I’ve never bought a car here but based on their selection I would consider it in the future. I appreciate that their inventory is mostly cars 4-12 years old that even with 100k miles still have value. You can browse the lot and see their extensive inventory, most are reasonably priced and are great for getting you something that works.
I had my car serviced at Fuzzy Dice. Nick at the service center was great. Not only did they get the work done in a timely fashion, their communication was great. I do not know a lot about cars, everything was explained to me well and I was made to feel comfortable to ask questions. I have a hybrid and it can be hard to find someone who will work on them/ and or do the work correctly, I am very glad I went here. I would recommend this shop to anyone.
I bought my car here and I couldn’t recommend shopping for a car here more. The atmosphere is relaxing and no one pressures you. The entire staff is friendly. Eric and Tom we’re both very kind and took time
To answer all my questions and walk me through the entire process. The places I went to before this shop treated me differently and would try to force a sale quickly. A car is a big purchase and I really appreciate never feeling rushed and being spoken to respectfully . Thank you!

I love the Grand Cherokee I bought from them last week. Runs great & everything works perfectly. Everybody was extremely nice & very helpful. The price was good. They made the entire process easy.
If you need a car ask for Eric tell them mark sent you. When I tell you Eric call me back after I inquired about the Impala to make a long story short I came up saw it and drove off the lot. Good credit bad credit no matter what you will be driving off the lot next.
I didn’t even get a chance to pay them for the car I want, I’m just upset they told me they had the vehicle when they didn’t! I emailed them 1 day then they called me around 7 at night I didn’t mind that and the guy was nice but I went through the trouble of getting approved on my end and then when I called early the next day a different guy told me the car was already sold. Like nice salespeople, but wow they’re really unorganized!
We've been searching for a car for my youngest for a while and then we finally found the car she wanted at Fuzzy Dice. The process couldn't have been easier from the test drive a few days ago to signed paperwork today. Great experience and great people.
called one morning for a vehicle which they said was available. spent about $75 to travel 3 hours to purchase the car, and when i get there, apparently “it was sold an hour and a half before i got there”. that car had been on there for months. i don’t believe those odds.
I just bought a car from here and it’s an amazing car. The dealer Eric was amazing he’s so nice and is really looking in your best interests. He was very helpful and polite and I highly recommend coming here.
Called them 5 times about a car they assured me they would call me back about when it was “ready to be sold”. Left my name and number, everything. Low and behold i call today to check in on the status of the car because i hadnt heard anything and “its already sold” with no excuse. Avoid
I bought a vehicle from them many years ago and I loved it. I never had any problems with it. I drove it until it was no longer able to be driven. A couple of months ago, I bought another vehicle from them, and I love this one too! It's like a brand new vehicle. Eric was so thoughtful and caring of my situation at the time. He took every step possible to make sure I was getting a very reliable vehicle. Everyone there is so nice and helpful. I definitely recommend Fuzzy Dice to everyone who is looking for a very easy, relaxing and no pressure experience.
When we found out we were going from 1 child to 3 we knew we needed a bigger car, but not one that would break the bank. We setup an online search for what we wanted and Fuzzy Dice met our criteria more than once. We were able to make it out for a test drive, and the process could not have been easier, the other reviews are true, there is no pressure at all. We talked logistics with Eric, and he was able to set us up with a two year warranty and a great deal on a minivan in less than the time it takes to watch an episode of your favorite show. Everyone we spoke with was kind, and they even let our toddler pick out a pair of fuzzy dice for the new to us vehicle (chose the black ones).
Extremely nice guys at dealership … I never purchased a car from a used car lot … I think it was the owner that my husband and I spoke with mostly … very inviting and accommodating … as long as the car last … I have no complaints
I would not recommend this dealership at all. I bought a car for my daughter from them in July of 2025. In September, my daughter was driving home from work, and her back passenger wheel broke completely off the axle from rust. They wanted me to help pay to fix the repair and accused her of hitting something in the roadway. I had to file an insurance claim, in which Fuzzy Dice verbally agreed to pay the deductible, which never happened. Thankfully I recouped most of the money from the purchased of the car from the insurance claim, minus the deductible.

We searched high and low for weeks for a reliable vehicle for our niece, then we found Fuzzy Dice Auto. They were polite, professional, responsive and all around great to deal with. They were so honest that when we did the paper work, they actually gave her back $14 because we got financing at our own bank so one of the doc fees didn't apply. I had been on all the big websites looking for a used car. After several disappointing encounters at these dealerships, i looked online and found Fuzzy Dice. And I could not be happier. Eric was awesome. There was no pressure at all. The test drive was so easy, and when we chose a car, Eric handled EVERYTHING. It was so stress free! Thank you FD for a wonderful transaction. They're really good here. We had bought a car from them and there was a few issues that we noticed right when we bought it and those weren't covered under warranty and they didn't charge me. Only charged me to patch my tire. I would highly recommend.
Very nice people. However, wasted our time for sure. Upset my grandson and myself when they wouldn't give anything for trade in. First offered 9k. Then said no way $0. That's OK, went to a real live dealership, was given $3500 for trade, purchased a 2020 with 3 year bumper to bumper warenty. We are good now. Will never go to them again. No way.

I’m reviewing the service department, Nick was great!. Very attentive to my situation, stayed in touch with me, did the job within my budget, offered me options for the repairs. Got my car today and it’s running amazing again!, my remote start is working for the first time since I bought the car!. Everyone I spoke with on the phone or in person was very professional and friendly, they listened to me as I explained the issues I was having.
