Wonderful, professional service from Debbie, Marty, and Shane. They coordinated with our tow truck, created multiple orders for my needs, and took great care of my vehicle. My car needed service asap, Tires Plus was completely booked, but they somehow managed to put me on the schedule and fix my car before the snowstorm !! Thank you so much .

Every time I bring my car in here, these guys and women are always super helpful. They get me taken care of easily and today one of the front desk guys went above and beyond and let me use his car scraper to get all the snow and ice off my car. Exceptional service would recommend them to anyone

I brought my car here for basic maintenance and an inspection. It left with more issues than it came in with issues in which They said would go away, but when I returned with the car to show them that they had not gone away, they refused to pay for and insisted that I had to pay for it myself. Very scummy tire shop, Would not ever recommend doing even the most basic service here.

The team at Tires Plus has been amazing to work with. Deb, Marty, Ray and the rest of the team have been quick to identify problems (for me a cracked wheel), assist with finding a location to repair, advise on an out of date oil change and check brakes for safety. Customer service has been top notch. I highly recommend this team to provide service to your vehicles. Thanks for keeping my family and I safe!

I got a flat tire at 6am. I called Tires Plus at 7am and they were able to fit me in within the same hour to fix all four of my tires even on a week as busy as this one just three days before Christmas! Awesome store and Marty is super knowledgeable and helpful. I wish I had came to them sooner!!

Drove over a sharp object and needed some help ASAP (coincidentally already had tires ordered to be installed at a different location the following day). Debbie was very helpful and patient on the phone and even offered me her personal compressor. Joey did everything he could to help me and eventually put on my spare…all for free. The staff were definitely going above and beyond and it truly made a stressful day much better. Thank you again!

I have been to the Tires Plus in Bryn Mawr twice as a walk in and the service was great. They fixed my tires quickly and the price was very reasonable. I will be going back.

This was my first time at this location. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I went to get my car inspected. I would recommend.

Excellent tire service, quick and professional. I trusted them to fit new white walls on my restored 1961 Corvette! Van did a great job. A++ highly recommended.

Made an appointment and drove up from Delaware because I previously had good experiences here. NOT this time. I waited over 2 hours for an oil change and honestly even that didn't bother me but what did bother me was the next day I got in my car and the check oil light went on. I called and nobody answered. I stopped driving the car all together and finally got a hold of someone to ask what type of oil they put in my car because I received no paper work or anything and had no clue what oil to put in. What a joke and waste of my time. And now I still have to spend money to put oil in my car. I even explained this to the guy on the phone who could of cared less.

After a blow out tire coming to visit my kids in Philly Tires Plus was amazing getting me in for same day service! I needed 4 new tires, which I had an appointment the next week to get but got my new tires from Tires Plus and saved money too! Marty was awesome! Recommend to anyone

I ordered a tire last week here and had pretty unpleasant experience. First, I discovered they installed the tire at the wrong side (Tesla tire does have inside or outside directions). And then I discovered they mounted a different tire than I ordered, similar but a different model that has lower speed limit. No big deal of difference between the two models but doing it without noticing me is unprofessional. Naturally the mounted tire was cheaper than the one I bought.

I'm impressed with this place. They are open every day, and not just for a few hours in the morning on weekends. The price I paid was good and they fit me in same day. Also Debbie is great to deal with.

Have used them 3 times in the last 2 years for tires on my Acura - top notch service and a very pleasant experience with Marty. Only advise is call ahead for an appointment!

Great customer service. The took the time out to go over all issues with my car. Marty has lots of patience and is very knowledgeable. He made sure that I understood the services that I received.

Arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time, car was not moved into a bay until 1:15 hours after appointment time; then another 1:15 hours to replace 4 run-flat tires. Price was right at $125. Got into my car and noticed 1) Sirius channel had been changed, A/C was cranked as high as possible with lowest possible temp setting, and the drive mode had also been changed. Lastly, my front tires were overinflated (relative to BMW recommendations) by 8 psi. I won’t be going back.

