Shady services. Gas prices are too high and the service is too handsy. Some guy just popped half his body inside my vehicle and opened up my door himself.

Good evening Google Family. I have visited this location of Sunoco many times in the past. I decided to purchase gas from them today after leaving the Flourtown Shopping Center. I decided on $20.00 worth of gasoline. I placed the level on 87 on the gas pump and pumped away. I liked the stand they have on pumps so you can place the pump on there and go sit in your car until it has finished pumping. I waited and then it was ready. I replaced the pump and I left. I had commented to the sales associate, oh look it stopped raining, whoo hoo!!! The young man smiled and then I smiled and then I left. Good night Google Family, workout, Be healthy, fit and fabulous, especially for people over 50 years of age.

I was in a car accident with my partner. The officer called and chose Sunoco to tow our car instead of using Triple A. We were under the impression by the officer that we would be able to speak with the tow driver and verify where the car would be towed. Once Jim the driver arrived he asked for the keys, lifted the car and threw a business card at us stating - Car here. After stopping him I was able to get his name and that's when I was told the only option for the car was to be picked up at their lot. Once we got to the lot we then learned that they do not actually house the cars they tow at the location on their business card. There is a separate location than where you're told to go to retrieve your car. And so after paying you must wait for someone to take you to another location to view your car. We paid the $150 to retrieve our items from the car. Once we were taken to the tow lot the tow driver pointed to where our car was buried and began towing another car. We had to ask him for the key. We asked for help, as our car was not drivable, pinned in a row with other cars, and an inoperable drivers door. So we only had access to the driver's side passenger door to retrieve a trunk full of items and anything else we had in the car. The tow driver stated he couldn't help because he had to tow another car and instead waited in the walking path while we retrieved our items. As he just stood looking I had to ask him to move out of the way so we could finish retrieving our items. 0/10 wouldn't recommend getting your car towed here under any circumstances. Poor customer service, rude tow MEN, lack of overall organization and to be in a suburb they don't reflect the level of service one would expect in this area.

Reckless Tow Truck Driver: I recently (meaning today!) had a hit-and-run incident on Route 95 southbound outside of Fredericksburg exit, in Virginia. The driver of the vehicle that hit me was in a hurry and was frequently changing lanes, since the rest of us were driving at a safe speed. Unfortunately, my passenger side door was scratched and the passenger side mirror was damaged. I was fortunate enough to have my phone and videotaped the driver. I was able to make out the name and number of the company and the license plate number of the vehicle. I’ve reported the incident to the Virginia State Police, and they will be investigating. Virginia State Police will be in contact with your employer to inform them about the incident.

5 star service. Was able to have my car towed to the dealer on short notice at an affordable price. Would recommend.

Charged me $550 to tow a minivan a few miles. They said they had to use special winch equipment because it was stuck in park . It funny because I have video of it starting and going into all gears . They charged me to put plastic on the window that I rolled up . Total scam ! Just look at all the tows complaints .

My son's car was towed there after he had an accident. We couldn't get there right away to take care of the bill and get his plates. They were very understanding and helpful when we came to pay the bill and transfer the title over.

I stopped by because I need air in my tire it was running a little low come to find out I had a bubble in the tire. Got to have it replaced. Best to play it safe.

Just stop because my tire on my car was a little low like 18 lb out of 32, here's the hook no price on the air free. Thanks guys keep up the good work.!

Bad service.. the manager was rude about letting see my totalled car had to call the cops on him cause we got into a heated argument about letting see my own car so I can pay him and tow my car off his lot

Liars and thieves who are in cahoots with the Whitemarsh Township Police. If you have an accident in this area the police will call 3 tow truck companies first whether you like it or not.(see my picture, this was taken at the Whitemarsh Township police department behind there window when you visit them, the 3 tow companies they will call first). I had an accident, I was towed to this particular Sunoco on a Friday night, I arrived to have AAA tow it from them Friday night and I was told by Mat the driver who towed my car, my car was impounded by Sunoco, and told to retrieve my car the next day as it was Impounded in there lot and to come retrieve it Saturday morning 8am. I went there the next day at 8am, and was told from the mechanic Al, “there was no one to open there lot until Monday morning and I was to pay there $125/a day fee and the towing fees on Monday”. I asked Al, “ if you all towed in another car you would have to open up your lot to drop the car in the lot right”? Al said, “Yeah and we would open the lot then, but not now no one will be here til Monday to open it up”. I then went to Whitemarsh township police on 616 Germantown Pike, an then I found out that Sunoco purposefully lie to people in order to steal your money. After I told the officer behind the glass what happened, he called the Sunoco and told them, “we will take you off rotation from calling you all if you don’t return the car to this women”. The officer then told me to “go back to the Sunoco and retrieve my car”, and I did. This poor excuse of a business drove me across the street behind the Acme store to get my car. Had I not went to the police, this poor excuse of a gas/auto repair shop would have stolen almost $500 from me.While the police were helpful and I am grateful, that particular Sunoco tow truck business is stealing people money with there help. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY, NO INTEGRITY, and WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Everytime I ask to get an inspection done they are either "booked up" and/or "the guy" isn't in who does it. Will never go their again nor even get gas there. They seem to NOT want business or money. I HIGHLY recommend Pip who is down Bethlehem Pike as you go towards Chestnut Hill. He is good to his customers but also CARES about the people giving him their hard money. Stay away from Sunoco if you you don't want your time wasted.earned money. Stay

