On a road trip from ma to Ohio and my wheel bearing was bad. Got a new one the owner let us change it there great guy. Steve was nothing but great he let us use his tools and bay can not thank him enough would recommend to go there
In a whole town full of mechanics not one place offered to help me FINISH taking my tail light off. Mavis told me to loosen my bumper and then said it’ll cost $149 to look at it 😂 I bought the light bulbs at NAPA and they told me their insurance won’t let them take a look. Don’t sweat it the Dollar General worker handled it. Total cost $6
Friendly staff are knowledgeable and prices are competitive. Hell, if they are patient enough to put up with me, they deserve more than 5 stars. 😂

This store is a very stocked Milwaukee tool dealer too. Still waiting for the Milwaukee Grease gun price to go down a little more. Hint,Hint,Hint.... Hahahaha
Both owners where great to deal with, they took plenty off time to help me find a part for a farm tractor. I will say this, No Way Would Another Big Chain Help Me Like They Did!!!!
Great customer service! John and Bill are very knowledgeable about parts and will go out of their way for customers. Great selection of parts and the store is organized and clean, I would definitely recommend!
Great customer service from knowledgeable staff, again and again with whomever is working on that particular day. On two occasions timing and logistics forced me to diy some repairs and they were very helpful. I got both jobs done and saved plenty of money too. Highly recommended.
I stopped in approximately 5:30 and the gentleman working the counter was alone.. I want to say his name is Josh, could be wrong..but he definitely went out of his way to help me, he wasn't rushing to get me out the door, it was close to closing when we finished and he was very professional, courteus and knowledgeable..I will be back..
These people employed here know there parts. If you go there for a part they have always managed the know exactly where the part would be on the shelves and even though you would seem to expect that from an Auto parts store that's not always the case in alot of them. I found that Napa's prices are more than competitive to their neighboring advance auto/ auto zone etc. Nice staff and knowledgeable also.
The older gentleman is a very angry, nasty individual who should not interact with the public. Even the other person working there turned his head toward this person after his nasty remarks of "either take the part or don't" and looked at me and shook his head. All I did was ask a question about the threading being metric vs standard. Should not be in customer service or around people period! If I could give negative stars I would.
The gentleman there were very helpful explaining the product I bought, and took the time to explain another product which I wasn't going to buy, but did. That's a GREAT STORE!