These guys are great! They're busy cuz they're good, but always have time to squeeze me in. And you can't be the location. If you have to wait, there's plenty of things to do in downtown Bryn Mawr.

I am so pleased with my experience here. They were the only shop able to get my car in - almost everything else in the area was booked or told me to bring the car in and they'd try to get to it within the next week. Tires Plus was quick, the employees were kind and helpful, and they were communicative throughout the process regarding my car. Super happy I ended up here and would go back in the future.

I had my first experience with a dead battery on a Sunday afternoon, and Tires Plus came to the rescue! This shop is just two blocks from my house, and the technician quickly checked the condition of my battery and confirmed they had it in stock. The replacement process was fast, and the staff at the shop were all incredibly friendly. I’m so happy with the service I received here, and I’ve already scheduled an oil change for next week. Highly recommend this place!

I needed a special run flat tire and my local Firestone dealer refused to take action to replace the tire under warranty and told me about other locations that had the tire. I called the Bryn Mawr Tires Plus and they ordered the tires for me and did a wonderful job. 100% satisfied

I don’t know about all you but I am really spontaneous when comes to fixes the old lady. I called same day to do quick tire patch and the over the phone customer service was very pleasant. My man here got to work pretty quick. We’ll worth the price

The customer service at Tires Plus Bryn Mawr is superb James and Nicole are so informative kind and patient I was so indecisive about what tires to get. They ease my mind by researching tires to my liking (on two different occasions).It’s very rare that you find people that are pleasant in customer service. I made a same day appointment is not a problem to get all four tires changed with oil change done. It’s always great to see a woman in the field as well great job Nicole and James. Sincerely a very satisfied customer.

I had a disappointing experience at this tire shop. I went in for a flat tire due to the fact AAA couldn’t find my spare tire Bolt on my foreign car. After inspection I was told that I needed to change all four tires, even though the remaining 3 had good tread left. The salesperson told me he had I had to change all 4 and he can’t only Sale me 1. I told him I don’t need all tires changed at the moment but only Need the one that has missing spare bolt so I can travel where I’m going I think he seemed more interested in making a sale than providing honest advice. I decided to have my car towed by AAA and get a second opinion and went to another shop (Kasala Tire on 7236 Woodland avenue ) where they confirmed that my tires were fine and didn't need them all replaced plus I got a my tire at better price. It's incredibly disappointing when a business tries to take advantage of their customers like this. I won't be going back to this tire shop. ( I understand why they want to give you a $10 discount for a 5 star google review) Giving 1 star for store cleanest and parking space. If You need tires go to Kasala Tires you won’t be disappointed .

I called Tires Plus when my rear passenger wheel of a 2022 VW got a flat. Though I could not find an appointment, Nicole was amazing to accommodate me and told me that they would look at the tire, see if they could repair it, else order a new tire, and would get the car ready by the end of the day. I dropped in the car; got a call that the technicians were unable to patch the tire and would have to order a new tire (which is not in their inventory). They got a new tire the same day (with a 60$ delivery fee + $240 tire cost) and the car was ready for pick up that evening. The tire they fixed was 4psi lower than other tires. When I asked the person in the shop to take a look, he said all the techs are out for the day but I could come the next day. I ignored it and just filled it on my own at a pump. I asked for the old tire as this was my first flat and I wanted to take a closer look. The hole did not look very big and was also towards the center so it seemed fixable. I took it to Costco and sure enough they patched it up for $16 (in 30 mins)! I am thankful to TiresPlus folks that I had the car ready to go the same day (and hence the additional star) but was bummed that they asked me to pay for a new tire when the old tire was repairable. I would recommend getting a couple of quotes if the technicians say you need a new tire! TL;DR: 1. Got a flat tire on a Bridgestone Alenza 2. Took the car to TiresPlus 3. TiresPlus said I needed a new tire 4. It costed $300 5. I took the old tire with me 6. Costco repaired the old tire for $16 within 30 mins.
