First time experience with Murry Motor Collision. We hit a deer with our 2022 Outback. Allstate gave us a list of preferred body shops in the area and this was one and the closest for us. Heard good things from others as well so this is who we chose.
Process was extremely easy since it was a preferred body shop with our insurance. Took little involvement on our end besides a couple phone calls and dropping it off.
After it was all said and done they did a fantastic job on our car. Ill be the first to admit im extremely particular with my vehicles and try to keep them well taken care of. I looked everything over and it looked like it did the day we bought it. All oem parts were used and all the body lines, bumper, hood, and headlights lined up perfectly.
I will gladly go to/recommend Murry Motor Collison after our experience.
I highly recommend Murray Motor Collision. They kept me informed of the repair status through regular calls and texts. My vehicle was returned looking beautiful! It was cleaner than when I brought it in. Friendly staff every time I called as well.
Absolutely the worst body shop in town. They replaced passenger side of the bed on my f150. They left fish eyes all over where they painted. The rear tail light isn't the right one for my truck, my bed is crooked and tail gate doesn't open.

We waiting over a month & the repairs were good but we had a minor issue ...the outdoor temperature sensor was not working. We took in the car and they quickly fixed it. They forgot to put the key in the car and I had to go back for it. Our son noticed the gravel pan was only an inch from the ground and I asked them about it. They never mentioned anything was wrong but said they noticed it and the insurance wouldn't cover it since it wasn't part of the accident. They should have told us we had an issue.
Very seamless process when things go 'bump'! Drop off & pick up were slick and they even arrange for the rental car when you drop off. Great work & even wiped out & vacuumed inside of car which was above and beyond the work. Thank you Murray Motor Collision!
I arrived right at opening time and had to stand in the rain and wait for them to unlock the doors. The front desk girls were very nice and informed me that the car I dropped off would be inspected right after a staff meeting. Later on in the day I contacted them to see what was taking so long and was informed that the inspector was running behind and hadn't got to my car yet. They called about an hour or so later and stated that the car was done.
Marla out front set the tone of good customer care right from our first steps into the shop. We were welcomed and all of our questions were answered. Once our turn arrived, and it was time for the bumpers and a quarter panel on our truck to be replaced, things were done promptly. It was very nice to see our clean truck returned to us 2 days BEFORE we thought we would get it back. Definitely recommend.
I had a large repair to my fairly new car. Joe and his team did an excellent job on my car! They worked as my advocate with the insurance company to get what was best for me! I would highly recommend Murray Collision
I was forced to go through Murray Collision center because of a insurance estimate and claim. I had an awful experience with this collision repair center. I'd never take another vehicle back to this place.
Had my car repaired there a year and a half ago. They had my car for a month and a half. When I got it back it wasn’t completely fixed, I had to argue with their so called manager and wait 3 more weeks for them to get it corrected. Worst experience ever. Don’t take your car here.
This review is late by about 2 years, but I just finally got my car fixed. I had Murray fix some deer damage. My front bumper cover needed replaced and my hood straightened and repainted. I got the car back with the grille installed incorrectly and there were gaps on the bumper cover as well as the hood. They claimed that the deer impact was what made my hood crooked. I returned the car and they fixed it satisfactorily. For about a year. Then the paint on my hood started cracking and bubbling. At this point I didn't want to deal with them anymore so I took it to the Collison Center in Lock Haven who did a great job. Luckily Murray is guaranteed by Allstate so it was all paid for, but from this point on the Collison Center is where I'll go. The first 2 pictures are before repair. The next 2 are after Murray's "repair", and the last is after the Collison Center.
They fixed my car and did an wonderful job. Everyone was smiling and they accommodated me every step of the way. Very pleased with the service I received.
I highly recommend Murray Motor Collision to anyone needing bodywork. I had a deer take out my driver's side back quarter panel and passenger door. They did an excellent job in the time they said and you couldn't ask for better customer service or friendlier people. Super job!!
