Excellent service from the first phone call. From the front desk, to the estimater, Eric. Warm greeting from everyone we met there. It was clean, warm and honest. I highly recomend them. And they are dog friendly. What more can you ask!
I'm really frustrated with the experience I had with Eric at the Center Square body shop. I've had to bring my car back twice for issues that weren't fixed correctly, and now I'm dealing with a new problem. First, they missed fixing the brake light, then they did a sloppy job installing the wheel liner, causing annoying wind noise. Now, the undercarriage liner is sagging. I'm losing trust in their work and will be taking my car to a Tesla dealership and provide them with my experience. Despite previous good experiences, their recent work has been subpar, and I'm not willing to risk it.
Where’s the quality control??
Everything was perfect! Scott kept me informed every step of the way, interfaced with the insurance company and took all the pain out of the process. My car for restored in a super fast time and looks like new. They even cleaned the interior. I recommend highly Center Square Motors! Thank you!

Hit the side of my wife's Subaru pulling out of our tight garage. Scuffed the drivers rear side. Went to Center Square for a repair. In about an hour they buffed out the scratches and the car looked like new again.
In Sept 2023 they repaired my Acura MDX which had a dented right fender. Did a great job on that problem.
Courteous, professional and very cost reasonable. I highly recommend them for any and all car repairs.

Had some paint work done at Center Square Motors, and it was as good an experience as possible. The front desk was very friendly and helpful, while Paul very clearly walked me through all possible options, prices, and pros/cons of each option. I'm always wary of auto body places and being oversold, but I had the exact opposite experience here and felt like I had every piece of information needed.
Local in Blue Bell and got an appraisal from Butch and the team on some minor bumper imperfections on a new truck. Didn't end up getting the work done right away, but the experience with Butch was fantastic. He was thorough in explaining the work required and costs involved, answered various questions I had, and even showed me around the shop. Reviews are legit and it's a great neighborhood business.

Amy answered, understood exactly what I needed, and guided me right away. She told me how to get my insurance company in touch, and from that point on, they handled everything flawlessly. Getting rear-ended wasn't a pleasant experience. Thankfully, no one was seriously hurt. I called my insurance company, and they hooked me up with Center Square. From start to finish, these guys were pros! Aimee was terrific and kept in constant communication with me while my car was in the shop. My experience was really good, the staff was pleasant each & every interaction. I was able to speak with the mechanics to get answers to any questions I had. The work done on my vehicle is well up to par. The even provided me with a rental (free of charge) when the rental through my insurance expired. No complaints at all

Here’s something you never hear. I went in for an estimate, and left with a free auto body repair! I had gotten some large scrapes on the corner of the front bumper. A bit of paint was rubbed off. The estimate was very fair, and I decided to go for it. Eric took the car right then and there to the shop. 20 minutes later he brought it around and said “no charge”!!! They buffed out the bumper, had the paint, touched it up, and voila….done. Looks amazing!

I've been dealing with Center Square Motors, in Blue Bell, PA,
for almost 20 years; getting routine mechanical work as well as body work on my cars. Lately, they only do body work now. Recently, I had some minor work done on the front of my car, which need a new headlight, costing $400 and change, plus labor along with some minor body work. The bill for all the work was around $800. I received a call saying the work had been completed and the car was ready for pick. Also, I was told the headlight did not have to be replace; it was simply knocked out of its socket. So the bill went from $800 to around $250.
I had to think how many other places would have just charged me the full amount and sent back the headlight for a refund for themselves. That is what you call HONESTY. I spoke to the head manager, Butch and expressed my total appreciation for their honesty and told him that this is why I've been coming to Center Square Motors for all this time. The work was always done perfect and the price was always agreeable.
I would recommend anyone trying their service if your looking for some reliable and, above all, honest. I give them a AAA rating. Jeff S

I took my car to get repaired in July. I was totally impressed with the service and the staff. Eric Dietch, answered all of my questions in a thoroughly manner. These folks are rock stars! The repairs and communication to us from the shop were all excellent. Friendly, polite service. The manager Chuck was totally on top of things from the outset. They worked seamlessly with our insurance company (Amica) even though they found additional problems after the removed the back bumper and trunk.
The car was drivable after the accident, or so we thought. Turned out the accident caused some electrical issues we where not aware of. I notified them, they looked into it and notified our insurance. They fixed everything and the work is perfect!
Highly recommend them, they are super busy so it's important to keep that in perspective. That said, we never had to wait for a return call or an update on the progress.
It would be great to never be in another accident but if we ever do I guarantee I will use Center Square Motors again!
Not factory quality. Not happy about their work. I debated center square motor and another shop for my Lexus rx350 repair. This shop was not Toyota certified but got a lot of other certifications so I decided to give it a try. Turned out to be a mistake. They painted the hood but it have several of those dust spots. The surface was not clean when they did painting. I attached the picture for the biggest 3 spots. The hood has several other smaller spots. I don't like this but I don't have another week or two to send the car back for re work.
