beginning. This was after he tried to sell me 3 other bumpers that were in terrible shape. He showed quite the attitude when I said I would like him the pull the nice bumper off. Won’t be back again.
Tried to arrange pick up for parts. Told I had to give a day notice for them to pull parts. Called again ready to pay for parts in full (hood, bumper, airbag, grill, seatbelt) and was then told I had to come look at them first before they would pull them. Keep in mind they have photos listed of exact vehicle and parts on car-part.com listing. Explained to them I am paying a driver to pick them up and don't have time to drive an hour away to inspect the parts. Don't waste your time with these guys, they don't want to sell anything. Of the three people I spoke to on the phone two had attitudes and sounded like they hated their lives.
Yes great family business and around for a long time really good people they don't treat you like a customer they treat you like family their fair with cars when you want to get rid of a car they pay fair prices anytime I did business with them they were always fair with prices on parts
I needed to swap out my window, master switch on my Honda and not only did they have the part, he helped me install it and when I accidentally left my tool box in the lot, I came back and nothing was stolen, great yard for parts!
Called about a part and asked what’s the paint code on it (every junkyard has a note of the paint code because it’s important) my mans said “we sell parts not paint”
Called 4 times over the course of a week about a bumper. Talked to multiple people who told me it’s $350. Took the time to drive AN HOUR to this place and the guy upped the price to $400. They are rude, careless, and only want to rip you off. Definitely look elsewhere and don’t give these people your time or money.
The guy has an attitude so bad with the customers (with me) “DONT GO THERE FIND A BETTER PLACE”and he’s kind of racist don’t ever go no more to that place they don’t know how to treat customers I don’t care if he’s the owner but that’s so stupid the way he is
My entire family has been going here for years, literally 20 + years. Very clear sales and inventory, I use to come here to get used tires when I was a broke college student. Always gave me deals, my preferred auto salvage. When my car engine died a few years ago they gave a me a direct inventory and honesty.
These guys are top notch. I have been dealing with them for years. Most recently I purchased an engine and had a small issue with it, an honest mistake. The next day they had a replacement delivered. Great service which is very hard to find in the used auto parts market. Thanks again guys!
Hi, Y'all! At that address there's an issue. I had to go to the corner gas station on DeKalb & turn into the driveway next to it. I didn't see the Rossi sign until I got nto the d'way! Here's the clincher! I had to travel up the d'way about 25 yards b4 I got to the yard's trailer. It's worth the effort. The guys are courteous, the price wz cheap (even for a yard) & it took no-time to get it. Not sure of the inventory so I'd call 1st!
Never going back ever again. Over the phone the employee or owner (didn’t ask) was very helpful and polite. But when I got there it was like I felt unwanted and or treated like I was a kid not knowing what I was doing. the pricing is ridiculous too. I have never written a review or complained about a Business ever and I wanted to keep it like taht but unfortunately I changed my mind. If your someone that is trying to build a project car, never go to this junkyard.
Had a rear blowout in a junk f150 I have. Because they're generally throw away trucks not many 2wd rears were available in much of the country. Price matched scarcity unfortunately but that's how it is. I was skeptical after seeing reviews here but it's actually a decent yard. Most of the employees I think have been there for about 20 years (saw a picture on the wall) and I didn't have any issues with people being rude. Now mind you I gathered everything I needed to know and didn't ask stupid questions which goes far anywhere in the automotive world. When I arrived they let me see the part before I purchased it. The axle shafts were not loose, and they told me they pulled the cover off and made sure it looked ok. (Can't always test for those unaware) After I paid I asked a lot of questions about cars in the yard and they were nice enough to show me a few. One car (make and model kept a secret) I asked about a motor and they seem to undercut everyone else a little which is nice. While I haven't installed the rear yet because I'm waiting on Ubolts I appreciate the time and service.
Rocco is upset with the world and doesn’t know how to talk to people. I refuse to give these guys another penny and I’ve done business with them for years. If you have any other options than Rossis you should definitely go there instead
Went back with my dad because he made a simple mistake about a tail light… dad couldn’t really speak because he lost his voice and the owner (I believe . An elderly man ) gave my dad an attitude and was very disrespectful , while we was giving him the utmost respect. It’s really sad. He’s gives you an attitude for no reason. Okay if we got the part two weeks ago , but you never know what people are going thru during those two weeks. We realized that we got the wrong side but his response was just terrible. My dad and I are just going to take the lost and keep the ringer tail light because that man is just soo disrespectful and disgusting. No matter how much respect you show. He comes at you like you made him mad just by showing your presences. Don’t go here. If you can’t deal with that kind of attitude.
Not many staff here so you may have to be put on hold for a while but they have tons of parts, are very knowledgable, and willing to give advice. Their prices are great too. I bough 1 item then came back 20 min later and bought 2 more different things for my car because the price was too good to pass up. I will come back here whenever I need parts for my Jeep.
