My car came here after a police stop, which felt catastrophic at the time. They were incredibly patient and explained everything that had to happen next. Prices were great, took very little time to get my car back, exactly the way I left it. Will definitely come back when I need a part!
No one likes to get their car towed but I'm happy it was Jerry. Great guy. Absolutely fair. It was my fault it got towed but Jerry helped me through it!!
Most ignorant business to deal with. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Owner is unbelievably rude and uneducated. However the nepa-tism is the only reason this place stays open. Family has had the "in" with local politics for years. Wouldn't be surprised to know or find out that it's the only reason this business has stayed open as long as it has. Anyone that had a quarter sized brain would figure out that this place has some sort of political motivation, who else can keep a junkyard/oil pit operating in the immediate vicinity of a watershed. Not only in the vicinity but quite literally right on the banks of a river that's already destroyed by pollution, yet this business can continue stacking junk cars and trucks right next to the river on a daily basis. impossible for the average joe to do

Very rude to talk to and you need an appointment to pick up your towed car. Yelled at me for calling more than once. Hope I never have to deal with him again. Ughhh.
When I first got there the guy was ok. He told me that he has to look up to see if he had the part I need. He said that he might have it. And with the part and him getting it and the price was very reasonable. And I said ok. It took him a little bit but that was fine by me. After he came back with the part. He was really nice and he also got a nice tip from me. Overall this place is great to go to.
If there was a way to report negative stars I would. Owner is insanely rude and condescending. Won’t answer questions about towing and hid information about towing and storing my car. He then proceeded to try to record me without my permission when I requested more details of who requested that my car be towed. Admitted that he makes no effort to contact owners of cars towed. Save yourself. Run. Far and fast.
Oddly I hear nightmares about places like this, impound yard included. They have been very friendly and helpful to me with a nightmare I had been dealing with. Good guys.. Thank you for your help and time.
