I've bought a lot of cars over the years and it's rare to find a salesperson that is actually interested in your needs, desires, parameters, and limitations. Joey G is that guy. He takes time to get to know you and provides helpful suggestions as well as reality checks where needed. I accompanied my daughter who had recently experienced a horrific dealership interaction, so I was there in a trusted advisor capacity. Joey was respectful of my daughter, spoke to her like the intelligent adult she is, and answered her many questions and mine. He was patient with her and by the third visit (in a week), he helped her find just the right thing. I am so happy that I chose to check out Ertle and ended up finding Joey. He's truly one of a kind.

David E was a super helpful salesman. It was the fastest purchase of a car that I've ever experienced. Even after the purchase, when I had questions they were answered promptly and kindly. From the moment I arrived throughout the buying process Dave E. was great to work with buying my 24 Outback. I was impressed with the selection of Outback new and used at Ertle Subaru. If you are going to this dealer with a preapproval or an actual approval, as I did, expect them to still run your credit and pick their bank. Ive been preapproved through Chase Bank for awhile and been shopping for my wife. We found a 2022 Outback that she liked and I applied for it. Got approved financing. Went down, test drove the car and she liked it. I gave them the approval ID for my financing. Came back the next day to pick the car up and found out they didnt even use my financing. Ran my credit 2 more times and chose a bank of their liking. We both have great credit, thats why we get approval before going somewhere to finance something. But I guess extra credit pulls and approvals dont matter here. Edit: I didn’t scroll down far enough, they pulled my credit 4 times, one of them went through Chase who literally approved my financing the day before. I added 2 more pictures showing my Chase credit pull on 10/21/25 along with the 4 they pulled. Dates are there too.

Buying a Pre-Owned Certified vehicle here earlier this year was nothing but a giant headache when we realized Ertle never gave us the CPO warranty and 152-point inspection paperwork at purchase. Without that Subaru paperwork we wouldn’t have been covered by the Certified Pre Owned warranty. Instead, what was given was a 3rd party Lifetime Powertrain warranty that would force any warranty repairs to be done at Ertle’s service center and some brochures for other 3rd party service plans. Although the car was advertised as Subaru certified pre-owned, it felt like they had no intention of selling us what was advertised. This issue was only resolved after getting Subaru of America involved and then suddenly it was an overlooked mistake. A mistake made by the salesman, finance manager and pre-owned sales manager in tandem; each one pointing the finger at the other. We will never bring the car to be serviced at Ertle after this experience and certainly won’t ever purchase another car from here.

Brandon was an awesome sales associate and made sure to take care of us today when looking for a new car for the family. He was dedicated to getting us the best deal for our budget. And to top it off he hit our 4 year olds request for a new red car! Thanks to John for helping assist with financing and getting a good package of options for additional coverage on the vehicle

My gf's car engine blew up and needed a new car. Johnny Lombardi was very accommodating and gave me an excellent deal. Steve Lepre gave me a good deal on warranties and I'm beyond satisfied. All the staff, Brandon M, David C, Dave E, Jay S, Kevin B, are all inviting and a pleasure to work with. I got my money's worth and will buy my next one from them.

I purchased my new Subaru completely online from Ertle Subaru. I live about 2 hours away from the dealership but they delivered the car to my home and picked up my trade without any problem. I never set foot in the showroom! Everything was done via email, text or phone. This had to be the easiest car purchase I've ever made. Everyone I dealt with, from Ashley in Customer Relations, Dave E. my salesman, Steve in F&I, Eugene (the delivery driver) and especially Johnny Lombardi (who smoothed over the one minor hiccup) were courteous and professional. I can't say enough good things about my experience.