My tire pressure light came on and I noticed I needed air. I pulled into this Sunoco and the 2 young men who work there were extremely polite and helpful. Prior to coming here, I went to another place that specializes in tires right up the block and I didn't even get half of the customer service that I received from these young men. I pray succesd and greatness over whatever they touch.

I was provided with a key to the men’s restroom. Thank you. There was no paper of any kind, which was a problem for me. I returned the key, after using the restroom. The gentleman I spoke with apologized, and told me to ask for paper next time. This was better than some places which do not even provide a public restroom.

One of our trucks broke down and the municipalities called for a tow truck (even after we called our own). They arrived with a tow truck that wasn't even big enough to tow our truck and also our tow truck was already there towing ours. They demanded their payment for showing up. When trying to speak with the owner on giving a break since they didn't even have the right size truck to tow ours, they were admit to collect what they contracted with the township (which I don't belong to nor signed). When they didn't like the answer no, they got the police officer on sight to threaten me until I paid. THEFT, DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE !

Anyone who doesn’t give Flourtown Sunoco a five star rating really doent know a good quality garage and towing service! I have dealt with Tom and Matt for 30 years plus their attention to promptness and dependability is perfect in my book! I have called them last minute to move a piece piece of equipment and even if they were busy they still accommodated me on time on schedule without incident, I trust them 100% their prices are more than fair and reasonable they will tow anything anywhere, I’ve referred them to many many contractors and have all been very pleased with their services, keep up the great work and service guys!!👍👍👍

Just DON’T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. They are Unfriendly, Rude and Not Trustworthy ! My totaled car was towed there, and stored until I could return with the title. When I handed it over... I HAD TO ASK FOR A RECEIPT ‼️ You would think a MAJOR TOWING SERVICE would know that a title transfer needs to be notarized, you would think they would know to give me my TAGS back... THEY DID NONE OF THOSE REQUIRED THINGS. Do Not Trust Them.

They've never done me wrong. Although I preferred dealing directly with Jeremy at the Chestnut Hill location before it closed. Clear communication can be spotty at times at this location so deal with him directly.

Service center had my car for FIVE DAYS and couldn’t figure out was wrong with it. They had to tow it to another location. Got charged about $300 even though they couldn’t even figure out what was wrong with the car in the 5 days they had it. When I would call about the car, they would tell me every day that it would “most likely” be done the next day. Horrible experience. Never returning.

If I could rate these guys 0 stars, I would. They towed my car after it was involved in rear collision accident, and caused additional damage to the front bumper. My car was purchased brand new, less than a year old, and had zero damage to the bumper prior to their tow. When I attempted to get their insurance information so I could file a claim, they refused to comply. Matt claimed that since the damage was not visible from above the bumper, that there was nothing he could do about it. They are dishonorable, and did not handle the situation as gentlemen. Find someone else to tow your car.

This is a very poor establishment! It took over 3hrs to arrive to tow our car. The tow truck finally arrived and delivered the car too the wrong location. We called back in the next day and were told they would fix it and have it towed to the right destination. It’s been all day and they managed to tow it again to the wrong place. Now they expect us too pay twice for their mistakes. Honestly avoid this place at all costs!!!!

Terrible garage, they lost my paperwork several times, told me the car was ready on the phone but when I drove half an hour to get there they said it was not and I'd have to come back tomorrow. Told me they were swapping one tire with the spare because the one on it was no good. I don't think they ever did because I just got a flat on that tire.

Towed my car after a wreck on Tuesday, said they'd call in the morning. It's Friday, no call and no one answers the phone number listed. now i have to go all the way up there on the bus and hope someone is there to give me my keys back.

My truck broke down at a wawa. I had to have it towed home. I called flourtown sunoco for a tow and the guy said his driver would be there in 45 minutes. 40 minutes later, the driver showed up. It took him all off 10 minutes to hook up my truck. It was driven to my house and in my driveway before I could believe it. The driver was really helpful and nice. The price of it was more than fair which just made it great. I'll definitely be calling them anytime I need a tow.

These guys weren't able to fix my car but still found a way to charge me 100s of pointless repairs. When I tried to speak to a manager they were rude and never relayed my message to them. I took my vehicle elsewhere and the problem was fixed for a fair price. If you need work done to your car please go elsewhere.
