My sister got her car stuck in the snow and we called J&J. We were quoted 2 hours, maybe a little more, which we completely understood. Businesses get busy, I get it. I'm a business owner myself. She wasn't anywhere dangerous, so the wait would have been no problem and we agreed.
After 3 hours we called back to check in to see if we were still on track and were told that someone would still be coming out.
Fast forward to 6 hours after the initial call, we call back again, only to be told that no one would be making it out today and that they "tried to call us", which they definitely did not.
First of all, don't try to gaslight me by telling me someone called. That didn't happen. Second, don't have "24 hours" on your Google listing if you limit what time someone can come out. Lastly, that's bad form to run a business like that at all. Do better.

J & J are the best, my sister was stuck in my driveway and I was away in Germany on vacation. Called Jolene. And she dispatched a tow operator very quickly so that my sister could get to work. They are the best.
My car was stuck in a ditch during a very bad snow storm. I called and a truck was sent out immediately, within 20 minutes I was back on the road. I am so grateful for their help, they were the nicest and easiest people to deal with. I wasn’t familiar with the area and they were so helpful and calming during a tough situation. I recommend them to anyone.
I am on a birthday trip here in the Poconos with my wife, we had a problem w my truck battery dying out & I called J&J to come out and help. He was here in 20 minutes, solved the problem and went to ask him how much I owe him and he said “nothing, enjoy your weekend here in the Poconos” just very genuine honest people. I ended up tossing him $40 for coming out. Highly recommended!
If I could give this business 10 stars I would. They speak to you and treat you like a human being. They are honest and don’t try to scam you out of ridiculous prices or fees. Jolene and her team took a really awful day and turned it around for my family and I . You guys rock keep up the good work !!! I always have and always will recommend J&J!!

My alternator failed, and I was stranded a hundred and thirty miles from home on a Saturday, in the afternoon; J&J Towing and Recovery were fast to the scene, and actually had my car put back to rights that night - including replacement alternator, battery, and testing.
The price was reasonable, and the service absolutely outstanding.

I called this company when my car broke down late afternoon on 380 on a Saturday. They gave me a 30min estimate and they got to me in under 30mins! Towed me to the closest mechanic (after making a few helpful suggestions) and then even drove me to the closest hotel.
This is a family owned and run company and I felt like they treated me like family. This was my first time breaking down and everyone I dealt with made the experience so much easier. The driver looked at my car and his diagnosis was spot on! Which was a huge comfort as the mechanic was able to give me an ETA on when they could have it fixed by before he had a chance to look at it himself.

I was traveling through PA from Canada and had broken down with my truck and trailer. J&J went out of their way to make sure I got towed safely and efficiently.
Called J&J after one company couldn’t get my truck unlocked and another refused (truck is hard to get into). J&J showed up and had it open in seconds! Literally less then 30 seconds. Second time they’ve saved me! All great experience’s from the initial phone call to thanking them and saying bye. Thank you again!!
Staff were helpful and prompt. We broke down and needed a tow, they got to us within 30 minutes. Thankful for their prompt service especially since we had our 7 and 10 year old with us! Would recommend J & J towing to anyone in the area.
Dillon is awesome the rest of the lot leaves me questioning how the business can be successful. Two times needed a tow and two times the towing company couldn't do it or wouldn't do it. Not for any extraordinary reason either. They don't answer the phone or if they do there's no one around to run one of several trucks.
My Outback was vandalized in the Camelback parking lot for the malicious and criminal TikTok Lugnut challenge. The studs were cracked off, and then barely put back on the rotor to look ok. We left around 8 pm and made it as far as Wagner Run on 940 before the tire came off. 5 adults in the car, and luggage. Thankfully nobody was hurt.
J&J Towing to the rescue! Towtruck was dispatched by AAA and was able to find my car on 940. Towed it to my preferred mechanic.
