I had a problem with the tire for my snowblower right before the storm. They were grateful enough to take the time and work on the stubborn tire. They were pleasant and didn't rush me out like other places did. I will definitely be bringing Vehicles back to the.

There's something about a family owned business. They gave me sound advice on a fuel filter issue by inspecting at minimal cost.

If you are a female and nervous about taking your vehicle to the mechanic, this is the place to go. The staff is friendly and professional. Work is done in a timely manner, and they do not overcharge for work. Highly recommend. Update- in my opinion best shop on the mountain. Danielle and her team are so knowledgeable and honest. No high pressure sales. If you need work done go here.

The crew at competition tire and alignment is a good local mechanic that treats their customers well and isn't overpriced. They are quick, fair, and competent. Additionally they let the local soccer team conduct a car wash at their garage as a fundraiser. Highly recommend them for all car work.

Always have such a good experience dealing with Competition Tire. My husbands 2002 Cummins needed a new water pump and a tow from our house to the shop. Competition provided us a towing company who only charged us $75.00 for a tow, even for an extended cab 8 ft bed truck. From the time we called Competition asking if they could help (Tuesday afternoon), to the time the truck was fixed and back in our driveway (Thursday morning) was less than 48 hours! Love these guys!!

Started losing tire pressure right by this shop. Decided to turn in and see what could be done. They found the hole, told me the price of a new tire and also gave me the option to put on my spare tire. Since I have a warranty on my tires I asked them to just put on the spare so I could take it to the place I get my tires from. In and out speedily. 10/10 would go here again if my usual mechanic is busy.

I just had to have an inspection done, and they got me in so quick, and always take such great care of me and my vehicle. Will recommend to everyone forever. Thank you all for being a great place to come!

Got me right in for an inspection, which I forgot was due, so it was very last minute. Turned out I needed front brakes and they were able to get them done for me same day AND were able to accommodate me getting my car back when needed in the afternoon! I would recommend to anyone!

My company truck has an ignition issue. Competition looked it over and called me and told me only the dealer could make the repair. They were absolutely professional and very personable. They allowed me to leave my truck on site until I was able to secure a tow truck and have it moved. Thank you Competition staff.

I was in town for the weekend and my truck needed some front end work very badly. They took it in on a Friday morning and I got it back the end of the day. The service and communication were excellent and the staff is very respectful and knowledgeable. I have revered several people there already. Great job guys!!!

We got our oil changed and we did it there because we drove from Texas to Pennsylvania and required one before we had to drive back to Texas. We got back on the road and once we got close to Louisiana the oil change light came on. We called them and asked if they did indeed do the oil change and the manager Cody said he could get us a video tape providing that they did do the oil change. He said we needed to provide him a time and date of when the oil change happened. I found the reciept and time and date and called back and gave it to him. He said he would call me back with it to prove that they did do it. We got a call back from Danielle who was yelling and talking over my husband saying she cannot send a video but we can go in person and when I got the phone I told her we are not there she continued to say she has plenty of money and does not need to steal and yell at me that there is nothing she is going to do for us and she has plenty of money. I never said she did not have money but mistakes happen and it is her business and it is her responsibility to make things right if indeed a mistake did happen. I even offered to send Cody video and images of what was happening. She continued to yell and hang up on me. Very unprofessional! The owner is always right here and not even being considerate that it may not have happened and we azre traveling a long way is very important. I would never go there and would beware to stay away from them. Anyone who yells at their customers is not someone I want to do business with UPDATE: Since you want to comment back awesome! You said to come in after I told you "WE ARE DRIVING DOWN TO TEXAS and in LOUISIANA! Hanging up on me when I was not being rude at all to you THAT IS RIDICULOUS. Your response proves my point YOU ARE RUDE and HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I paid for my service you act like you are doing me favors if you would have done your job right then we would not have had an issue . You were yelling and hung up case closed you are a jerk.

The most important quality when selecting a good mechanic is trust. If you are like me you don’t know the first thing about how an engine works or what a solenoid is. I came to this shop on Tuesday when my check engine light came on (on a trip from NYC, so I was concerned to drive back 100 miles without fixing the issue) They quickly diagnosed the issue, assured me that the situation is fine, and sent me on my way without charging a dime. I was desperate and confused, they could have taken advantage of me but instead offered friendly knowledge service, and refused to take my money. They are trustworthy and kind. I can’t imagine a better place to take your vehicle for repairs.

I çant say enough good things about this garage and the people that work there. Quality work, very fair prices, and they actually care about the customer. They put the customer's needs and safety ahead of their bottom line. I am driving a vehicle that I finally feel safe in because of them. I came to this garage at first as a matter of convenience, but after my first service visit I decided to leave my mechanic of 8 years and take my service to Competition.
