Ordered a part that was supposed to be same day delivery but I never received it the same day at all. Very poor quality service.

A lot stuff the other store's don't have. Great service.

Always ready to help, very knowledgeable. Will admit if they don't know or don't sell an item, and will tell where to find it.

The only ones in town that had the part I needed. I guess they were ready in advance.

We are business people in Juniata County and we have always dealt with your store for many years. Nick especially is very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. He truly deserves to be recognized more. Kim is the problem. Your commercial manager Kim is very rude, very unprofessional and has no clue as to what she's doing with parts because she is constantly being talked about for selling the wrong parts to include us...twice. Then she gets very arrogant with customers on the phone. If something isn't done with her there will be many leave your store for another store with better knowledge and personality. Corporate is really not out of the question for me to call as we have given many thousands to your store and many other store locations throughout the years. If she doesn't know what she's doing or how to be courteous and professional than she should be behind the scenes as a janitor.

The customer service is better than some of their competitors in the area for sure, their mobile app is easy to use. Their prices. Old be better which is why Im not loyal to only AutoZone and I go where I get the best deal but I do prefer the customer experience best when compared to all other Auto Parts stores in Mifflin County

Sold me the wrong fuel pump then lied to the manager and said I told him to order the wrong one. The manager was then very rude to me. Made me feel like I was stupid. Said that I should have been smart enough to notice the size difference. Sorry For assuming your employees could do their jobs sufficiently. She then proceeded to give me another part to replace it after acting like my mother after I failed a math test. Turns out. That was the wrong one as well. And the refuse to give me my money back.

Brandon was so so helpful with performing diagnostics. Gave me a coupon and changed the battery. Performed diagnostics again and find out there is a bad crank sensor. Also noticed antifreeze from dealer looks pink/red instead of orange. Give Brandon a raise for his friendliness, knowledge, and helpfulness as I need to get back & forth to work every day.

The gm here is a great and caring person and he trains his people to be the same way. Best auto parts store in town hands down!

They had the alternator that I needed for my old Jeep. It was in stock and I was in and out in no time. I was able to make the repairs right in the parking lot.

Out of all the auto parts stores in the area, Advanced Auto is our favorite. They have good prices, knowledgeable and friendly salespeople at the counter and are typically well stocked. Not to mention, they were first in the area and have earned a good reputation. If something is good, you stick with it!!! Just because its shiny and new doesn't mean its better.

Always helpful, Find Jason... he knows his stuff. The whole crew is very helpful and will go above and beyond to help. They always have the parts I need. Thanks again guys for helping me get my truck back on the road! Greatly appreciated.

The people on duty were extremely friendly and very helpful. I only needed some sockets a ratchet and an extension but they went out of their way to make sure that I located the right set from what I needed. Highly recommend this Advance Auto if you like great customer service this is the place to be.

I went there to get an oil filter.. waited to be waited on..then when the woman came to the counter she answered the phone and looked up a part for someone else while I was standing right in front of her.. I think people that come to your business should get priority over a phone call.. disrespectful

If you've ever been to one before you know what to expect but very friendly service, some of the employees even crack some jokes and make shopping here more fun. They always have what I need and if not they can have it in stock for me later that day or else within the next 2 days. Just wish they would lower prices a bit but nothing for cars are ever cheap and it could be worse.

Come here often for auto needs. One employee was very helpful in assisting my step son with his car troubles. Highly recommended.

Every time I go there, weather for parts, diagnostics or help with information about the parts or how to fix the issue, they go out of there way to help. I really count on them and they make it easy. There are good people working there. Thanks Advance

Needed a new battery for my vehicle. Woman took care of it, and did a very good job. Men working at store obviously don't like or think women know anything about cars. You showed them girl!!

Very kind gentleman replaced 5 rear bulbs, it's not a warm day....between helping other costumers we kept him busy for awhile. I'm greatful for his kindness.

My battery was giving me issues and I called in and Jason was able to help me get an idea of what was going on and my mom and I went up and he had the battery ready and got it in real quick for me- I really appreciated his help and knowledge.

Decent variety and decent prices. Good if you know enough about cars not to let the salespeople talk you into getting things that you really don't need.
